The overall experience with Prestonwood Court has been great; it took a while for her to engage with others after the loss of her husband but now she's more involved in being out with others in the activity room.

What we like the most about Lyndale Edmond is that the price seems great by comparison. The staff are all kind and engaged in my dads care. I think they could do more regular family events but overall really great

The staff that we interacted with really had a passion for helping people. I felt like it was more than just a job for them. They cared about my father right away and worked hard to make him feel at home. There was also good communication with family members both when we reached out with questions or when they reached out when there was any issues

I was so worried my mom would be unhappy there. She was at first but memory care was not suited for her. She is thriving in assisted living. She attends all the activities. She loves the food and her table mates. She needed to put some weight on. She said the food is delicious. Loves the wine with dinner. She loves the staff. Very friendly and professional. They are kind and caring.

A nice smaller facility. Reminds me of a hotel. The food is very good. Friendly employees. Lots of activities. My mom is hard of hearing and can’t see well, so I do wish there was more for someone like her. But overall she is happy there.

The move in efforts from the sales team was great. [name removed] met with us virtually and then face to face to review misc apartments so my mom could decide. They moved us into a temporary location so she could be discharged from the hospital. Very accommodating. Very helpful.

They did an AWSOME job taking care of our Dad! He was combative and very hard to handle, but they did great handling him. The staff and administrators were so kind and helpful, and compassionate!!!

I would give all a 5. Mom moved home in [date removed] with hospice and went to her eternal home [date removed]. She verbalized when she moved out of orchard glen that she wished she had moved there sooner. I found the staff very caring. They all knew her name and always addressed her by name. It is a very homey place. The activities offered were great. But mom didn't utilize them as she was starting to decline in her mobility and breathing. The food was good and they really check on the residents if they fail to show for dinner and go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of. It is a very clean facility Mom moved in in [date removed] and moved out in [date removed]. I do believe that her ability to remain independent bought her 7 extra months before she had to return home with hospice care.

We brought over pictures from the house that [name removed] wanted. The maintenance man hang them up the next day. We needed their van to take [name removed] out to her house to pick up some clothing and stuff that didn't know about.

All 5 stars! I chose Heritage Place because of all of the friendly people, the nice staff, fun activities offered and the awesome food! The location is also wonderful. It is very close to my doctor's, friends and church.

Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. Most everyone I meet is very happy living here. Their recommended mover does a great job. Some people do it themselves if they are physically able. It takes a little while to set-up your apartment and meet "your people ", but that's part of the adventure. You can stay as busy or as quiet as you like if you are living independently.

The staff is helpful and friendly. My mom is happy there. I visited 6 or 7 places and this one was the cleanest. I have visited a lot and all the people there seem to be happy

Having to place your loved one in a memory care facility is extremely hard for you and your loved one. Knowing that they are safe and being well taken care of helps your heart hurt less. The employees are very kind and treat your loved ones with respect. The facility is always clean and the meals are fantastic. They will work with you if any issues arise. I would recommend Bristol Park Conroe to anyone needing a memory care facility.

I highly recommend this facility. They have recently changed Directors as well as several other staff. The change has been nearly seamless and pt family members have been kept up to date on the various changes.

I would say it is a great place to call home. I enjoy the friends that I have made and the fact that the management cares about those who live here.

When you get to the final stage of a facility (memory care), you want to know that your loved ones are cared for. There are lots of stories to the contrary. We appreciate the Director of Memory Care. We appreciate how they do the little and big things and the staff has been living and friendly.

I am enjoying my move to Landon Ridge. Everyone is so friendly and I have made many friends. The activities are keeping me busy and I am looking forward to expanding into more. The food prepared by our Chef is wonderful and it is such a relief not to cook for myself. A place for Mom helped me make the decision to make my move to Landon Ridge and I owe them a big thanks. I highly recommend anyone wanting to make a change to a Senior Living facility to talk to them first. Sandra Robbins

The aids were always available when [name removed] needed them. The food was pretty good most of the time. They always had choices for the residents. The beauty shop lady was very accommodating to [name removed] and tried to work with her on the scheduling. The maintenance guys were helpful as well. The laundry lady was helpful as well. The prices were fair and reasonable.

Staff had very accommodating. Reasonable rent for Mom. Very happy with the dining room. Mom really enjoys the activities. I enjoy visiting her there. The facility is clean and well kept. Lawns are beautiful.

I would recommend Landon Ridge. I am very comfortable here. The staff are great.
