Harbor Chase is a beautiful community facility! Sheila [removed], the director, and Greg [removed], the sales and information manager both went above and beyond to make it possible for our loved one to make this facility his new home. We couldn't be happier! And special thanks to Melanie [removed] at A Place for Mom, who told us about it, and worked with Greg to set everything up for us.

I was able to have my mom live at this community. It was a very short stay because we found that my mom needed more nursing care. During the brief time, the staff were very kind and helpful. The food looked good and fresh. After we decided to move my mom out, the management did not charge me for the months in our agreement and I was pleased with the way they handled our situation. I was glad with the care provided here.

My mom is enjoying her new home here, she gets to live in an impeccable clean community and gets rides to her doctor appointments. The staff are very helpful and always nice and welcoming. Mom wants to try activities but she is a little shy and hopefully her new friends will get her to participate. My mom thinks the food is okay, at times she does not like the flavor or quality of the food. Otherwise, my mom is happy and I would recommend this community

My mom truly feels independent here. she can walk to a grocery to buy food and snacks. Activities are good for her and she is much happier Highly recommend facility Ken

My mother is still adjusting to the community, but so far everything is going well. I know she is safe and in good hands. This is a very well maintained community, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is great, they have been welcoming and helpful. There are activities for her to participate in when she is ready. She is satisfied with the food. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her with.

The facility was very clean and everyone we met was very friendly, staff and residents alike. Lunch was delicious, too! Nancy was a pleasure to deal with. All-in-all, a great yet reasonably priced facility.

My father lived at Orchard Glen for 3 years before he became ill. He moved to Orchard Glen after living in his home for over 40 years; we weren't certain how well he would transition to the Community, Once he arrived at Orchard Glenn, Dad loved it! He met many fine, fun and caring people who became fast friends. The staff was always pleasant, helpful, patient and available at a beck and call. (Which was both amazing and a big relief for my siblings and me, because we all lived out of state). His apartment (2 bed) was just the right size after transitioning from his single family home. The garage was very handy to have once the snow started to fall. Meals were delicious, and Dad looked forward to breakfast and dinner every day, not only because of the well prepared meals, but also because of the social opportunity.

This review maybe a little premature since we just moved in yesterday afternoon. But so far we are incredibly impressed with the ease of transition and the staff. My Mom has some special medical needs as well as early dementia and so far the staff has been wonderful to deal with. Time will tell, but for now we are extremely pleased.

Westmore Senior Living is a very nice place. It is always clean and the staff are very nice and attentive to all my dad's need. The staff also did their best to make Dad comfortable and welcomed at all times. There were some activities available and the food is excellent. I chose this community because it was more close to me. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for very good care.

Watercrest at Alamo Ranch location, price, amenities, and staff professionalism are what sold my parents. This newly constructed facility is nearby (less than 5 minutes by car) to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy access to a major highway and main thoroughfare make travel a breeze. Alamo Ranch was the only community we visited (we visited 10 facilities) to offer a la carte dining pricing. This option helped keep the monthly rate lower. Alamo Ranch has all the expected amenities, such as an exercise room, beauty salon & barber shop, theater, craft room, library, and internet kiosk. The activity director provides excellent programs designed to meet resident needs. Alamo Ranch also has something we didn't expect: a very large and fully enclosed all-season swimming pool! As with all senior living communities, Alamo Ranch takes pride in providing a safe and secure living environment. The professional staff and maintenance personnel go the extra mile to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Quick response and resolution to issues is commonplace. Overall, my parents are very happy residents of Watercrest at Alamo Ranch. Two thumbs up!

During the month or so my parents have lived at Heritage, the staff has been warm, friendly, caring & efficient. My parents require little extra care, but this past Sunday my mother fell, hitting her head. Upon returning from the ER, I asked staff to check on her often during the night. My dad told me they checked on her every thirty minutes throughout the night, as they had volunteered to do. I thought that was above & beyond. While staff will do personal laundry for $8.00 a load, there is only one washer/dryer for all residents to use if they choose to do their own, & it's fairly far to walk, especially for someone who has difficulty getting around. Overall, I am extremely pleased with everything & every one at Heritage, & feel grateful to have found it. It's a beautiful facility with several really nice areas to sit, inside & out. There is also a sidewalk around the entire building, for those who enjoy walking. While it's not like living in their own home, it's the next best thing. I can walk out the door confident they will be well cared for, & help is always close by.

This place is amazing. They have such wonderful staff and they are doing unique activities for the residents. They paint, make their own spa products, make crayons for schools and even have chickens. They take great care of my husband and I trust them. They also have great events for family members including a support group. The Director Crystal keeps everyone informed with emails and has an open door policy. You won't be disappointed putting your loved one at Heartis Conroe.

My mother is doing well at this community. The community is very well-kept, the facility is nice and clean. The staff is great, they are helpful and kind. It has really been a great experience. They have many good activities for her too choose from. The food looks good. They have been great to work with. This would be a community I would recommend.

They are pretty good, I like them, they are just super sweet. No complaints about food, or laundry or anything like that. It's been pretty smooth so far.

R.E.'s staff stuck by and assisted my Aunt through extraordinarily difficult times due to which she had to get a divorce from her husband. They assisted and protected her as much as legally possible. Their care made a difficult time much more manageable.

I moved from a large home into this small apartment. It was hard. Now it is home and I am happy. The staff has made me feel so comfortable. I've made so many new friends and the fun activities have kept me busy. This is where I belong. I'm grateful to be a part of this community.

Excellent accommodations. Many activities to choose from. Variety of food options that are well prepared. Staff is always very helpful.

I have enjoyed living here at Royal Estates - I have made a lot of new friends and I feel safe here. So far - so good!
