I am a younger member of the community and wasn't sure if I would fit in. I have found the other residents to be welcoming and have made new friends in just a week's time. I am really impressed with the managers and co-managers, they are in the dining room at every meal serving coffee, helping clear dishes or whatever needs to be done. I think this is a great way for them to stay connected to the residents and know what is going on in our lives. Very happy here, the food is great and my apartment is just the right size for me.

I am loving my move into The Heritage everything has been wonderful for me here so far. The place is spotless and very well kept and maintained. The staff here is wonderful and amazing with all the help they have been giving me sometimes I feel like I am asking to for too much be they reassure me that they are here to help me and that really gives me a peace of mind living here that I am safe and very well taken care of. The food is great and I have dinner with some friends sometimes. This has been a great move for me and I am not moving anymore this is my new home. I love it!

The staff will go above and beyond to assist you in every way. I applied at several "Brookdale" homes only to be told that because he was 2 1/2 hours away that the "interview was a problem (among other issues). Brookdale Pinecrest actually sent nurses from one of their local sister facility. Wow, what a concept! 3 others didn't think of that or was just too lazy to pursue it. Because they sent one of their own to interview, the "other issues" weren't issues at all. You can tell when people "are the job" from those just collecting a paycheck.

I am very pleased we l finally got to move into Stonefield. The care givers are all very sweet and "loving". They all care about your needs. My room is plenty big for my needs at this time of my illness. And our cat blackie is also happy here. [removed] If you want to email me

It was nice and clean, and the people were friendly. It was a good place, they just didn't offer all of the things we needed and we had to find something that offered more personal care. A very good place though, I'd probably give them a five, just not the best fit.

I had to find a place for my mom from another state which is a daunting task. The staff have been very helpful in getting her there and all set up. They had another resident take her around to get familiarized. She loves the place! She says good food and lovely surroundings. The dining room overlooks the lake. We are very happy!

I had a wonderful experience with Heartis Amarillo. I helped place someone there. Everything looked great, clean, it was a brand new community. Everyone there was very helpful, the family always told me the staff was helpful to them as well. He really enjoyed the food and would always ask for seconds. There were a lot of activities they offered to the residents as well. I would recommend others to consider Heartis as a community to place their loved one(s). The admin/director/marketer, I'm unsure of her title, was a huge help with the paperwork and getting everything set up.

Literally every employee, from director to caretaker, we come into contact with, knows our mother my name. I've seen her caregivers hug her in the hallway just out of the blue ...one of the nicest group of people you'll ever want to meet. Our mother has dementia. Her first nightat Brookdale was very rough ....she was angry she was sad, she was crying, and the next day when my husband went to see her she was happy and telling us how nice people were to her. They actually came to her room and stop talking with her helping her get through her fears and confusion. What a difference that made! How loving they are! She is treated with respect. With only 2 weeks having passed, we already feel that her apartment is her home and so does she. They do little things like bringing in branches from a flowering tree so that the residents can see them blooming. Maybe that doesn't seem like a lot to some people but when you are elderly and have a hard time simply taking care of yourself, being able to see something like that is a very big deal. We take for granted being able to see the signs of spring like daffodils etc.... Brookdale in Oxford,MA brings that to its residents. My mom loves having a little bird feeder on her porch and tonight we even saw two deer in the side yard ....things like that bring a smile to her face and that is what matters. It takes very special people to do what they do, and we thank God for them!

The friendliness of the staff and the residents was very welcoming. Everything is well maintained. The food is good. Without a special that they were running, it was not affordable. Thank goodness for specials.

We're very pleased with our experience with Brookdale Statesman Club, they do an excellent job across the board. It's a clean, nice looking facility, the people are friendly, and they have a lot to offer the people who live here.

They do a wonderful job at The Waterford at Roxbury Park! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've really done a great job welcoming our loved one to the community! Our loved one has some dementia issues and they did a great job slowly but persistently easing him in to how they do things. It's really a great fit, and we're glad we found them!

The Orchard is a very great place! The staff is nice and friendly and My Aunt seems to be adjusting well. It has only been a short while since she's moved in and so far so good.

Things are going great since moving my mother to Heartis. She is very happy there. They are spoiling her, which has made it easier for her to adjust to the move. She never has a problem at all. The staff is very caring and happy to be there, shich makes all the difference.

Bella Vita is first rate. The facility is very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. All aspects of Independent Living and Assisted Living have been carefully considered and addressed. The chefs provide three meals daily with delicious choices as well as daily snacks. There are three floor plans to meet your needs. Licensed professionals evaluate and monitor health issues. Residents pay only for required care. Bella Vita offers activities outside trips and transportation as needed in the local area. A fitness room library gardening area and meeting room are available. Bella Vita has truly thought of everything. Residents appear happy and engaged. Competitively priced.

We have been pretty pleased. The people are friendly, and it's clean. We have no major complaints so far. We are happy with them. I would give them a five.

I have been welcomed from the whole community from the moment I sad yes! The food is great with wonderful wait staff and chef! Activities are everywhere. Just need to go! Exercise has a wonderful instructor. Great people live here. Friendly! Friendly! Friendly! This is just where I needed to be. So glad I moved here. I'm in one of the cottages. So pretty. So comfortable! 24/7 concierge. They always answer! So professional & helpful, no matter what time I call. If you want a modern facility with down to earth residents, this is your place!

Visited Heartis while searching for an assisted living community for my dad. Beautiful brand new building, spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, bright open floor plan. From the moment I walked in I could tell that this place was different, lively, and fun. The staff was extremely friendly, compassionate and caring. We came back a few days later to sample the food and were very impressed. Dad will be moving to Heartis within the next month.

I think they do a fabulous job at Heartis Cleburne. They are taking wonderful care of my loved ones despite their different care needs. The staff is friendly and professional, and I love how much you see them interacting with the residents. The food is wonderful, they've got good activities, and everyone is given plenty of attention. I highly recommend them!

My mother in law just recently moved into this community and from first contact this has been a really great experience. My mother in law is 92 and in the Independent Living portion of this community, The staff is very friendly and the food is great! The community is always clean and the one time that we had an issue with plumbing the staff worked diligently to get it back up and running. The staff has really gone above and beyond to make sure this is a smooth transition. All in all I have NO complaints.

My step father is living at Royal Estates. We are very pleased with all aspects of the place. Very cordial staff that seem to care about the residents.
