This is a very nice community that we enjoyed on the tour. The staff is caring and attentive to make sure that they are able to answer the questions that are asked from families. We liked the cleanliness of the community. The menu is appealing. They offer a lot of activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for other families to tour for care for a loved one.

We were at this community for short time. The staff was caring and attentive. The menu was not to her liking. The community was clean and maintained. We needed a community with more activity for her to stay active.The community I would recommend for other families depending on the care that is needed.

The staff have been wonderful to my dad since he moved into the community. They are encouraging and attentive. The food is fine and dad is making friends. They offer daily activities including an exercise class. They have musicians come in and they go on outings. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

I really liked this option. The apartment was very roomy. I met some of the residents. There are plenty of activities and the outdoor spaces were really nice.

Renaissance-Sherman is a very pleasant and inviting place to live. All of the people are friendly and there is plenty of opportunities to socialize. I just got through playing bing bag baseball. It was fun. They had a BBQ yesterday for all of the residents. And to top it off they had a snow-cone truck come and give all of the residents a snow cone after the BBQ. It was a lot of fun. My apartment is nice and comfortable, it has two bedrooms and is really nice. The staff is really friendly and nice. Even the kitchen staff is very pleasant and friendly. They offer different choices if you don't like what is on the menu. They have exercise classes & equipment, a beauty shop that I recently had my hair done there. It is very convenient. There's a pretty courtyard. And they are pet-friendly here. They provide transportation to go to the doctor, pharmacy or shopping, anywhere you need to go. The bus driver is friendly and helpful. Everyone here loves it here and they have nothing but good things to say about this community.

We like this community for care. We like that they contact me if there are any changes. The community is clean and the staff is nice. They offer a good variety of meals. They do have activities for the residents who are able to participate. I would recommend this community for the care of a loved one

I am a RN for 46 years and the last 17 years has been in Tyler TX . I work at an agency that has to interact with facilities all over the East Texas area. When it came time for my 86 year old mother to stay in a place that would meet her needs and be best suitable for her fixed income, it was quick response for me: Rosewood Estates. The facility is well groomed and landscaped beautifully. GREAT food. Mother was 78 pounds when we transferred her to my care, from Dallas area, and the other day she weighed in at 105 pounds. We have NEVER BEEN charged to eat with her. Her grandchildren and friends come and always a place for them or myself to eat. The staff is always looking in on her. The residents have bonded with my mom and makes sure she comes to meals; participates in activities, in church. Her room is cleaned well each week. Again I need to stress: I have seen many facilities but the best of them all is Rosewood Estates. They make sure dignity, respect and integrity of care is promoted. We are now going into our second year at Rosewood Estates. Mom will stay as long as she is able which I greatly appreciate. When she needs additional support the staff welcomes outside agencies i.e. mine and provides all the support to promote great health benefits. Thank you to the staff and friends at Rosewood Estates that is enhancing my mother's senior years to the fullest and finest.

Our loved one is really enjoying her new home in Brentwood Estates. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time. She is really doing great. She is making a lot of friends and participating in all of the activities. She loves playing Bingo. They recently had a luau with an [Removed] impersonator that my attended with her. The food was very good. She is picky eater being a cook herself the quality of the food is very important to her. The environment is very warm and inviting. The staff is wonderful and helpful. She has plenty to do and enjoys the opportunity to socialize and not be alone. They provide transportation to Dr. appointments and she enjoys going on their weekly shopping trip to "Wally World". It is the perfect accommodation for the money she could afford. A lot of quality for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this community to others.

Mom has been at Rosewood Estates in Tyler for two months now and loves it. It was the perfect fit, the residents and staff have made her feel so welcome and it is very encouraging when everyone is happy with a smile on their face every time we are there. Mom is very independent and shy, after her stroke she withdrew as she could not speak very well, when I visit her now she is happy, has made new friends and is talking so much better. Our mom had to be taken to the hospital, while we were out of town. [Removed] took care of contacting us and assuring mom that everything was going to be OK, she also made arrangements with another resident to take care of moms dog till we could get there. My brother and I have a huge comfort in knowing that she is around others, and that they have a genuine interest in her health and well being. This is our first experience with independent and assisted living and I would highly recommend Rosewood Estates. They have all been such a blessing to mom and to us.

I am happy with the care from this community from the day that I walked in. The staff are caring and attentive. We like the clean atmpsphere. The menu seems to be appealing. We like that they try and help her with the many activiites. We would recommend this communiy for the care of a loved one.

We are really pleased with how our loved one is settling in at Pecan Point. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is very homey. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom's needs. They make sure the residents get out of their rooms and not just sit in them all day. They encourage them to participate in the activities that are provided. She doesn't think the food is good, but I have had desserts there with her, and I've seen the food and it looks good to me. There is a nice courtyard that is secure where she can get out and enjoy the fresh air. My husband and I are very pleased with the care they are providing our loved one.

They have recently hired a new activities director so the activities have started to improve. The community is clean and they have nice grounds. There are two large clean courtyards for the residents to sit and enjoy. They allow pets. The food tastes excellent. The nursing staff are wonderful and accommodating. I would recommend this community.

My Uncle is doing great here and I have noticed he seems happier, he's making friends and he has settled in very nicely. My Uncle enjoys joining the other residents in the dining room and taking part in a few of the activities. The community is very nice, clean and the staff is friendly and attentive to the residents as well. I would recommend this community for those looking for family or friends.

I'am very satisfied with this community, and everything they have for our family. It was a smooth transition for him. This is a very nice community, and everything is very well maintained. There are good activities offered, and nice meals provided. I'am very impressed with all they have done for us. This is a community I would absolutely recommend.

I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands. The staff have been very kind to her, and helpful whenever needed. The community, and her room are well-kept when I visit. The experience is going well, everything is working out great for my mother with her move to this community.

The staff at this community are really great and are doing a good job making sure my loved one has everything they need. The other residents are friendly. This seems to be an active community and the food is great. The community is well taken care of inside and out. I would recommend this community.

I recently toured this community, I was amazed at all the great staff they have. The community offered things for my loved one that no one else did. I will be moving my parents in from out of state and they cant wait!!!

I recently moved my father in to this facility. The staff were amazing! Everyone is nice and they are super helpful! I looked at a lot of places and this one shined with the care & love I wanted to see for my daddy. He has been so happy since he has moved in. He has made friends and even joined there water aerobics classes they have two times a week!! My dad has not been this happy in years! Thank you Isle At watercrest for giving me my father back!!!
