You have many opportunities to meet and greet people. The activities are fun and you learn from others. Makes for a fun day and the music and dancing is great.

The staff are kind and caring. Administrative staff are always available to assist with questions or concerns. The onsite availability of medical caregivers, personal services, etc are a big help to the family of the residents.

5 on everything. It is very expensive in Memory Care, but the facility and staff are outstanding. I have zero complaints about anything. We chose Viera for the ease of moving from Assisted Living to Memory Care. Some of the staff work in both units which is a big comfort for the residents when moving.

The staff is the best, great atmosphere, beautiful facility.

It's been good so far. My renewal is coming up so we'll see what the increase is.

Moving here has been a very good choice for me. I have lived in many communities and Fox Run is at the very top of the list. Most of the time, the staff is very patient and caring. My only complaint is I would like more bus time.

When I first moved in to Fox Run, I was pleasantly surprised at how simple and convenient things were. The laundry room is close to my apartment. We get three meals a day. My room is cleaned weekly. There's always someone I can talk to.

I came for a tour yesterday and lived the look and feel of the community!! Hoping we can talk mom into moving!! We have visited a few others and either they seemed very sterile, or dark and dreary. Heritage Oaks had just the right feel.

I have lived at Fox Run for several years. I think it's a great place to live. The staff is a great group of people. The building is currently being renovated and is going to be very pretty. Fox Run has always felt like home to me.

The staff are wonderful. All very warm and engaging. The meal service is great and very social, mom loves the food. It's in a really great area with a nice park & lake. Many people have dogs. The residents are all friends and there's always things to do. The building feels like a nice hotel more than a "old folks home". All for $[removed]a month. It's a dream. We feel very lucky and mom is so happy. Highly recommend to anyone!!

The residents and staff have a monthly meeting for input for the next month's group outing. The facility has an enclosed courtyard that was a big part of Mother's decision to choose this facility since she has a little dog. Staff is loving and kind to the residents. The management raised the cost almost 10% a the first of the year.

Facility is beautiful and had assisted and full care. It has a pond with walking path, plus other grass areas. Staff strives to be the best. Cottages have garages, covered parking available in independent living. Apartments are very spacious feeling, housekeeping is good to excellent. Facility is relatively new, so some things are still being polished.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Always clean and smells that way. Meals are good, I have them when I can. I would recommend to others.

I love Elison Of Bella Vita! The community has wonderful charm and great amenities, but what really makes this community stand out is the staff. The team is amazing, and they really care about the residents. You will not find a community with better people, and that is what really matters when care is needed.
