I really do not have any criticism about them. They have taken really good care of my grand mother really well and I like the place and my grandmother does too. Choosing this facility was a good decision.

It was a respit care situation and they took care of my mom just fine and checked on her and made sure she was acclimated to the place and made sure she was fed and dispensed her medicine and she came back in a little better shape and they encouraged her to be active so I thought it was a good place.

Great place, and great staff. The Isle of Watercrest- Alamo Ranch, is a new business that has a great staff to patient ratio. The place is amazingly clean, and looks more like an upscale hotel than an assistant living and memory care unit. The Isle of Watercrest-Alamo Ranch has a great memory care unit, which is a secure area for the patients care and safety. Each room has motion detectors notifying staff of movement, in case someone has problems with mobility. The property is beautifully landscaped, and even has a movie theater upstairs for their residents. My mother is a current resident, and I recommend this place very highly.

My mom moved in recently and has been settling in, but so far it's been great and I'm just very pleased!

It seems like they are doing a good job. The reason the cleanliness gets a four is because there are cobwebs and birds nests and the like on the outside.

The Watercrest at Alamo Ranch is an excellent place. They are really organized. The staff is super friendly and super helpful. The inside of the facility is really clean. The cleanliness, friendliness, value, care services, and activities are all excellent. This is a really nice community. I would recommend it to anyone. I am really pleased with the Watercrest. It has been an excellent experience. Five Stars.

Adante Memory Care was a wonderful facility that took exceptional care for my mom. We always felt that she was in the best place she could be because of her loving and caring caretakers. It gave us peace of mind knowing that her needs were met.

They've done a great job so far at Emeritus at Statesman Club. It's been a big adjustment for my loved one and she is having a little trouble settling in, but they've been very very welcoming to her. They had all sorts of people come to greet her when she moved in, and they've also got a good program for new residents that helps them get their bearings and get things set up. It's a very nice place, overall.

This is the most wonderful place I could have ever found for my mom. The staff and residents are so very friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful. Ty Rocky Ridge for all you have done and continue doing for my mother

It's going really, really well. We are very pleased. She is happy. Everything has gone really well. The food is fabulous, they have a chef, and there are lots of choices. It's very clean, they clean her room once a week and empty her trash every day. They kind of went out of their way to make sure that we had someone that would work with our Long term health care. One of the main reasons we chose them is that they have a nurse or an LVN on site 24 hours a day.

While my mother has been at Fox Run for a very short time. I am extremely pleased with what I have seen and heard. The administration have been kind and helpful in more ways than I can count. They have gone out of their way, to make not only my mom to feel welcomed, but her family members as well. From The very first time we stepped into the building they have been there to help or answer any questions we have brought to them. The grounds are lovely with a well manicured lawn and beautiful flowers everywhere you look. I was thrilled when I was thrilled when I went into the building. , It is bright, open & cherry. Not dark and depressing like others I had visited. Terri Collins my mothers care giver is amazing. She is caring, encouraging and upbeat with my mom. I would rate them very highly. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are responsive and have good communication. We haven't had any complaints. The food is awesome, we were amazed. They have activities fairly often, perhaps a little more variety would be nice. It's hard to do something everyone likes, and they really do a good job.

It's really nice. I think overall they are really attentive to all of their residents. The facility is very clean and very nice. They do their best to work with each individual resident as much as they can. The food is very nice for them. They make sure they are well fed. They are very respective to family being in and out of there as much as they want to. The care givers seems to really get to know each resident.

My mother has been here for a little over a month. We are extremely pleased. We're especially impressed with the food. I have only one concern. I realize that it's a retirement center and not a rehab, but if the van had a handicap accessible lift at times, some of those people would use it. I have seen that not only with my mother but with others. They are not able to get on the van. It would make it more appealing to them. That's my only concern.

Great facilities, and very helpful staff. My father is very happy there. The food is also excellent.

My loved one has been there for a few weeks. Overall, it's a good place. I would recommend it. So far I'm really pleased. Can't think of anything negative about the Adante. It's very clean. Everything has been going great.

My mom was very pleased for the amount of time she was there. It was very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Oakwood was a very nice place. We were very pleased and satisfied.

It has been a good experience at The Brennity. I love how they interact with the people. They are superior. The facility is bright and colorful which is great. It's also well maintained and there is a lot to do to keep the residents busy. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The value is excellent. There is a lot of activities to partake in.

We were at a point on not knowing if we should look for something for our 87 year Father who had been living with us for 1 1/2 yrs. WE moved him from FL to TX. I called A Place for Mom, just to see what it was all about. The specialist that was assigned to us was very caring and understanding though I am sure she has heard the same story over and over. She sent me information and said some of the places might called. I received a call from the sister facility of Lakestone , Waterview and after a conversation she mentioned Lakestone and what it offered. It wasn't until 2 weeks later we stopped for a visit on a whim , no appt or any notices, We were so impressed and thought this is where our loved one should be. This is independent living so we were not really looking for care facility yet, but they offered Life Alert type system and do check on residents every day which we like.
