Fox Run has been my home for nearly 11 years. The management is friendly and helpful. Our activities director plans fun activities for everyone. The food is delicious with several choices. The building is remodeled and looks beautiful. I feel safe and loved at Fox Run.

Just like most places, the food varies--sometimes it is excellent and sometimes it is not so excellent. The best thing about this place is the price--lower than most places for the senior amenities that they offer--3 free meals--utilities included in rent (including cable tv)--room cleaned once a week--exercise room-- various activities--ride to morning appointments--and, inexpensive rides from Round Rock Rides and Z-Trip taxi are easily available. Friendly, helpful staff. I also like the location--very near 620 and I-35. I love the huge old trees and the fact that it is only 2-stories high--makes it feel more homey to me.

The staff are fantastic. The meals are restaurant style- there are so many choice at each meal-everything that I've tried has been very good. The communication is so good. It is expensive, so that's the only issue.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The housekeeping is excellent, the apartment is cleaned once a week and they also do the laundry in the washer and dryer that is in the apartment. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in experience, it was okay with the help of the staff. The meals are of good quality and are served in a very nice dinning room. I would recommend this facility 100%.

This place is great snacks and coffee for any visitor.The staff is always smiling and seem to love they’re job.the residents seem to empty thier plates and looked to be in good spirits.just in a whole seems to be a great place

I really enjoy wjen i visit seeing my loved one happy when I visit the staff and people people are very friendly and welcoming . This is the best choice for seniors .they very much love living there as well .

In the beginning of 2024, my mother moved in. We had an amazing experience right from the start. Our first encounter in sales was with [name removed]. He was courteous, pleasant, self-assured, and not overbearing. He won us over the minute we met him. He just confidently imparted facts to us and knows he works at the top community in town. Every employee there always has a smile on their face, and every person is treated like family. The space is maintained well and is very clean. Extended family members are also encouraged to join in the events and are also treated with the upmost respect. At Harbor Chase, happy hour is the greatest time of day every day. Drinks, appetizers, and trivia are all quite enjoyable to partake in with my mom. And we get to socialize with the other residents during Happy Hours. Since relocating, my mother has met some wonderful friends! The nurse team is attentive and available for any need. At HarborChase, everyone is kind, informed, and, most of all, compassionate. The cuisine is delicious, and my mother is always served a range of nutrient-dense, flavorful foods at every meal. In reality, she has gained a lot of strength from the combination of her daily exercise courses and diet.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very respectful to all of the residents. My loved one says the food is a whole lot better than the other place she resided. Communication with us has been good. Maintenance sometimes is lacking/slow. Of all of the the places available in our area, Bristol Park is the best.

Highly recommend the community. I think the people that work there truly love my mom. I am 100% content and wish I placed her there initially.

Staff is friendly and respectful. Meals are very good. Outings for the residents are inclusive of all wanting to go. When out of town families have questions, answers are just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

My overall experience visiting Cowhorn Creek has been excellent!

We investigated approximately 16 assisted living apartments for my mother. Caydance was one of our top picks and their Director, [name removed], went out her way to help. Even when the initial reports suggested mom may have to go to a nursing home, [name removed] was helpful. She has been at Caydance for 2 months, and the whole staff have been excellent. They are very respectful and friendly. That is very important for a very difficult transition to assisted living, particularly for a very independent person. They might not be the cheapest but they are very good.

I had to pick from 3 different assisted living communities in San Antonio. What made my decision was the amazing food and friendly servers at Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch Assistant Living and Memory Care. Truly a 5 Star Experience ...

My mother moved from another facility in Austin. The other facility was more expensive & offered less care, attention, lack of communication & I got the feeling she was not given the support she needed or deserved at their price level. Great move for my mother. It has only been 1 month but I honestly can say, I only wish we had moved her to begin with to the Holiday Renaissance. Just far it has been a great stress relief for me (son). The staff has given me every assurance in terms of communication, steps they take, their actions that my mother is in the best place in Austin.

We visited this facility and talked to the marketing director who was extremely helpful and showed us around. It is a nice, clean facility with good meals and activities for the residents. The staff are very caring and helpful when there’s a health need. My Mom likes the other residents and has fit right in!

We chose Bristol Park at Amarillo because of the friendliness of the staff, happiness of current residents there, the ease to access staff regarding any questions or concerns and pricing. The staff have been great and always make sure residents make it to meals and activities provided.

My mother moved into memory care but after a few weeks it was evident she could go to assisted living. The transition and move was handled easily and in a few days as there was availability. Mom is doing well although in her declining years at 97. I always feel secure that someone is keeping an eye on her and she is never forgotten. I love the small population of residents and the staff from top to bottom do whatever it takes to get the residents what they need. It’s a blessing to me and my family to feel mom is comfortable and safe.

We had a wonderful tour. Very informative. We made our decision after the tour. All employees were friendly and welcoming during our tour and after we moved in. We have recommended to a friend of ours.
