Staff is excellent - the girls are very friendly! Food is good.

Everything is great here!

Our experience has been great so far, she loves the food there it is serve restaurant style for every single meal. The chef there is great, the community is very nice and clean. The staff members are always friendly to us. The activities were limited for awhile due to the restrictions, but now they are starting to bring things back and let the residents walk around freely.

This community has a lot of land to work with. It felt very suburb or county living vs city life. They gave us great info also.

It is very good and I have not had anything go wrong. The food is good and if I ever have a question, someone will always find the answer for me.

This is such a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so friendly. They quickly make you join with them. I usually take time to get to know people but here si different. they quickly invite you to join in with games and they make you really feel like they care about you. I'm so grateful to be here and feel so accepted. I've lived in another place but people weren't friendly and here you feel like people really care about you. I love it here and am so grateful to be here. You will love it too. The workers are all very friendly and you know they really care.

Even with the covid restrictions the activities are pretty limited, but they still have some going on and we do believe they are trying their absolute best given the circumstances. We would recommend the Cowhorn Creek Estates to others.

The employees and residents are very friendly. The staff is very nice and patient when our loved one is not remembering correctly, and also with the family when we're dealing with that. They're very understanding dealing with someone with memory deficiencies. The building is always very clean, no odor or anything. The apartments are cleaned once a week, and I really like that. I like that we don't have to worry about our loved one getting hurt. We know that our loved one is safe here. We haven't observed any weight loss, so we know our loved one is getting sufficient nutrition. Some meals the option may not be a favorite, but other meals our loved one says it was really good that day. The activities are enjoyable. The cost is high, but the peace of mind is worth it. This is a very good place, I would highly recommend Azalea Trails.

My uncle had a great experience in this community. We always had the support from their staff, and communication was excellent.

I would tell others that it is living up to my expectations and I think they are great. The staff are very responsive to my calls. During the winter storm they were leaving messages three times a day to keep the families updated.

We chose Lynridge because they were close to my home and it was a really nice facility. The room sizes here were good. My mom needed more care than we thought and they were absolutely wonderful about it. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

The community has a company that is called angels that you can pay for that really make sure your loved one is happy and taken care of. There are different levels of care that you can choose from and well worth the money. I would recommend this community to others. The community does a great job with communication also.

This community really cares and my friend couldn't walk or stand when he first moved in and within 3 weeks he was standing and walking. The staff worked with him and really cared. The staff was helpful and we never had an issue. The communication was great and they were very knowledgeable and kept us up to date.

I can’t recommend Embark enough. My dad lived there for a year or so. I live in New York so the distance was difficult given his mental illness. He’s very independent but also needs a lot of care when he’s symptomatic. The staff at Embark went above and beyond for my dad and did what they could to help manage his mental illness. They always communicated with me about his health and status, they checked in on him, they befriended him and engaged with him, they did everything in their power to take care of him to the best of their ability. [name removed], the director, and [name removed], one of the staff members really stood out to me. We had to move my dad to another facility late last year but [names removed] still reach out to me to see how my dad is doing. I’ll forever be grateful to them for what they did and how they treated my dad. The people at Embark truly care and take their jobs seriously and with pride. I’ll never be able to repay them for their generously!

Everything with the community was great, the staff is very easy to work with and very understanding. Since our loved one was only staying there temporary they were able to get us a furnished room which was very nice.
