The people at Elison of Pinecrest are so nice and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well cared for. There are so many great activities for the residents to participate in. The food is pretty tasty too. Overall, a great place!

My mom is extremely hard to please, complicated by rapidly advancing demensia and a lot of health issues. It is great hearing her tell others she really likes the staff, and the facility and the food. And they’ve all exercised so much love and patience dealing with her.

What our family liked the most about Elison of Marietta was that it was how happy the families appeared whenever an outing was scheduled and how happy they were when making crafts/cookies, etc. It seemed like such a happy place to live.

Elison is wonderful. The staff is so patient and they treat mom with respect they kind to her. I'm just so glad that she's there. 5 for all I have mom in path ways memory care so she requires extra care, they are just wonderful. Go talk with them at time they run specials to help you out and they will work with you like if you can use VA benefits for the Vet or spouse the staff truly care about the resident and their families and you can use my name I will be so glad to talk with anyone I just know how they help me and my mom all 4 of my brothers were so impressed with facility when they came for the first time to visit with mom.

Ansel Park Independent Living is a great place to live. It is a beautiful facility, the rooms are spacious and well designed, there is plenty of parking, and guests are welcomed. They have great staff, and recognition of veterans.

Very nice place. Took a very long time to get AC fixed is the only issue. All other things good

It's a wonderful place! The food was great. There was a short time when the food service was a little slow but that has been remedied. The staff is all very nice

We liked everything, but my family member was only there a little over one month. She needed medical assistance.

The thing we like most about Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care is the staff. They are friendly and attentive, from the workers & nurses to management. Everyone knows my parents by name, and greet them and ask how they are. I see these behaviors with the other residents, too.

I felt safe and cared for from day one. The front staff of [name removed] are endlessly kind and caring, must be something in the genes. At the front desk, [name removed] greets us smiling. I was scheduled for a new housekeeper one day so stripped the bed and popped the sheets into the wash. Confusion occurred when no housekeeper arrived, and I was unable to make the bed. No problem for dear Gloria; she accompanied me back to my place and made the bed. No fuss, just get it done. Maintenance manager, [name removed], always says "Hello [name removed], How are you?"; makes me feel welcomed every time he says it. Chef [name removed] knows how to shift gears. During a 5 day shutdown of gas cooking in the kitchen, he wheeled out the grills and produced excellent innovative meals, no cold sandwiches or PBJ for his diners. We were recently joined by [name removed] as Executive Director. He has a warm heart, likes to visit with us in the dining room. He is now well accepted as friend to all of us.

My mom is happy a wonderful experience. She is busy with friends there and when I come to visit I can be the son again. I eat there often with her and it is a great social occasion with excellent food.

Beautiful place. The best option by far. His apartment is spacious. He was able to bring his favorite furniture from home. Beautiful view of courtyard from his window. Staff has been so kind to him. We could not be more grateful to find this place.

What we like the most about Elison of Pinecrest is that the staff are very helpful. There are full services available for care and emergency. They have great employees and I feel my mother is very safe and cared for there.

The facilities/buildings are dated. The community is very friendly, and there is always tenants out walking around socializing. They check on each other, making sure they are ok. Staff is friendly and helpful to tenants with TV or smartphone help. They check on the welfare of tenants if they are not seen or heard from.

When it comes to the cleanliness, there is a strong urine smell in memory care area. Our loved ones room/bathroom is not always clean, not sure if dad is monitored for showers regularly. Our loved one says the food is good. Our loved one has fun on the outings and happy hours and music events. The cost is comparable to other facilities, and for total care is a good value.

They took great care of my dad and adjusted levels of care quickly to his needs. He passed away 3 months ago and they still keep in touch. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My loved one was previously a resident at Lakestone Terrace Senior Living and the overall experience at this facility was great. The staff was great and they were all very helpful. I would recommend Lakestone Terrace Senior Living to others.

My wife and I think it's great. My grumpy father-in- law is just grumpy!!!

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is polite and so very caring to my parents. From the caregivers to the nurses to the administrators they are all genuine and compassionate. The 2 bedroom apartment is the largest of the 5 places that I visited in 2022. Very nice layout, new paint and flooring. Their cable/phone company is horrible but that's not the facilities fault. Once the cable finally got working the free cable provided is very good. Lots of live sports channels for my dad.

Had issues with the food but they have replaced the chef and things are much better.
