Sagora Senior Living

This is a great community for my mom. She is happy with the clean environment and the beautiful community. They offer great food and a nice variety that is available . She is happy with the staff and the assistance she is getting. Alot of activities are offered to stay active and participate. We would highly recommend this community for other families.

The staff have been doing a great job with our loved ones transition to Lynridge of Murphy Texas. They are very friendly and have done a wonderful job caring for my loved ones. The community offers a number of activities for the residents to socialize and enjoy. The community is very well kept and clean throughout. The food served is good and they have a variety to choose from at meal time.

One of my complaint is the Food. The menu needs more variety . One of my complaints is the chicken. It is always dark meat. The last I had was 2 legs with only about 4 bites of meat. They bring coffee around several times.. The iced tea is not.

The staff at Adante Assisted Living are wonderful. I have met with them a few times and I really enjoyed how helpful and caring they were. The community is very nicely kept. Adante is updated throughout and is clean throughout. They offer an assortment of activities for the residents to enjoy and partake in. I liked the variety of food that the chef makes.

They offer a few daily activities and mom likes to participate in some of them. The staff are willing to do what needs to be done. The community is well maintained and I would recommend it. Mom seems to like the food.

We had a good experience viewing this community. Teron, our guide was on time and gave us very much focus to our needs. He was knowledgeable about the community. I fairly enjoyed seeing the place but my dad realized the community was too far from his family.

We are pleased with the care and it has been going well for my dad. The staff are awesome and friendly. My dad is eating good and tasty meals. The staff do a great job with keeping the community clean.

Activities in the community are wonderful. They have so many to choose from such as memory games, trivia and outdoor. The staff has great communication with me. They are also very nice and attentive. I feel that my mother is in a safe place and also that she is receiving the proper care she needs.

When I have to call the community the front desk is always on top of things. The staff are accommodating and friendly. We have good communication. The food is great and they are always offering activities to my mom to help keep her active. This is a clean nice community.

This is a lovely community and my sister is doing very well here. The community looks great, everything is very nice and clean. I have no complaints and everything is working out very well. She is receiving great care. We know she is i good hands and I would recommend it.

The staff is very encouraging to a level of comfort for my mother to participate in activities. One thing that my mother likes is that they are very attentive with her. The housekeeping is okay but if they could clean a little deeper in the rooms it would be great. Meals offered are good. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

So far I'am enjoying my time here at this community. It is a nice and clean community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they very helpful and kind. There are activities offered through out the week. The food could use some improvement. Overall I'm doing pretty well here, and everything is working out well.

When i first came to the community i felt a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and it was clean. My mother is now residing here and she loves it. The staff encourages her on a level to participate in activities. Meals provided for the residents are good. I feel she is in a safe community.

The Watercrest at Alamo Ranch was such a positive and upbeat experience as we visited many places here in San Antonio for our Mother. Mr. [Removed] met with us and explained this great new idea of independent living with an option of the "Bridge Program." This program is great for those seniors that do not need all the care that assisted living gives, but may need some or limited care and still maintain there independence. Just what I thought my Mother-in-law would like. Each staff member that we saw greeted us with a smile and a "hello." It was definitely a family atmosphere. The facility was beautiful and well maintained. Each apartment, had a balcony with a view and yes, good size living spaces another great idea for those that might have a hard time down sizing and want or need extra space. I was very impressed with the Chef who listened to the residents and what they wanted to eat, good home cooking meals, and that is what they are getting. She is young, energetic and ready to listen to all the residents. The activity directors had many residents involved and excited. All in all, this place was great. Thank you

Rosewood Estates has been a great transition for dad. He has been doing very well. My dad has been very happy since moving to Rosewood Estates. We are pleased with community and the care that they are providing for dad.

Beautiful facility with options for any level of care. They were VERY knowledgable about the level of care my father needs and how they would take care of him.

This could not have been a better place for my grandpa to be before he passed away. The staff were so kind and caring. The community was clean. The food was good and I have no complaints about his community. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

The facility was well maintained and exceptionaly clean. Vicki [Removed], Move-in Coordinator gave us a tour of the facility and answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly. She took time to show us the various floor plans so that our Mother could be right at home. The staff welcomed us warmly, and we were treated as family. We were able to meet a few of the residents that were enjoying themselves. Nutrition is a key factor as a parent gets older and the menu is outstanding. There is more than one choice and when a resident goes to the dining room the menus are presented to them in a folder just as a 5-star restaurant would. There is a beauty shop onsite which is a plus and of course outings are done also. Over all, great place for a love one.

Allie was very gracious,caring...just a wonderful ex-perience.Lunch was very good.It had everything to make your living easier. happier,well thought out details & Allie was a genuine,caring person who wanted to help..for REAL.You must see &experience what Waterview has to offer...which is everything u would need for a good life. 7

I loved everything about Lakestone. carol had so much info.& how to meet our needs.Food was good,all the people we saw were very happy living there.It had everything to meet anyone's needs. it is a must see & we won't forget it.Carol was able to purport how much she cared &could help us.I learned a lot about how things worked.
