She is pretty happy at Brookdale at Statesman Club. They have good food. Her apartment is beautiful. They have a lot of activities to keep her busy. I have no complaints. I am very happy with this facility.

I think they do a great job overall at Heritage Place! It's a nice looking facility, and the people seem very friendly! I've heard some complaints from my loved ones about the food, but overall it has been a very positive experience.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with The Orchard Assisted Living. It's a nice looking place, they're taking great care of my loved one, and I've also been very impressed by the transportation services that they offer. I'd high recommend them!

Tour was exceptional. Joe fell in love with the place and made a decision on the spot. Beautiful, very friendly residents, lots and lots of activities for them.

When we went to meet with Cindy she was so helpful, she explained everything to us that we could understand she answered all of our questions, so the family has decided to place Mom & Dad at this facility.

Enjoyed the tour. Community is beautiful and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a senior living community to check them out.

I have been pleased with everything at U.S. Memory Care Colleyville. From the care to the ice cream sundaes on Sundays. The staff really make the residents feel comfortable given the situation. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone that would like a place for their parents or loved ones.

My Mom loved this place as we had visited several others places. It was bright, open, with a warm friendly feeling. She loves the art work on the walls, which makes her feel good as she is walking down the hallway. This is the first time she has ever lived in an apartment and actually transitioned fairly quickly. Every resident we had talked to raved about how much they love this place and the longer Mom is there, the more she is feeling the same. The managers are very attentive and caring making Mom feel a part of the community.

Angie, the Sales Leader, was a wonderful spokesperson for this community. My mother felt comfortable and at home the minute we walked into the facility. Things just got better from there. It was very clean, and the residents we saw were pleasant and happy. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

I really like Heritage Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. When we brought him back in there was a miscommunication about him getting his medicine. They actually forgot several times. I did think the staff would assist him more than they do. They don't check on him as much as I thought. Other that I am very pleased with this facility.

I love how the staff already know my mother-in-law and father-in-law at Heritage Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. They are really friendly there. It has been a good experience.

Our experience with Lake Worth Gardens has been a very good one, so far! We're been here a few weeks, and everyone we've met has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. It's a very nice place, and I really can't find any faults with it!

Lakeshore Estates was a very friendly, bright, clean and vibrant environment. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by staff and residents. I was surprised to find such a variety of ages and capabilities in the residents I saw. In addition all of the residents seemed happy and full of energy. Lakeshore Estates houses a cheerful, welcoming and active environment for retirees. Although I was looking for my aunt and uncle I wouldn't mind living there myself :-)

We love The Sycamore at Sugar Land. My mother-in-law cant see very well so that limits what she participates in there. I would like to see them have more activities that she can do. She sits in her room too much. The staff take no for an answer too quickly. Most of the residents sit in their room too much. I would just like to see the staff be a little more persistent with everyone at trying harder to get them involved. I would also like to see the food portions improved, they are too small. She has lost some weight and I am not too happy about that. Overall it has been an excellent experience. We have been really happy with this facility.

Everything is good at Waterview Independent Living. I am really pleased with this facility. There are plenty of activities here although she does not participate in them. I cant think of anything I would have them improve on here. It is has been a really good experience.

I am really pleased with Copper Lake Estates. They have plenty of activities here although my mom does not participate in them at this point. Everything has gone really smooth and easy at this facility. I am really happy with our experience.

Things are going really well at Heritage Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. My folks are real old so they aren't into much there. Things have gone well at this facility. It is a good fit for my parents. I cant think of anything that I would complain about here.
