Our loved one was very resistant going into an assisted living community but after a few days when she started to engage with the activities she really opened up and not is happy being there. She also talks about how great the meals and dining service is.

The staff truly cares about the residents and create a family style atmosphere. Concerns and issues that may arise are dealt with promptly. The residents all seem very happy.

We went with Adante because the overall appearance of the facility, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff and residents. That is what got us the most interested was that the residents would stop us during the tour and rave about things but would also tell us if there were things they did not like and they would tell us in front of the sales person. We call it a cruise ship on land, it is that beautiful and impressive. The food is incredible, they are chef prepared meals and they get a menu with variety. The dining room is restaurant style and it has nice linens and dishes, she likes the fine dining aspect of it all. We have been very pleased with our experience.

We had a little hiccup at first when it came to determining how much care my loved one would need. But they were good about correcting it once we pointed out that the recommendations from the rehab facility she was coming from weren't entirely accurate. And they're adjusting the care level and fees accordingly. Even so, they have the best price range I found in the area. We also have noticed some communication issues between their suggested home health service and the doctor who serves the community. Sometimes the timing of things doesn't happen quickly enough or there is not enough follow-through. But the Landon Ridge staff is doing a great job. They have been really patient and good with my loved one when she challenges them. The food looks really good to me, but she complains sometimes. I also think the facility is really nice, much nicer than other places we looked at, especially for the price.

This was the second community we had toured and right away you could just tell how nice everything looked. Our loved one seems really happy so far with the meals and dining service. They are not very social so they do not participate in the activities, but on their Facebook page it looks like they have a lot of fun stuff there. We have recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

Elison of Pinecrest is a grand place, if I had to go somewhere I would choose to go here. It is a larger facility so there are more people and more things going on. My favorite part about it was the Pinellas trail goes right by it. So those who are more independent can rent electric trikes or go walking and it takes you to shopping, restaurants, etc. This gives you the freedom without having to drive a car.

I have found that the food is really very good. As far as the staff, you couldn't ask for more friendly people. They know your name almost immediately, and they always greet you with a friendly demeanor. It's really a great staff. The building is brand new, well taken care of, and very clean. They have on-site amenities that include a theater that seats 49, pool tables, and a heated swimming pool. I like my apartment, and it has everything I need. You have to furnish it yourself, like you would at any other place. But you have washer/dryer hook-ups and a walk-in closet, and you can't beat that.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choice it was a great tour and seemed to have great activities.

I thought Brennity at Vero Beach was awesome! It was an absolutely beautiful place. The lady who did the tour was very empathetic and prepared. Their model unit was furnished by one of the local furniture companies and was just beautiful. It was a great place, and we could have easily gone with them. They were just a little farther away than we wanted to be from our loved one. But I told me husband after the tour, "I'm moving in here!"

It seemed like the people at this community are nice and the people that I dealt with on the administrative side were very nice. There was some inconsistency with the care providers at night for my loved one. I was able to do a video tour and they showed me everything that I needed to see. They also had a nice schedule of activities in the memory unit.

It is very hard to downsize and move and the staff have been very open and understanding and accommodating. Everyone has been very nice to me it has just been an adjustment from living on my own. I feel comfortable and safe here at this community. I would like to have more variety with the food but everything I have eaten has been pretty good. The kitchen staff are good and helpful and everything looks good in the dining room. We lost the activity director and they have not hired a new one. They have activities like bingo and more but I would like to see more things planned in the community.

[name removed] really understood our situation and was able to give us great information. They were vey patient with us because it took us a long time to come to a decision. She handled everything with so much grace and really wanted what was best for us and my mother in law. She is very happy here in her own space and it has helped her cognitively to have a routine again. Renaissance-Sherman has been the biggest blessing of our lives and we would highly recommend them.

Rocky Ridge is a good, safe place to be. The food is tasty and appealing. The staff is helpful. The people in the community seem mostly friendly. The activities are well scheduled and appropriate. And their cost is right in the middle - higher than some but lower than others in the area.

My loved one is very happy there. It has helped relieve a lot of anxiety for me for him being on his own. The activities are great. The meals could use a little more variety.

This was a nice community. It is set up for assisted living and my loved one needed additional care than they could not provide.

I would definitely recommend it. Everyone is very friendly, very clean. We had a few hiccups. Those hiccups got worked out.

The management of the facility is very flexible and very friendly. They worked hard to make sure they understood our needs, and they were able to offer programs and ideas to address our specific situation. The apartments are awesome. They're modern, appear to be well maintained, are appropriately sized, and have good views out the windows. And they clearly put effort into freshening up the spaces when there is turnover in residents.

I would let others to know to make sure you get on the wait list. That way you can get in there right away. Fox Run Estates is the best community around.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great place, friendly people and they seemed to have a lot of good activities. The biggest drawback was the covid restrictions - they said only vaccinated people could visit their family. However we still have recommended this community to others.

It is has a very open concept community with a large dining area. It has an off set seating area where families can come to visit, the staff are always very accommodating and its just a very nice community.
