Sagora Senior Living

My husband has been U S Memory Care for 2 weeks. He was previously in a skilled nursing rehab and definitely didn't do well in the rehabilitation even after 8 weeks. After this short time at U.S Memory Care it's unbelieveable how much he has progressed. The care and activitiies have been great for him. We really do like the way he is included in everything. Even if he doesn't participate, he's being stimulated by watching. He's dressed early morning and always looks nice when I go to be with him. This facility has been wonderful so far, and I pray that things will stay on the uphill as we have seen it be for these two weeks. We have Home Health Care coming to strengthen him.

I would just say that the staff members have been super helpful with the transition for my loved one. The food is really very good and my loved one loves the activities they have planned, so it is a good experience.

It's very nice, he is enjoying it. They have done a good job. The people are lovely and the residents are very nice, when they come down to dinner they are professionally dressed. The professionalism the activities, the food, I would give them a five. I have been very pleased.

I am so STRIKINGLY impressed with Renaissance, and plus never imagined that they would be anywhere close to affordable, but I was so EXTREMELY surprised. I can really imagine my Mom as fitting in with the living environment, and identifying with the population and excellent staff.

The university oaks is a great place in Alabama. Dad love it here and the staff could not be any friendlier and caring and professional. All and all, we are very please with everything here. Thanks.

This facility is a great place. They have no room for improvement at this time. The facility is nice and the staff is great.

She likes it a lot. No complaints at this point. They were one of the more reasonable places and they offered three meals a day.

I absolutely love it. The people that work here. The meals. The maintenance. It was the best place we saw hands down. It's a lovely place, everything I have requested they have done right away. They offered a lot in the price as well.

We toured this community while looking into senior living, and I thought it looked fantastic! It's a nice looking place, very clean, and I thought the decor was attractive as well. They had all sorts of nice amenities, an indoor and an outdoor pool, an exercise room, and various social rooms for family gatherings. I was also very impressed with the food! Linda Goldstein, our hostess, did not pressure us in any way or fashion, was very informative and gave us a wonderful tour of the place. I found her very kind,truthful and supportive. She was very patience since I had 3 tours because my sons all wanted to see the place before we decided. They live in NC, MD, MN.& CO.

Great AL option in local community. Have worked with Executive Director and many of the aides and nurses previously. Great team, nice facility & grounds and good food!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Santa Fe Trails! It's a nice looking place, and the staff has been very helpful to us throughout the whole process. They really put a lot of effort into making sure that the move went smoothly and that my loved one felt settled in and comfortable.

The staff at Santa Fe was amazing. They made the transition for our mom go much better than we could have imagined. Even when we hit a few bumps, they were on top of it and worked with us to get her in the best room for her needs. She enjoys helping out with the activities and we know she is well taken care of. She is taking her medication and eating her meals like she should, things that we weren't able to get her to do when she was at home. The staff really care about her and treat her like one of their own family. We are truly blessed to have found a new home for our mom that we can feel at peace with, knowing all of her needs are being met.

The overall experience has been very nice. I have nothing negative at all to say about the Watercrest facility. I am really happy that my loved is staying there. She is getting acclimated and she likes it.

I like all of the activities, also love that they are pet friendly , extremely helpful in moving my parents into the facility.

My Parents are very happy at Renaissance. We do not have any complaints at all. Everything is going great.

I think they do a wonderful job at Watercrest at Sugarland, I'd rate them 6 out of 5 if I could! It's a very nice looking place, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! They recently got a new activities director, and the the activities program is very impressive! My Dad has settled in well and really seems to be enjoying himself here. I highly recommend them!

Things have really worked out well at Lakestone Terrace as far as I know. The staff is wonderful there. So far, we do not have any complaints about the staff or the facility.

Their food is good but not to the level of some others.

I've been very impressed by the service provided by Rio Terra so far! The staff is friendly and professional, and you can tell they really care about each resident. The place itself is clean and well kept, and I like all of the individual attention they pay to each resident. It's just a very nice place overall!
