I have been exposed to the service provided by this industry when my mother-in-law and my wife were residents of such facilities. I am well pleased with the Isle and would recommend to any person(s) looking for such services.

Our parents received personal, loving care. Needs were regularly evaluated and care levels updated as needed. Low employee turnover was a big plus. Residents were friendly and engaging. Facility and grounds well-maintained. No place is perfect, but our parents were surrounded by loving, thoughtful and caring staff.

So far it's been really good. I am really thrilled with how well they are taken care of. They have been really good about getting physical therapists to come in. They have even done fire drills so the residents and staff all know what to do. They seem to be really prepared.

This is a very nice facility. The building is always clean and beautiful and everyone from the maintenance workers to the caregivers are so friendly. The apartments are really nice with lots of amenities. The food is excellent and they provide plenty of activities for the residents.

I like it. I am very impressed so far. Sometimes laundry gets mixed up. The food is great, and the activities are good. I was really impressed with the lady that called me from there, and I liked the location. They were pretty competitive in price to others in the area.

It's been pretty good so far. She seems to enjoy it. Their food is great. It's more like going into a restaurant, you get a menu with two choices, the waitstaff brings the food out, and the manager walks around and makes sure it's good. They have lots of activities. They were even a little bit less than others in the area. I think we are getting a good value for our money. Everyone is really helpful.

The only problem I had was they did not make it clear that my mom would not be able to have her scooter there. She was very disappointed. In the future they should be more forthcoming of things. Overall it is a great place.

My parents retired and wanted to travel and not have the burden of housework and yard work. A friend of mine suggested they look at the Renaissance. We looked at the property and were very impressed. Mom & Dad picked a 2 bedroom 2 bath which is pretty big and plenty of room for them. The best thing is the people there. Mom and Dad are really happy and have made some friends which has been really good for mom. Dad plays poker, bocce ball and Beanbag baseball and mom is playing bridge again and sewing with the ladies on a quilt. The dining hall is beautiful and they serve good food. In fact I read a review that said they did not allow canes and walkers in there which is completely not true! Both of my parents use canes and Dad even uses a walker on occasion and they take them straight to there table. Several people do park there walkers outside the dining area and walk in but they seem comfortable with short distances to do that. Mom and Dad are taking advantage of the travel program and staying in a Holiday property for free when they visit my brother in San Diego this Thanksgiving. That is cool, wish I had that. Anyway, great place, we highly recommend them!

We are totally satisfied with Lakeshore Estates. My dad loves it. They are great. The people are great. They are very genuine authentic people. We are just all satisfied. There is nothing they could improve on here. I am very pleased.

Briitney, Julie, Steven, Patti, Kelly and Robert...thank you so much for giving me the peace of mind that my mom is well taken care of every day when she is in your care. It is not easy being so far away from her. Thank you again!

Loved it! Like walking into your home. Great people, staff, and adored the chief. Can't say enough about it. Loved the size of the rooms! Great, great, great!

There are a great bunch of people down there, everyone in the staff is. They try to get everyone participating in activities. It's a place where I'd like to go, they just have so much to do for everyone down there. They are great people who are very helpful.

I like the facility and the rooms are very spacious. Unfortunately, they do not have any openings at the present time. I like that the seniors wear an alert necklace at all times. I am also glad that there is a new hospital close by.

We have already placed him and so far the staff is doing an excellent job. Everything is going well. The facility is clean and maintained well. The activities are great and the meals are good. So far, a great experience.

My mother has only lived in Adante 3 months. But we are very pleased. The staff is attentive, friendly, and truly concerned about the residents. I have been particularly pleased that all staff know and recognize the residents by name and "watch out" for all of them!

The place,people and location are nice.

My husband and I visited for my father in law. It was all real nice, but afraid it was a little to large and wasn't sure he'd get the individual care and attention that we believe he may need. If you are mobile and outgoing this may be the place for you! Lots of social activities.

Our first visit was very satisfying. Everyone was very friendly and the staff took time to speak to residents and knew their names. On our second visit with my father in law, they were very welcoming and even the other residents came over to introduce themselves. My father in law was very impressed with the place, people and will be joining them any day now.

Smells clean! Wide hallways. Organized. Friendly, professional staff. Good food. Nice rooms. Help with laundry.
