I would highly recommend this community to others based on my experience. I have not met one person in the community that has not been kind, compassionate, and really treat my loved one with respect. The executive director is amazing and really changed this community when she came on 2 years ago. The community is an excellent value and they have very nice apartments.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. They were very efficient with the follow-up also.

The staff members are very friendly and always very helpful. Our loved one purchased a necklace that has a button on it so if she needs any help she can push it and they will come right away. The food there is excellent, and the activities are back up and running. They have a lot to offer and the staff are very good about getting the residents out of their rooms to engage with everyone. It is definitely a good value.

We toured here when my loved one was in better health. It was very nice. The location is excellent. They had different types of facilities, detached cottages, as well as apartments. I know one person who lives there, and she was very satisfied. It felt very friendly.

Our tour here was very nice. We really liked University Place. It was clean, and they engaged with the people who live there. It's a very good choice if you’re in that position in Abilene. Basically, it came down to location. We chose a place closer to our family. Also, there's a big swing in price, and University Place was thousands more.

I called A Place for Mom, and they referred me to Brentwood Estates. I was immediately put into contact with the marketing contact there, and she is awesome. She does a wonderful job. The last time I was up there, we had an issue with our loved one's money. She happened to be walking through the lobby when I was there to take care of it, and she was very gracious and offered to help. If you ever need help, give her a call, and she'll help get you in touch with the proper person and get you the info you need to resolve your problem. I know that housekeeping comes once a week to clean the residents' apartment. The staff, the young people who help deliver food to the rooms and run the dining room and such, are wonderful. They're very good at it, and very sweet about what they do. The managers are a married couple, and they've both been very good at what they do as well. Every time I've asked for their help, they've been great. I know there's a van available for resident outings to Walmart and similar places.

Rocky Ridge is a beautiful facility and up until covid they were wonderful. They had great activities provided for the residents. But once covid hit, they just became a little difficult to deal with and our loved one was needing more care.

Wonderful tour, and I couldn't say more about the full attention of the Sales person, the director, and the RN care plan director. Every question I had was answered, and it looks like they do everything possible to coordinate the full care of a person as an individual as well as their medical needs. It was a tough choice to not go with this community, and they remain on my list if something should change. Warm, clean, and teamwork enviornment was obvious when I walked in until I left.

we toured this community and it was very nice the staff was very friendly and the tour was good. The rooms were very nice and they has walk-out patios. The only issue is we needed more assistance for my loved ones than they could offer.

The marketing director was nice and gave a tour. She explained the community very well. The community was bright, welcoming, and accommodating. The staff member that I met with came out to visit my loved one at the home. The only downfall was price. The rooms were large.

I would recommend to others for their loved ones depending on their needs. The friendly and caring staff stand outs to me. The communication with the staff was well with the family. They have a lot of indoor activities available for residents to participate in.

I chose Landon Ridge because the apartment sizes are really nice as compared to others that I saw. They were willing to work with us financially and had a plan where we could make a down payment and it would reduce our monthly rent forever. They also offer assisted living and if I had to move over there, the rent deal will still transfer over. The chef really tries to make interesting meals for us and so we have good variety. You also have your own water heater for each unit which is nice so you do not run out of hot water. The people here are very kind and I am happy living here and I would recommend.

I have been here 1 month but I think everything is great. The staff is very good and everyone here is very nice to me. I'm glad I'm here!

very nice facility - Boutique hotel feel. Seemed to have a small community. Would have liked to have gotten more information about activities or groups planned at the community . Very impressed with the director of the facility and the amenities offered . would be a good transition from someone living in an upscale senior living community to Assisted Living or Memory Care.

It's an excellent community. I visited several before deciding on this one, which was the best. It was also the most expensive, so it was a difficult decision for us, but we feel like it's worth it. I like the atmosphere here. Its uplifting, with a beautiful interior, and really pretty outdoor grounds. Other places we looked at just seemed kind of sad. Ordinarily they keep it very clean, but I just visited yesterday and it was not as great as usual. They have a few activities going right now. I believe that part was better before Covid.

We chose this facility because when we visited my mom fell in love with the location, the view, as well as the amenities provided. She loves it here and we love it too. I would highly recommend them, it is a wonderful facility.

I would tell others that compared to other communities in Oklahoma and Colorado it is about half the cost. Embark has an indoor pool that is therapeutic temperature. The communication is okay with the staff.

They made me feel very welcome and the tour was very comprehensive and informative. They were not pushy with marketing, and transparent on pricing and the business part. Waterview is a beautiful community.

Everyone is super nice! Food is good. Plenty to do.
