We toured, and attended a short seminar, at this community, and I will say I was very impressed by what I saw here! The woman who gave the seminar, Polly, was very informative and had a lot of useful information to present. What I saw of the facility on the tour was also very nice looking, I've seen a few others in the area and this place really stood out! Overall they just seemed very friendly and well organized, and I would recommend them as being worth a look!

This is our first experience with an assisted living facility and it has been a pleasurable experience with The Orchard Assisted Living. It gets a five-star rating overall and in every additional category as well.

She's so busy she doesn't know what to do first at Heritage Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. The whole process has gone very very well. There is nothing that I would have them improve on. She is happy and I am happy knowing that she is.

I was really impressed with Brentwood Estates. They don't offer assisted living and that is what the Doctor said my brother needs. Otherwise I would have loved to have gone with this facility. It was a really nice place.

The people who live there are wonderful, friendly as well as the welcoming staff. So many activities and fun for all to experience. A wonderful community for my parents!!

It's a wonderful place. I are very happy with it. The food could always be a little better to match each individual taste, but overall they have good food. They have pretty good selection, and the menu is usually pretty accurate. The staff is wonderful. They were pretty comparable in price to others, and even offered more amenities, than some. They have full size refrigerators with an ice maker and everything.

We are very please with our choice in The BRENNITY at Vero Beach for our loved one! They go a step above in everything they have done! Paxton Ellis is absolutely awesome to work with! He is a true man of integrity! He made the whole process smooth and seamless! Rachel has been awesome helping everything go wonderfully with the whole transition and an awesome person to work with! She is always there to help with anything that's needed! Wayne is always is checking in and making sure all our family is happy with all the arrangements. He gets things done very quickly and is very caring to my whole family. You can't make a better decision than to choose, The BRENNITY!! We are very glad we did!!

Polly has done a really good job. This is a really nice place. I am really happy with them. I really appreciate her. It's nice and clean and neat. They are very patient with the residents, during this difficult time in their lives. Polly has a very good personality and is a great asset to the company

The staff at The Brennity at Daphne are really genuine. They don't fake being friendly and it shows. As my husband puts it, it doesn't smell like and old folks home at this facility which really helps as far as the ambiance. The Brennity at Daphne was the first facility I toured and after that I didn't need to see any other place!

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we are very pleased with Lake Worth Gardens! It is a very nice looking place, it isn't fancy but it has everything that you'd want or need! The staff is very friendly, and they do a great job keeping the place looking clean and well kept. Everyone here has been very friendly and helpful in general!

I am pretty satisfied overall with Heritage Oaks. There have been some little things that could have been done better. Mom just got there and is having a hard time transitioning. The staffs answer was to put mom in memory care for the day. Now they are trying to integrate her into the assisted living part. I think that this should have been done a little better. I wish they would have communicated this with me. The staff just seem to put her in lock down if she is wandering the halls. They don't spend time working with her, instead they just put her over in memory care in lock down. I am more pleased with the assisted living at Heritage Oaks but not as much with the memory care there. Last night I went over and I couldn't get in because no one knew the code and there was no one at the front desk and it was before 7 pm, before it's supposed to even be locked up. There were also visitors that needed to get out that couldn't. The visitors leaving had to give me the code finally since there was no staff around. This is pretty concerning to me and I am going to mention it to the staff!

Great staff and beautiful facility. I was nervous moving my Mom and my Aunt from highly rated skilled nursing facilities in Houston and Lufkin Texas, to an assisted living facility. The staff and certified nurse aids have been great and the RN has been on top of getting the meds transferred and orders from the local doctor exactly right. I get called frequently to communicate status and they are great at making my family members feel welcome and comfortable. My Mom continues to tell me that she has no complaints and that everyone is so nice and friendly.

I'm very impressed. They have worked to get my mother active. They have her involved in activities. They had a resident council, which I thought was very good. The residents were able to input their opinions. It was good to know that they were getting the residents opinions, instead of just the staff. Overall, I am very impressed with this facility. My mother is thriving here. I would recommend this facility without a doubt.

I think it has been a good transition experience for my mother. They were very helpful and very nice and I just cannot say enough good things about them. I think Cowhorn Creek Estates does a wonderful job.

Well I was jut very impressed with it, I don't know of anything they can improve on. I have been told the food is real good, but I am out of town so I am just getting my information second-hand. They are taking good care of my loved one though.

University Place has been an answer to my prayers. My Mom's physical health had been declining for about the last 6 months. She began talking about moving to assisted living. We made appointment with Shelley for a tour and were very impressed. She was very kind and interested in my Mom's needs and concerns. She provided great information and answered all of our questions. We left there feeling very positive about the place. Mom was not ready to make the final decision yet and Shelley was very understanding. She was very good to keep in touch with us and let us know what was going on there. An accident at home put everything in motion. Mom is now living there and is making a good adjustment. Meeting people there has been quite effortless for her. Everyone from the staff to the already residence have made it easier for her. I do not worry as much about her being alone. There is always something for her to do now. I always feel welcome when I visit.

They have been fine. She is happy and well entertained. I spoke to her today, and she said she has no complaints. If you didn't feel the earth move you should have. It's the first time I've heard that. We are very happy with them. I give them a five on everything.

It seems like a good place for them.
