I have enjoyed the food and playing bingo since moving into Prairie Rose. The community is very clean as well as beautiful inside and outside. The food is wonderful and I have even found myself eating foods I thought I never would. Although I have not yet needed any assistance from the staff I know that they would be there for me. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family, it is a great place to live.

The Orchard is everything that my family wished for when placing our Aunt in Memory Care, five months ago. She had been in several assisted living facilities over the last 7 years. We thought they were adequate. However, once we discovered The Orchard we realized what a gem! The staff is what is so amazing and important. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and devoted to making each day for the residents meaningful and enjoyable. Really! My Aunt is very happy now and is well cared for in every way. From the first day I walked into The Orchard, I knew this was going to be the place. The Director, Ruth Ann, didn't push the facility at all. She worked with us and asked us questions that showed she really cared about my Aunt's well being. Whatever home we decided on ... as long as it was the "right" fit for my Aunt. It just had a loving caring environment. The facility is very clean and the food good. The activity director, Nancy, takes great pride in her position and gives the residents physical and mind challenging goals. I see improvement in my Aunt's abilities in just four months. I would also like to praise the staff that actually helps my Aunt with her daily needs. They take wonderful care of her and give her lots of needed hugs and encouragement. My family and I feel happy when we leave The Orchard and know she is in good hands until we return. The peace of mind is a God send....Thank You to All Staff at The Orchard.

I loved this community and staff. Also liked the shared floor plan with common foyer but wall between residents. I am hoping to bring my mom here next week.

Mom has been here 6 weeks and has made good friends with other residents and staff. I feel very confident that mom is receiving great care by skilled and knowledgable people. I love that mom is close to my home and that staff keeps me up-to -date on my mom's health and outlook.

My mother in law is a current resident of isle at Kingwood and the experience we've had as a family has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we entered the place we knew it was the right place for Mom. The staff are all very nice and welcoming and Mom seems to be very comfortable there. She really loves the food and prior to having a blood clot she was participating in the "Sit and Fit" classes. This has been a great experience and it is very comforting knowing she is in good hands.

We have been pretty happy with them so far. I couldn't put my finger on any one thing, I have just been really impressed with the way the residents have welcomed my mom, they all help each other out. The staff is really good, and the food is good. It's kept very clean. Price was a plus as well, it was affordable for my mother's budget. This was our first choice place, because though we looked at a lot of good ones, this is the one that best fit our needs, and we have been pretty happy.

My Dad has been at Lakeshore for 5 years. The staff is excellent, the food better than I had expected and there are plenty of activities. The facility bus service seems to meet most needs. There are women from 2 service companies who are available for hire for assistance as needed for those edging toward Assisted Living, such as giving baths, assisting with dressing, checking to ensure they remember meals, etc. I am very pleased with the place and am glad Dad is there.

Enjoy viewing the new renovations and meeting their new nurse; great team. I would move my loved one here.

This is a wonderful community and we are really pleased with everything they have done for us. My mother has adjusted very well and seems to really like it here. The staff is very amazing and great with all the help they give. This is brand new community and everything looks new and fresh. They are very welcoming, everyone is very friendly. They have a chef, and he makes wonderful meals. They have nice activities, my mother enjoys bingo and the arts and crafts. They have very good rates, so we are saving money. I would highly recommend this community.

My husband & I have lived here only about 2 months but so far we really like it. Moving from LA to Orchard Park, big move, but we both agree it's working out very well. We live in a cottage home...a very well appointed, comfortable place with a marvelous view of a large pond, big trees, bushes & birds. It feels like the countryside & not near a big city. The people are very friendly, introduce themselves & make us feel welcome. The staff is very helpful & was prompt in helping with some issues we had. Also, I appreciate the cleaning service which is excellent. The dining hall has a nice ambiance and the food is very good & plentiful. There are activities to keep one busy. Will be trying out Needle Crafters. I could not really rate CARE as we are self sufficient but I assume, based on our experience so far, it will be very good. Also our puppy can live with us. We would highly recommend this facility.

My mother and step-father recently moved to WaterCrest, they are thrilled and I am very happy. I live in Louisiana and helped them relocate at a distance with the assistance of Rebecca. Could not have done this without her!

This community far exceed my family's expectations. Their activity director is truly amazing. She does such unique things with the residents. They even have chickens they are raising. When my mom went to the hospital, I was out of town and they went with her and checked on her everyday at the hospital. They all went above and beyond. Also the community is beautiful and very clean. The Main Street area is so much fun. And we love that their is always popcorn available for everyone. The care staff are very caring and kind. We never had any trouble with any of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Waterford at Roxbury Park! The place is clean and well kept, and every one is very friendly! They've done a tremendous job welcoming Mom to the community and helping her feel at home. She can be a hard person to please, and they really won her over. They even do a great job with the food. It's tasty, well balanced, and there are usually a few choices every night. It's a very nice place, overall!

We're very pleased with how things turned out with The Heritage. We've got no complaints, it is a very nice place. The people are friendly and caring, and the place is clean and well kept.

We were very satisfied with our experience with HarborChase of Huntsville. The staff here is caring, professional, and they were very accommodating throughout the whole process. We were located out of state, so I really appreciated how well they kept in touch. They'd get us constant updates, and even sent people to visit our loved one when she needed trips to the hospital to get us updates on how she was doing there. They really went above and beyond, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area!

My father is doing very well since his move into the Renaissance. I really thank the community since my father seems to be really enjoying everything. I would say that the building is a little older than other facilities. The staff is wonderful and very kind helpful with everything. They have a nursing staff on site for the residents just in case anything happens. My husband and I have had dinner with him a few times, and the meals are wonderful. I am very happy with this community and I would recommend it.

I love this place It is a wonderful place very happy with my father's move into Heartis Amarillo. Things have been wonderful for my father and he seems to be happy and adjusting well with the transition. It is a better place then where he was living at before and a lot cheaper. It is the nicest cleanest place that I've ever seen before. The staff is amazing and very kind and attentive to my father I truly believe my father is being taken care of very well. The food is great and they send me a list of the meals and snacks for the next five weeks so we can arrange his meals ahead of time. I would highly recommend this community to anyone if I could I would grab their hand and take them on a tour my self it is that amazing.

The Windcrest on Van Dorn is a wonderful place for seniors needing additional help with the activities of daily living. The staff is very compassionate and helpful. The facility is clean and bright with plenty of activities to keep your loved one busy. Would highly recommend The Windcrest on Van Dorn!
