I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice enough place in terms of the care provided and the friendliness of the staff, but I just didn't think it looked as nice as some other options that I had seen in the area.

I have some concerns with Diamond View Assisted Living and Memory Care. They moved my father-in-law into the newer building. It is a beautiful building but he is bored. The bedroom is way down the hall. He seemed happier in the other building. We are going call and voice our concerns. His bed hasn't been changed in a long time. I was a CNA and our job was to do a walk through and make sure everything was getting done. His toilet hasn't been flushed in a while. He hasn't taken a shower in a long time. We have been going to visit a lot and they have very young aids working. They are sitting on couch watching TV. I was taught that there is always busy work. It is a beautiful building and will go downhill quick if it's not taken care of. I brought dad creamer and I asked an aid to make coffee and it took forever for it to get to us. The pizza he had was like cardboard. He just had to eat the topping off. They also need to make water more available. The staff served two small cups of orange juice that he quickly downed. My relatives were visiting and the aid allowed my father-in-law to follow them out the door. I didn't think that was safe. I am hoping these issues can get resolved soon.

Sometimes I feel like the staff are over reacting at The Woodmark at Uptown. She has been there a month and has been in the hospital twice already. I just think they are a little too quick to judge some thing. They are really taking assisted living to the furthest degree. They don't really encourage her to get out of her room much. She has early onset dementia and is in a new environment, new people and just getting used to everything. Well, the staff want to put her in memory care already. I think it is a little soon but we are working on it.

I found that their nursing staff, as far as administering the medications was really lacking. The three times that I was there visiting in a week and a half I experienced errors in dosing and asked to see the orders and they were not followed specifically the way they should have been.

I am writing on behalf of my parent who has moved into the Breakers. The apartment and the view is terrific. The activities are good as well. However, the dining situation is abysmal. Each day, there is a wait to be seated of at least an hour. That is just to be seated. It can take 30 minutes just to get the order taken by a server. Add another 40 minutes to be served cold food. The food is bland or mushy. This has been going on all summer. The dining area is understaffed and the management does not seem to be doing much about it. If not for the social aspect of taking the meal plan, I would certainly not recommend it.

The staff is attentive and friendly. Housekeeping is very good. Food is excellent. I think they could use a few more activities and staff

I have not been at Benton House of Dublin that long. I will say that I am enjoying my time here. I am looking forward to the experience. So far it has been good. I am hoping it continues this way.

We toured this location while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility itself seemed nice enough, but I did feel the sales person was a little pushy. Our loved one has some memory issues which they were not equipped to handle, but he kept telling us it would be "fine".

We had a mixed experience with the Barrington of West Chester. The community itself is very nice looking, clean, and well kept. However, the level of care did not end up being a good match for my client. In addition I felt the response times to their call buttons was slow.

I think overall they try to do a good job, there was a number of things we were unhappy about that didn't get resolved. Its not bad but not that good would not recommend.

This facility was nice, it was on the smaller side which was a bonus that there is more individualized attention. We didn't have the opportunity to see any interactions with the residents or an activity during the time we where there. There is a large upfront fee and was a little higher than Mom could afford.

Nice common spaces. Dreary suites.

It seems to me that the layout is a bit confusing. When you walk down the hallway, it looks exactly the same everywhere you look. It can thus be hard to get your bearings and find your way around. I also do kind of wish they had a pool. It is a very clean facility with friendly staff, but those are a couple of areas for improvement that I have noticed.

Very nice looking, but probably way too large of a facility for my Mother. I don't think she would feel comfortable and she would probably feel overwhelmed. The Woodmark has so many great things to offer, but it may not be right for her--at least on the assisted living side. The Monarch unit (first level of memory care) was smaller, but they do not currently have a room available.

My mom has lived through 3 Executives until the 3rd person was left go Kathy Rhoads she was the best thing to happen for that community. At present you have a Ice Queen overlooking that property named Diane we had her before when that home did not have anyone their she is the worse person to run that home. As the team tells me today she is out on medical leave so my question is How is Brookdale taking care of my mom and everyone else? Who is going to watch Wynwood and I was informed that Brookdale is also losing the Executive at Dublin. I feel values have changed I am really thinking of moving my mom out.i cannot speak for other families but you know we talk they feel the same. You had the perfect team "Corporate America"all about money and census.

We haven’t used any care services yet. I don’t know much about the community. The food is good. There is always trouble parking. We picked this community because of the location and how close it is to family. The friendliness of the staff is a four because some of the staff are wonderful.

Long waiting list. Receptionists less than friendly. Concern over secured environment. Residence wear arm or ankle monitors. Residence must bring in own furniture. Not a positive choice.

Had a lot to offer and the price was doable, but they did not have the memory care that was needed. Was told that if my mother left the building at night they would ask her to leave.

This was a location we toured when looking into options for our loved one. It was a nice looking place, the staff were very friendly and provided a good tour and were very prompt with any follow-up questions. I don't have anything negative to say about it, but the fit just didn't feel right for our loved one.

Nice Place - Decent One Bedroom - need to get a large on with a view. Concerned about changes in life forcing changes in apartment. Want to make sure that he can stay in the same unit until he needs a memory care situation.
