Very nice. The Blanco is 200 or so sq ft larger than the Brazos. I looked at the Brazos, and it seemed very small. Kitchen and bathroom spacious tho. One thing that stands out , and this is my usual observation of independent living... it’s a long way sometimes from the apartments to the activities, dining, etc.! Quite a distance for elderly who don’t have ?? scooters. Hallways seem endless.

Beautiful place and very inviting staff. It is a large facility and my mom wanted something more personal and a smaller community. Thank you!

My mom has been at Heartis for little over one year. She is very happy there. Few months ago, mom went through a period of depression. She was in a small one room with minimal of her belongings. She had her bed, two chairs, and TV. I was trying to improve things for her, I decided to move her to keep cost to where we could afford and give her a larger room. I had a meeting with [name removed] and [name removed]. They asked me to wait to see what they could do. The were able to her her a larger room at a price we could afford. Mom has more of her things, she is happy and interacting with others. The staff are great, friendly to residents. [Name removed] and [name removed] always have an open door if someone needs to talk.

I highly recommend Heartis San Antonio. I like the Ambiance, friendly staff. [Name removed] and [name removed] are very compassionate and professional. Community is clean, beautiful with very happy residents. As a home health provider who has visited many places, Heartis is a great place to live.

I have to eat crow a little bit, we moved my parent from Caydance to another community - huge mistake. Caydance is where our parent wanted to be, so she has returned. She is now happier and healthier. We are so pleased with the management style in the community, the services are truly delivered, and the directors are willing to visit with you about any concerns.

We are a home health company in the Houston and surrounding area, and the passion, compassion and communication in this community is very professional. We definitely give them high marks for service to the seniors.

Our mom had heard about this community from her church, and being two sons, we were more interested in the bottom line of the finances. Not mom, she was all about the details, I guess being a teacher before retirement, she still looks at everything categorically. She asked a lot of questions, received the answers, and so far, what we are told is what they are delivering and mom stays busy! She has no complaints nor do we.

Kudos to you all for making some much needed changes. There is such an amazing difference in staff. The feeling in the community is that of support, kindness and service, we waited a long time to see this change. We could not be more happy with the associates who lead and labor. Thank you

I must have passed this place since the time they were built and didn't know really that they were there, until I started helping my husband look for his mom. It popped up in a search, when we went to see it, it is really quite nice, sits back off the road, from the outside you just see the building. But once inside it is warm, clean, friendly and the outdoors is accessible, but secure. That gave my husband and I piece of mind for his mom, she loves being out side - all year round. And then we saw the outdoor fireplace and the area to visit with her neighbors, the doors open onto the courtyards, which made her feel more at home. We have not had one regret!

As an only child, I toured a lot of the Katy properties, but when I toured this one; I knew from the time I was greeted at the front and walked around the community, that it was the place for my dad. He loves living at Caydance, and we of course love seeing him so content.

Ellery Arbor Memory Care is hands down the best place for your loved one! You will feel the hospitality and comfort as soon as you walk in. The associates are friendly and throughout the neighborhoods you will note how they engage with each resident. The residents are well groomed and happy. When speaking with other family members of residents, you learn how they appreciate this community and the entire team of associates. There are three courtyards that the residents can enjoy the outside freely and safely. Just so many great things about this place!

Friendly, clean atmosphere. Tucked back off main road, but easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. Active social calendar and no added costs for transportation, housekeeping, etc make this place very attractive! My first choice.

The staff is terrific - very cheerful and always helpful and caring. They make me smile.

It is really good to have have when needed 24 hours a day.

We enjoy visiting Hearts weekly to worship and enjoy fellowship. Although a beautiful newer facility, it quickly is home to its residents. The folks in charge are friendly and accomodating.

Love it. Clean and the atmosphere was that of a 5 star hotel with a home feel. The tour was awesome and answered all my questions. Only concern I have is can my father afford this one long term.

I was totally impressed, the community is gorgeous, the staff all greeted me, that made me feel very welcome. Administrator was very knowledgable and kind. This was not easy for me start looking for my father but I feel alot better now. I am Looking at moving my father from out of state and I know where I am taking him when we are ready.

I love the staff here! Friendly, caring, always ready to help with any situation.
