I love the way that Bristol Park of Conroe is set up. The "main street" theme when you walk in to the community is so inviting. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I appreciate the "feel" of the community. The staff understand the intricacies of working with people that have dementia. I love that the food is prepared, not only taste amazing, but also visually appealing so that everyone wants to eat. It is classy as well as nutritional. As a hospice partner with Bristol Park our team loves to works alongside their team.

I looked at many memory care centers for my in-laws who both have cognitive issues. I could no longer care for both of them safely. I was so happy when I visited Bristol Park at Conroe. From administration to the house cleaning staff all are caring, respectful and engaged with the residents. I am beyond impressed. I go several times a week at various times unannounced and the care is exceptional. My angels are happy and enjoy the center. I have already recommended Bristol Park to friends who are in the same situation we are in with their elderly parents. If you want a place that is safe, caring, respectful, medically sound and engaged with your loved ones bring them here.

At the beginning of my husband living in this environment, he had a hard time adjusting. Which, I believe, probably would have happened anywhere other than home. Now he is very comfortable in his surroundings and feels that this IS his home. I attribute this to all the wonderful people that take care of him every day! I am asked quite often by our friends and clients, "how is Dave". I always respond "he's great because of the angels that take care of him at Bristol Park!".

Buffalo Creek is an amazing community with caring and compassionate staff members. Residents are considered family when they move in at Buffalo Creek. The community offers a variety of activities and opportunities for residents to participate and be engaged, as well as an assortment of entertainment. So very thankful for all Buffalo Creek has to offer our loved ones!

Bristol Park at Conroe is in a wonderful location, has a great atmosphere, is super clean, and has an on-site team that is passionate and truly care about their residents!

It's a great facility. Everybody is very helpful, and they're great when I have questions or concerns. They have good activities. They've just done a remodel, so it's very clean. So far everything has been going good.

I thought that the care, the compassion, the attention to little details like folding napkins and treating them all with respect - for us, it checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for for my mother.

I am a new resident and would like to say that from first arriving to settling in it has been a praise worthy experience. It is an exceptionally, well run facility with the care, comfort and happiness of the residents being top priority. There exist a loving, caring atmosphere 1 is promoted by personnel and carried out by all employees. It is a place I can truly caooll "home".

We recently toured several assisted living facilities. We found the staff here absolutely wonderful! They were professional, compassionate, helpful, enthusiastic and fun! Very different from other places we visited.

My mom moved to Brayden Park [date removed]. on [date removed] she start radiation treatments for the first day the staff from the Director down to the aides have been so caring and helpful to me and my mom. They motto is Residence first. And the are not kidding my mom has to take the shuttle every day which they provided and the driver is the most patient and care man I have meet in a long time. She has to have medication before her treatments which the Med tech gives her every day on time. I can not say enough good things about them. I would recommend Brayden Park Assistant living and Memory care to anyone's love one. I feel very confident that my mom is in good hands. Thank you again from the bottom of my Heart.

They were open and honest from the beginning. I was not promised anything that they did not come through with. The service is good, and they have a shuttle that will take the residents to such as the mall and other places within a range. They have activities as well.

It is an excellent community and experience for us in everyway. The staff care and listen to the residents. There was recently a change of ownership and the new manager who used to be at the community has taken over and things are going quite well in the community. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There is variety of options for the residents to choose from for meals. Some of the activities available include bingo, entertainers, religious groups that come by. There are some really fun activities available for outings.

There has been some recent turnover in management staff that has caused some challenges, but I am sure they will overcome it. Same goes for the kitchen staff.

We chose Holiday Prairie Rose because compared to where she had been, they had a better variety as far as meals and they are very consistent on cleaning her apartment - they also have a linen service offered as well. Everything that they said they would provide they have delivered on. They gave her a pendant that she wear around her neck and if she ever has any type of emergency she can just press the button. The staff all know her by name and pay attention to all the little individuals details. She has a studio and for her it is perfectly fine space wise. Overall it has been a really good experience here.
