The apartment are a great size. The activities that involve painting are my favorites. The brain stimulating games have helped me remember works and sentences. The staff is extremely excellent. The food is always hot & fresh for us every day.

Food is good, room service is good. Everything is great. I have no complaints. This is my home.

The facility & staff are very welcoming & kind. The dining room is convenient and makes it easy to eat every day. The bus makes it easy to go to my appointments every week with our working. I've never asked for anything that wasn't done right away.

The community is a great place to live. IT is in a great location. The food is enjoyable and the activities are always fun and has lots of snacks for free.

I've been here for 5 years and I have not been disappointed. The activities are always enjoyable. I and a group of ladies of ten place bridge that I look forward to everyday.

The staff makes me feel at home and cared for. All of the residents are welcoming and kind. Our chef is the best in town.

Our family has had no issues with this community even during the height of the pandemic. What we really like is their communication from the family patient concierge. They truly showed our loved one compassion and have her best interest at heart.

Before coming here my wife was in assisted living and I was in independent living so I was only allowed to visit her. Now coming here we are both able to live with each other again and take care of each other. We would recommend the Heartis San Antonio community to others.

Can not say enough good about this home. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are always available to lend a helping hand in whatever way is needed. They are always there to answer questions or to check on your loved ones if you are not there. The dining staff are so very attentive to whatever some one needs. The cleaning crew are awesome. You can not imagine how nice it is to have meals served and apartment cleaned its great. The lawns are manicured and look awesome. The security is wonderful. I can not say enough good things about living here. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

My loved one is well taken care of. The residents seem happy there. She loves it. She says it's the perfect place for her. She loves the activities, the food, the people. It's been good for her, and it's good to see her smile again. I think its's a wonderful value.

Heartis Arlington has been great to work with so far. They have a wonderful activities director which is what I was hoping for for my mother. She does special things for her and has really taken her under her wing and encourages her to participate. The new administrative staff have been really good with communication, calling/texting/emailing with any updates. The staff here go above and beyond for their residents and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

Awesome place! Dining room is open 7a-7p. Restaurant style. Residents can eat their meals whenever they want. Apartment has a private door to the outside courtyard. The Community Fee is[fee removed]. !!! That’s just crazy! We were able to negotiate it down. Price is higher than the amount on the information provided by A Place For Mom.

Great place to live!

Brentwood Estates is a very clean community and the staff members are extremely friendly. I really like the privacy you get here, nobody here gets into other peoples business. The meals they serve are great, the activities are excellent and we have a wonderful activities director.

Our experience with the Westmore has been excellent. We truly get a sense of family when we come to visit, everyone has been incredibly nice, caring, professional and inclusive. The staff members have been very communicative with us regarding our father in law who absolutely loves being there.

It is a great age in place community. The best thing is my loved one feels taken care of and a part of the community. The staff are phenomal. The memory care has a dedicated med tech, director. The food is good, we were under the impression that there would be a menu. In memory care it isn't the case.
