Lynridge was very nice. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The staff is educated about the behaviors and needs of their residents. It is beautifully decorated and there is a lovely patio in the center of the wings. The rooms are large enough to accommodate nice furniture. I did not notice any activities with residents going on, but it might have been the time of day.

Right now they are not organized and short staffed. They have changed the management many times. It seems like the staff play more than one position but they are trying their best. My loved one is safe but it has been tough for them during the transition with these problems. They are not well managed and they staff are trying to make things happen.

Over priced,food quality for dinner is poor. I don't believe any housekeeping is being done. My mother's room is often dusty,and smelly. New Executive Director is not very reachable. Looking at other facilities. Prices keep raising but quality has went down..

I took a tour of the community and the person that assisted me with the tour was the janitor. The tour guide was not available. The janitor tried his best to accommodate me and was attentive. I however did not receive a proper tour of the community. I did not receive the information that should have been provided for me like activities offered and the meal plans.

Our experience with Westmore was not a very good one. During the time my loved one was there they went through quite a few management changes, and the care staff just seemed disorganized and not very friendly.Maybe things are better now, but based on our experience I would not recommend it.

Has had 3 Exec Directors in about 1 1/2 years , they always start out gung ho but nothing really changes, just promises and lip service. This is a beautiful facility and the care takers are excellent just overworked and their schedules seem to always b changing so there is no consistency of same caretakers for a resident...major cuts in staffing...the other day there were only two caretakers on duty for 100 residents during the afternoon. The food has been terrible for some time , residents and numerous resident families have met with mgmt and the "chef" but nothing changes. Poor menu choices for the elderly, poorly prepared and executed, poor quality ( frozen, prepared, reheated).. Not enough dining staff to properly serve residents. If the care staffing had not been cut, and the food/ service were fixed, it would b a great facility.....but they don't seem to be looking for ways to improve or get better...I know of 3 residents who recently moved to other facilities.

I'am still adjusting to this community, so far everything is working out pretty well. The staff have been pretty kind, they are very helpful. The residents have been very friendly and welcoming. I have made some new friends. Maybe with some time I would recommend this community.

How dare they go up on my mother's level of care which resulted in a higher rate without telling me.....i can't get my mom out of here fast enough!!!!

My mother in law currently resides here, facility is beautiful, caregivers are friendly and well trained. The administration is a completely different story. [removed] My mother in law has fallen several times, her laundry has gone missing, residents continuously wander right out the front door right pass the Directors office. We will be moving as soon as possible. My husband and I have wasted enough time and money here.

The local management changes often. Unfortunately they don't seem to be getting better. In fact, the most recent changes have brought management to the local team that treats its residents as if they are in a penal facility. If a resident is late, they won't be served the meal, or the course that they may have been late for. Coffee during a meal, you get one refill. Really - I doubt we will be staying much longer. Not only because of the recent management change but the long line of manager changes each being a very odd combination of characters. It is unpleasant for our mother now and her friends are very unhappy too.

Mirabella is an old building that has been updated maybe a few years ago. My father lived there for just a few weeks before we decided to move him out. The community staff and management were kind and caring, but they seem to have little power to change any of the major concerns we had once we moved in, like TV, AC, and billing issues. When I contacted the corporate office, as the Director suggested, we got the run-around. We lost our $2000 community fee and regret allowing ourselves to be pressured by the gentleman who gave us our initial tour. He was a bit pushy and arrogant, but we figured all sales people are that way. After walking the community and meeting some staff we decided to move dad in. We just didn't realize once we moved in that the basic joys my father had would be so difficult for them to consistently provide (TV and AC). The food was never consistently good, either. We know it's tough to cook for that many people, but some meals were so bad that the entire dining room was complaining. We were excited about the affordability and location, but realized the truth: you get what you pay for!

My mom is a resident in the memory care unit. This place has gone downhill in just a year. Strong urine smell, a staff that never seem to be around when you need them and most do not speak English well. The turn around in staff is very concerning and there is no one on the floor who is in charge. I am in the process of finding a new facility for my mom, and I am now armed with the right information to make a better decision. Don't be fooled by the shiny building and friendly office staff. Things change once they have your money.

Long, confusing hallways with an institutional feel. Pricing seemed high for the place. Limited outdoor areas. Pictures from website are from independent living not assisted living side. Misleading

Elegant, meal good, maybe too fancy? Offered VA Family assistance

My loved one went there from a nursing home. She was there five days before she had to go back to the hospital. The place was very nice. The people were very nice. If we’d been there longer it might have been a better experience. I paid for half a month in May and then I had to pay for June, and she was only there the last five days of May. They won’t give me the money back when she wasn’t even there. I had to pay $4200 for five days. It was a nice place and all and the people are nice, but the cost was really high.

This is a nice community, however the levels of care provided won't accommodate my mother's needs. She needs help remembering to take her meds in the morning. The accommodations offered for assisted living feel like a nursing home and residents are segregated between the two buildings of assisted living and independent living. The assisted living facility had a faint smell of urine when we toured the resident's areas. If they offered something other than small studio rooms for assisted living, it might be an option for my mom.

You get what you pay for. This place had a great value because it was cheap! My mom stayed here for a little bit before I quickly put in my notice to move. Luckily, I didn't have to pay their "NON-REFUNDABLE move-in fee" of $3,000 so it could have been worse. They fool you with their nice design but once inside, service is terrible. Many times my mother had the RECEPTIONIST come to help her up after over 20 minutes of the light going off for help. The staff say they are short staffed many times. I heard the nurse even quit because they didn't have enough people to give care.
