From November to July was wonderful for us. Starting in July there was a staff member who brought in COVID and the community wasn't able to handle in combating this for the residents. Due to this we had to move my loved ones to another community. Azalea Trails offered lots of activities for the residents; however, they didn't promote these activities. I feel corporate was trying to get as much money out of the residents as possible.

I moved my father to The Viera Assisted Living Community, [date removed].....I cannot say enough about my father's amazing new home! He has been treated like a King. The Administration is amazing, hands on and very caring and loving. My father says the food is really good! The menu has a large variety and satisfies all food groups daily. My father's physical and mental well being are in the best hands!! The nurses and their staff could not be better! They are all very knowledgeable, loving, helpful and always available 24/7. The community is always immaculate! If you are looking for a new home for your loved one....look no further than The Viera!!!

If you select this facility it would be the best thing you ever did.

We went with Landon Ridge at Sugar Land because we liked the food, the floor plans that were available for assisted living, and all the staff that we encountered on our visits were very friendly. They do have a variety of different room sizes to choose from. She has a 1 bedroom apartment and it has been perfect for her. Even though it has been hard on residents and their families, they have done an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe from the virus. They have had extremely low rates of covid. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

What stuck out to us about Lyndale Edmond was that they let us freeze in our rate so our payments never have to change during the stay here. They have 3 different sizes of rooms and we chose the middle size. They really worked with us and went out of their way to help us understand everything. They do have walking trails and a pond in the middle, so it is very nice for residents to be able to take advantage of that. I would and have recommended this facility.

I would look into the option of a rate lock, and visit the community more than once. Overall I have been very pleased with the care received, the only thing I would like to see is weekly or monthly covid updates. I would recommend this community to others.

Heartis took care of my mom and dad, and they treated us as a family. When my dad died, they were heartbroken just as we were. Staff are also very responsive to any needs we brought up.

Lakestone Terrace is very clean, and the staff members are very friendly. The food is very good, it would be a five out of five. The rooms are also very good, it would be a five out of five as well. We would recommend this community to others.

The community is always clean and inviting. The concierge is so pleasant and helpful and I enjoy my time there!

the staff really cares about the residence, and The office staff is not afraid to come out of the office and get involved, It's like a family here. We have a chef and they really have great food I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Right now due to COVID the activities are limited, but before that they were good. We were very impressed with this community, and our loved one is very happy there. We ate lunch the first day we visited and the food was very good, she has nothing but positive things to say about it. There are several different sized room, hers is on the smaller side but it opens up to the court yard where she can let her dog out.

The nice thing about this community, is they contract with another home health company. This other agency will be able to assist with your loved one's care, if needed. The community was really supportive. There was a neighbor who was near my loved one who made my loved one's transition better. This neighbor was supportive, along with the staff. To my knowledge, this community has been COVID free.

We absolutely love this community, we have nothing bad to say about it, Our loved one was very hesitant about moving our of her home and into a community. Fox Run was the first community we went to go tour, and when we walked into this community we met with the general manager and she was immediately sold on the property and the people there. Every one of the managers has treated our loved one like she was apart of their family. Our loved one moved in three weeks before the virus and she was absolutely in love with it, and never wanted to leave. Once they locked down we were not able to visit so our loved one got depressed and didn't want to leave her room. Because of this, she started falling a lot more, and the second time she fell one of the managers heard her fall and they called us immediately letting us know what happened. They allowed us to come inside the community to help her up, and the manager did not leave until I arrived. She stayed by her side the entire time to talk to her and make her comfortable. A couple weeks later she fell again, hit her head and had to go to the hospital to get stitches. The staff from Fox Run checked in with us to see how she was doing. They have gone so above and beyond with getting creative with coming up with activity ideas. They keep everyone at a distance, and have sign up sheets for different activities. They deliver the food to their rooms, and they take that time to check in with the residents and ask them how their days are going. It truly feels like such a community.

I have already referred several people. The community is a great place to live. They are really making with activities like hallway bingo and social distance exercise. The food is good, and they get plenty of it. I would like to see more protein for breakfast.

the community has excellent facilities, The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room sizes are good, the food is good but we are having to get room delivery and the variety has limited. I recommend this community to others.

I have lived here seven years and I have enjoyed it very much. Rosewood has surley met my needs. Thank you.

We have been pleased with the care mom has gotten at Elmcroft. We are especially grateful for the transportation provided to take her to the center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the last 3 years. She just turned 91 June 17 of this year.

I have lived here for 6 months. I am pleased with my stay here. All workers are helpful and kind. Food is good. Looking forward to end of restrictions.

What a beautiful senior living community this is. It is so peaceful. I knew that when I toured it was the right fit for my grandmother. She loves her balcony and the privacy the staff gives her. I am so happy that she is happy. I have/had nothing bad to say about their building or staff. The workers are very sweet.
