They had an open house. I liked it but it wasn't a good fit for my loved one.

we liked the small ratio of less residents so that they can experience better care. they staff are great; the director and their management team are very good too.

I really loved Landon Ridge. Is is a much smaller facility and that really stood out to me. I picked another facility just based on location, but this seemed like a great place.

There are so many activities offered at Pecan Point, sometimes are love one does not take advantage but other times she does and really enjoys it. There is a lady that comes in every week to do the residents hair, and that has been our loved ones favorite thing. Also the meals are really good. Our loved one can be difficult, and the staff really are trying their best.

Everybody has just been wonderful, right away we noticed how nice everyone was and how excited they were for our mother to move in. When she lived at home by herself she was so isolated and was not getting the socialization that she needed. However that is not the case here, she never misses a bingo class and is just really getting back to the mother we know. She is really liking it here. The meals overall are good, but could use a little bit more of a variety. We like how her apartment has a bedroom, separate living space and a small kitchenette.

We chose Pecan Point mostly because of the programs they offered. Even though my brother rarely participates, if he chooses to they are available. The staff members are so nice and helpful no matter how many times you ask a question. They do have maintenance people on staff so when things need to be fixed it is easier than having a 3rd party come in and take care of it. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Love Windcrest. Food is great and apartments are roomy and sunny.

This community was amazing, we brought our loved one here from another facility and we did not realize how bad of a condition our loved one was in because the community did not communicate with us, but Bellarose accepted him right away. This community felt like home right away, they not only treated our loved one like family, but they showed our family genuine care. They gave him such comfort during his stay, they were so attentive and accommodating. It is obvious from the very top to management, to the maintenance team that this is more of a job to them.

I would recommend this community. I looked at a lot of places and this was for sure the best one. They contact me all of the time and keep me updated. They are really good and attentive, it feels like they care about my experience as well.

Love how light and bright Windcrest Community is. Love the fact that all the apartments have bay windows. Met some residents in the lobby and they commented on what a great place it is and they enjoy living there.

The meals are amazing at this community. You get a choice and a menu and then there are meals that are there everyday. Everyone gets a balanced nutritious meal. I have told everyone that I know about this community. If i did not own my home this is where I would live.

This is a good community for a loved one that needed the type of care they provide here. The staff have been good at communicating with answers to my questions and addressing any concerns I may have. The staff are good at encouraging the residents to participate in the activities. Some of the memory care activities include reading, mindfulness games, soda shop with ice cream, puzzles, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to. They have good security for the residents to be safe in the community. I would recommend the community to others.

I was really impressed with this community but the cost was too expensive. My loved one also knew people at the other community. Did not like the set up of the apartments and looked like it may have been hard to move in.

The community itself, the nurses and their staff were extremely kind, caring and well trained especially when it comes to memory loss. However after our loved ones passing, the director wanted to nickel and dime everything. We were very compliant the entire process, paid on time and for such a small fee that relationship we had was ruined, and the director completely ruined all the hard work the nurses and staff members did. It just left a bad taste in our mouth.

This community was great for my loved one this is a great community. They took good care of her and did an exceptional job with my loved one. They had a lot of activities and a schedule of things for the residents to do. This is one of the best facility in the area.

My parents love it here. They’ve been here for 5 years now. The associates are really friendly and helpful. The residents are as well. Its just a very family-like atmosphere.

Westmore senior living is a great place to live and work. Our Executive director is absolutely amazing, as well as the team.

Our family had an in person tour and we were treated with great respect, they gave us a lot of information and continued to follow up with us. For some reason we just did not get that overwhelming feeling that this was the correct place.

Due to my loved ones level of care my loved one would not have been able to go to this community. It was a nice community it just did not work out for my loved one.

It has been a very good experience. It's very home-like. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is good - it tastes good, and I get no complaints from my loved one. Activities are somewhat limited due to Covid, but they still have quite a bit going on.
