Windcrest is a great place for your senior loved one. The staff is so friendly, everyone is warm and welcoming. They are eager to help in anyway they can. Windcrest takes very good care of their residents and always have fun activities, celebrate birthdays. Love this place.

This is a beautiful community. All the staff are great and compassionate and take great care of the residents. They have lots of things for residents to do. If you are looking for a great assisted living for your loved one that feels like home Windcrest is the place .

Mom really enjoys the activities. I appreciate the pictures and stories that [name removed] shares with me. My Mom recently was transferred to the Emergency Dept for extreme pain. I was very satisfied with Heartis informing me of her situation. Heartis has been excellent with management of her care.

I toured this facility and it was great! I really liked it. Its beautiful, reasonably priced, and very clean. However, they don't have a memory care unit and I knew my loved one would need that in the near future, so we continued our search. If you don't have a need for memory care, I would definitely recommend this facility!

Windcrest is wonderful. The facility, the people, the administrative staff. Everyone is compassionate, loving, kind, tolerant of older folks attitudes. They are fun, they embrace family involvement.

This place has been such a wonderful experience! Staff is friendly and take great care of their residents! We wouldn't be anywhere else!

It was a beautiful place with very friendly compassionate workers. One suggestion would be to make sure when shopping, that you get a clear idea of the procedure, if your family member declines in health. I would recommend that people check it out, as it is a good place.

The facility is great! Staff is good. On the weekends, they do seem to be a bit short staffed, but they do bring additional staff in to help and it seems to work well. The food is good. Mom hasn't participated in many activities yet. I do wish they would have introduced her to the activities director when she moved in. I think doing that would help residents feel more comfortable and encourage them to engage and participate. But I also know ultimately, it's up to each resident to decide and be willing to participate. I just think a personal introduction/welcoming might help. The facility is very clean and I would recommend them.

Kudos to the General Manager [name removed]. So thankful for her and taking the time and actions that help my mother [name removed]. She's approachable, considerate, and understanding of the residents' needs.

The Landon Ridge community gets 6 stars, they have been amazing. What we like best about it is that our mother is happy, she feels very content and very very safe living there. Her apartment is just lovely, she has a deck she can sit outside on and paint that overlooks a beautiful well manicure courtyard. She goes down for their lunches and they serve more than just a sandwich slapped together they are adequate meals. She goes to the weekly church service and is able to get her hair done there. They have this ambassadors program which we like and a program where medical professionals can come to the community and check up on your loved one. They have so many wonderful services.

HarborChase is beautiful and wonderful place the staff are amazing [name removed] the sales director goes above and beyond, the whole staff really loves the residents and cares about the families. The place is always clean and iinviting

Windcrest is a nice, smaller place that provides wonderful care. The residents are kept busy with activities and entertainment. The food is very good and provides a restaurant like setting with a choice of wonderful meals. Physical Therapy is available on site. The resident's apartments are very spacious with housekeeping provided. I would recommend Windcrest to families that are looking for assisted living.

The staff was great regarding placement for my father. We were give a 24 hr notice of discharge and [name removed] and [name removed] were able to work with us to get immediate response for admission. The facility is modern and very nice with numerous activity and lounge rooms. They are pet friendly which is a great fit.

Great facility. It's clean, well maintained and has a feeling of home. The management is very professional and easy to work with. The staff at Windcrest are wonderful and patient. Always lots going on for residents to do. Love the food. Highly recommend.

We've utilized The Waterford for respite stays, and we loved it. We would have put my loved one there long-term except they don't have memory care. Even though the building is old, the people were so nice. The care was great. And the food was good.

I toured Heartis Arlington and it was like the Cadillac of facilities. The people were really nice; it was beautiful, brand new, and very clean. They had a lot more housekeepers and care providers there. The problem is, with Heartis being the Cadillac of facilities, it was just very expensive. It wasn't in our budget, especially with the high level of care my dad needed.

They are doing a really good job. They have great management and every day staff members - they are always friendly with our family and with my mom. The quality of care is much better than her previous facility she was at. They have plenty of activities provided (different ones on different days) but she does not participate in many. They have a screened in porch that she likes to go sit in. The value for what you get is excellent. I would definitely recommend Bristol Park for others looking for memory care. The building is very nice with plenty of room and has a backyard which is a big plus as well.
