I like the place but the food should be better and more portions. The staff could be more friendly, mainly the kitchen staff. Otherwise no complaints. The nursing care is fanatastic. Entertainment is really good. I wish they had a bus with a chair lift, because my friend can't walk. They have lots of activities on the inside, but I wish they had more outings, to the park or gardens. My friend is unable to do that, because there is no chair lift on the bus.

Moving to an assisted living facility, is a life changer for some seniors, but the staff made the transition painless. They are as responsive to the family as they are to the resident. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff treat the residents as their own grandparents. They are kind and caring. They make the residents feel very comfortable and safe. All the employees take special interest in the residents...from the dietary staff to maintenance to housekeeping. There is nothing they won't do for the residents. A variety of activities are offered daily as well as special events .... cookouts, holiday celebrations, ice cream sundaes, etc. If you are bored, it is by choice! Thank you for the love you pour into the Windcrest community.

Landon Ridge has been a great home for my grandmother for the past 2 years now! She enjoys the activities, especially water aerobics and the outings they go on. She uses the dining room daily and has a great group of friends she dines with. I've joined her for a few meals and have to say the food is outstanding! Restaurant quality meals and service!! The team is always welcoming at the front lobby and the residents all seem very kinds. She tells me her housekeeper is great and does a very good job each week. Highly recommend this senior living community for a loved one!

So far Santa Fe Trails has been great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They really excel at taking care of everyone. There are a lot of activities offered. And the apartment is pretty standard for elderly care.

A wonderful place to live. They have activities program, beautiful lake, three meals a day with a great chef. Town hall meeting once a month, birthday celebrations, beauty shop. Great staff, very helping. Transportation service to doctors.

The facility is warm and inviting; the staff are happy, out and about, and easily approachable; and the residents are all happy and welcoming. You do not find happy and welcoming residents unless they, themselves, feel happy, cherished, and secure. In addition to doing their regular jobs, you will often find the staff either helping a resident in general, helping with meals, joining in on activities, etc. I mean everyone – Facility Director, Memory Care Director, entire front office team, Environmental Service Director, Activities Director, nurse, med techs, caregivers, housekeeping staff. It is obvious that they do what they do because they care. Think “doing a job as a means to make a living” versus “doing a job that is an integral part of fiber of who you are”. This team is the second version – they love what they are doing. It shows in the love, care, and compassion they show to the residents and their families. This is not “just a job” for them.

My grandmother lives here and LOVES it! She constantly raves of the food and service, and it seems like they always have fun events planned for them. It's a pleasure visiting her, and the staff is friendly and professional.

I thought The Westmore was really nice. It was in a really nice part of town, and close to where I live. It was a beautiful place, but fancier than what my mom preferred.

The staff is friendly, the community is clean, and the food has been good. Recently the quality of meals have declined a bit due to a Covid scare. Residents had to quarantine in their rooms and the dining room was closed. Meals were being delivered to their rooms during that time, we're expecting that to end soon though. The chef has been there for 15 years, so he must be pretty good. My loved one also likes all the meals. Activities include occasional "themed" parties where the residents are dressed up according to theme. They recently had a Western themed party with a country singer who came in to entertain the guests. They took photos of the residents and hung them up around the community. Aside from the parties, they have games, bingo, card games, etc.. The Clairmont is a good place, and we looked at several communities around town. My sister is kind of introverted, but living here has worked out.

My only loved one only stayed at Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care for a short time; but I think they were great.

I moved my reluctant [age removed] year old father here and he is having the time of his life! The guy who always uses his rolling walker was dancing with several other residents - one lady was [age removed]. He had the best time. He loves his patio also!

I have had Mom in two other facilities. One was great, but an hour away and the other was by far the worst facility, for a memory care I have experienced. When you got off the elevator, the first thing you smelled was pee and poop, so strong it was nauseating. Pinecrest never smells like that. They have an exceptional clean facility and actually care about their residents. Most of the staff call everyone by their name and look out for them. They have activities all day long and excursions to restsutants, etc.. I am so pleased with Mom's progress and the wonderful care she receives. Thank you to " A place for Mom".

The staff have all been really helpful and friendly. Overall it has been a great experience so far.

We had an excellent tour experience with Waterview. It is a newer facility that was more expensive. I think it would be awesome to live here, but it was just not the right setting for my loved one. [name removed] who showed me around went above and beyond showing me everything and she shared possible VA benefits with me and that was extremely helpful to us. They had a lot of amenities offered for the residents.

We toured Holiday Parkwood Meadows and it was a very pretty place. The community was well done and well cared for. The staff and administration were also very nice. Although we had a great tour experience and first impression; we chose another community because Holiday did not fit into our budget.

This is a great place for anyone to be!!! They take such good care of the residents and the facility itself!!! Love it there!!! And I'm from out of state and come to visit family!!! ??

I am very blessed to have my loved one here. They take great care of them. I feel compassion from the staff. The staff communication with the family is very good, and they keep us update with any questions or concerns about our loved one. Some of the apartments have kitchens depending on the area of the community you are in. The community does provide three meals a day for the residents.

They have a really good program, and they take a lot of time to explain things throughout the the whole process, which is really helpful. Every one of the staff we've worked with has been fantastic. They always take the time to make sure we understand what's happening and that we get updates. They have great communication. The care has been good, and my dad seems to be happy. They've been very patient with him through his ups and downs, and they've done a really good job of communicating with us through all that - when he's having a bad day, when he's having a good day - so that our whole family has a great experience. They've done a great job.
