The overall feel and cleanliness really stuck out to us with this facility. Very homey environment. They do have activities. It's a clean facility, housekeeping is done daily. They were always accommodating in my requests for laundry, etc. I would recommend them to friends and family. And I would always check in regularly to make sure everything was to my expectations.

Eveything has been great. They have been really helpful, and we have never had a problem. They have done everything that we have needed. My loved one is eating well and doing really well. The activites is great, and my loved one has partcipated in a few, and enjoyed them. It's always something to do. We needed a place to keep our loved one safe, and they are def serving them very well. My other family members, were impressed with the facility, and cleanliness. The staff is amazing, very caring, and attentive to the residents. I would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful place, very nice living areas and dining room. We love the parties and amount of group activities through the day that our family gets involved in. Friendly staff, great place! Very happy here! .

What we really like about Brayden Park is that she has someone there for her at all times just in case she needs the help.

I would highly recommend the community for your loved ones. In I have also already recommend the community to a friend. The staff are friendly and compassionate. They are always willing to answer our questions and they have been willing to take the time to speak with the family. We love this community and our experience. The food has been very good. We have even had a chance to dine with our loved ones. The community's dining staff are willing to try and accommodate the resident's requests. The staff have been willing to try and assist our loved ones in feeling comfortable in the community, being compassionate, and you can tell they care. The community has been doing upgrades to the memory care unit, and the Executive Director is willing to pitch in to get things accomplished.

The room is normally pretty clean. We picked this community because of the convience, it was close to my home and they had an opening when I needed to place my loved one. The communication is pretty good. Overall, it's above average.

Heartis Arlington gets 5 stars for everything, I have had no complaints what-so-ever. They treated my dad with the utmost love and respect. The thing that sticks out most about this facility would be the caregivers. They really seem to love their jobs and genuinely care about the residents. I am a retired hospice registered nurse, so I have been to and seen a lot of different facilities.

The staff is great. The location and facility are great. Mom just does not care much for the food

The place is very unique. Most places are built like a high rise with small courtyard. This place has gorgeous and huge interior courtyard. Great walking trail and shaded. Half of the apartments face it. A true hidden gem that really makes a home feel. Long wide hallways that wrap around it. Not on a busy road so very quiet and peaceful yet close to all grocery-shopping etc... you might need. The director [name removed] and assistant director [name removed] are smart, kind and responsive. And the residents are truly happy there. We personally liked the fact the Renaissance also has assisted living so we have progression of care. So we can move from independent to assisted as needed.

I have been here for a rewarding 5 months. I have met some of the most loving people. I felt right at home from day one. We laugh together and share stories together. We enjoy eating together. We all do activities together. I am so glad I picked Eastdall Estates as my new home.

The residents were very upbeat. They didn't look like they were waiting to transition like the other places. Also, the environment was clean and had no foul smells. Also liked the way the staff referred to Stonefield as the residents home and that the staff works for the residents and not vise a versa.

We had a very nice tour experience at Heritage Place. The gal showing us around was very well dressed, professional, and gave us a lot of great information. She even walked us out to the car afterwards and gave us a goody-bag of homeade cookies. The reason we did not choose this facility was because the room that my mom would have had was far away from the dining room and she was not very mobile at the time. Other than that it seemed like a great facility.

We had a great tour experience with Prairie Rose. The facility was beautiful. It was large and we were looking for a smaller setting for my loved on. We were nervous she may get lost in a larger place.

If you're considering independent living for your loved one or if you're uncertain about it in general, give Lakeshore Estates a chance. It's really a pleasant surprise. The whole process has been fantastic. The staff are all very nice and very professional, and they've answered any questions I've had. My dad seems to be loving it there, and it is exactly what we were looking for for him. It's always clean when I come to visit. And he loves the food.

We chose Elison of Marietta because we thought he would be most comfortable here and it could not have turned out to be more perfect for him The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very open to him having visitors. He loves his apartment, he has a big window that looks out to an open field. He gets to watch the deer come across the land and watched them bail hay in the fall. He raves about the food. They are chef prepared meals, he has a menu and if he does not like what they are having then he can request something else. Overall we would most definitely recommend Elison of Marietta to others.

From first contact with sales manger the entire experience with sales and management has been pleasant. I have been very happy living here and have made some lasting friendships! I enjoy the activities and they way the staff makes me feel!

So far we've been very happy with Landon Ridge. The facility is very clean. The staff have all been wonderful and very courteous. They keep us well informed. Anytime there's an issue, they contact me. The cost is very competitive for the service that we're getting. We've had no problems whatsoever. And it has been a much better experience than we had a previous place.

This place is great. It's a clean atmosphere and the staff is friendly. But they are very short staffed right now. There haven't been many activities going on, probably has a lot to do with being short staffed. Housekeeping of the rooms isn't great. They mop, vacuum, and make the bed. But they don't dust and the overall cleanliness of the room could improve. Communication with the family is good. The food is great, good quality and variety. We're having issues with them cashing the rent checks. I've talked to them about it, but they don't have a GM right now and nobody knows what's going on with it. Dad keeps getting eviction letters and he's not the only one, it's happening to other residents too. He's given them a check every month, so we know he won't be evicted. But his checks aren't being cashed. They do have a transportation vehicle, but haven't had a driver. I think they may have just recently hired one, but dad doesn't utilize the transportation so I'm not certain. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to. Overall, it's been a great place.

They work with you and they're caring. Their way of doing things really helps you out. I like the way they're there all the time, you can call them anytime and they will respond anytime you call or need to talk. They make sure to give him his medicine(s) and they make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Some of their activities include playing Dominoes and field trips if they're planned. They also have card night and movie night 3 days a week. They meet up to watch football and the other day they had an ice cream day where they all got together and had ice cream in one of their meeting spaces. Overall, I would Landon Ridge to others.

I toured this facility and it was nice. Friendly staff and it was very clean.
