We toured Renaissance- Austin and had a great tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because Renaissance was located too far away.

They make you and your loved one feel welcomed when you first come in to interview. Everyone was very helpful in helping us make a decision. Most of all they made my mom feel comfortable when she came to this community. They have activities like sing a longs, bingo, arts and crafts, events around all of the holidays and more to keep the residents busy and active in the community.

I love the staff but with the office staff I have been making a request for quite some time and it has still not been resolved but this is with the office staff only everyone else has been fantastic with my loved one. Everyone is friendly at this community and they have a lot to do. It is convenient with all of the meals being provided and there is always something to do with the activities so it keeps the residents going and active in this community.

Everything is going fine, the facility is beautiful and the staff are very nice and accommodating, especially [name removed]. This was one of two places that allowed smoking outside which was a must for us. My loved one is just not taking advantage of all that they have to offer and is having a hard time adjusting, especially to the meal times. It would be nice if they could pick their meals for the whole week.

The Brennity did a very nice job with our tour. I really liked the facility and the staff, but they only had studio apartments available and my loved one was looking for something bigger with multiple rooms. They did great with following up with us after the tour to check in.

We chose Eastdale Estates because there are 4 different levels of senior health care and this was more of a retirement community versus a nursing home or place where people need more help. I wanted her to be able to keep her independence but if she falls someone can be there to assist her. The apartment sizes are more than adequate for what she needs. The activities provided are outstanding. The environment overall is very safe and is close to a medical facility. I would recommend them to others looking.

My wife wants to move into this community. The staff are really nice with us and our loved one. They have activities like singers that come in for entertainment. They also have church services, ice cream socials and more for the residents to stay busy and active.

It's a good place, and my loved one likes it there. She's very happy with the food. Her apartment is nice, and all the rooms have a nice view of trees, which is unusual. They have a whole lot of activities if you choose to participate. They do have housekeeping every day. I just wish they wouldn't allow the resident to decline services if they don't want them to come in on a particular day.

Windcrest is a wonderful place! the staff is personable and truly care for the residents. their activities and food are top notch. clean and comfortable.

My mom absolutely loved it here. The staff were exceptional and the food was excellent. It is a very nice facility, everything is clean, they did her laundry, cleaned her apartment, etc. Staff were always available and great with communication to the family. It is pricey but totally worth it, it is a top notch place. If she could come back here we would move her back in a heartbeat, she just needed more extensive care. If you are looking for assisted living for your loved one, The Waterford at Roxbury Park is the place to go.

I would recommend you check out the community for your loved one. The people are friendly and nice here. The staff are willing to assist the residents in anyway possible. The food is pretty good. They have choices to choose from for meals. Laundry, housekeeping, meals, the room, utilities including basic cable, and WIFI are included in the monthly rate. The transportation is available for residents to use for doctor appointments. There is a fee that is charged to the resident's account. Bingo, arts and crafts, Bible study, games, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents to participate in.

This was a nice tour but I did not feel like they would be able to care for my loved one like he needed due to behavior issues.

Brayden Park is definitely a great place to go. I feel very safe and comfortable having my loved one there. The staff are very friendly, have a great appearance, and their eagerness is wonderful. My loved one tells me the food is good as well.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved Stonefield, we were really torn between this community and another. It was fancier updated, roughly the same distance from our place but ultimately the other community just had a little more activities to be offered which sold us

It was a good community, but was smaller than we wanted for my loved one.

This is a good community. They are very helpful in helping those individuals that this is their first time in placing a loved one into a community. The staff have been good to work with. There is no customer portal or a way to look into a bill or place a request for maintenance. This would be a big help to families who want to see what their loved one has been up to and doing in the community.

Windcrest is a friendly, welcoming community. it is a smaller community that everyone knows each other. the staff enjoys the residents and make every effort to keep them busy with fun activities.

Windcrest is a smaller place with just 2 levels. It was so inviting, friendly and clean. The residents visit among themselves and having a good time. A few of them told me they feel spoiled living at Windcrest. The apartments are very spacious and light.

The staff was very caring and communicated very well. They took awesome care of my father. The facility was beautiful and very clean. They had activities every day, and they encouraged the residents to partake. And my father was very happy with all the food.

I thought Rio Terra was outstanding as far as the facility and overall appearance. Of course based on a tour, I can't say what the actual living experience would be like.
