The staff have all been extraordinarily helpful. I would recommend the facility to others. The only caveat is that infrastructure seems to break frequently. They do get it repaired quickly.

The management staff is very unresponsive. My loved one has had multiple problems at the facility that are unresolved (theft and damage to personal items). The housekeeping is horrible and doesn't happen weekly. My loved one fell over a week ago and blood is still on her carpet. The meals are okay, a lot of repetitive items and lack of choices. At this point, I would not recommend this facility to others.

We have found the staff to be supportive and generally good with communication. I cannot speak personally to the housekeeping or the food as I am not there often, but my mother says the food is okay and the place seems clean when I do visit. I would recommend Elison of Marietta to others.

The staff is courteous, attentive, and eager to please. The housekeeping is friendly, thorough, and consistent. Management is professional, caring, and responsive - communicating with residents, as well as family. The move-in process was smooth, with management providing any requested aid. They always offer choices in meals. There is a main dish, salad, soup, and dessert. If you don't want the main dish, you can always have a sandwich or chef's salad. The meals are good quality. All utilities are included - even cable tv. They also include an emergency response device for the resident. I highly recommend Prairie Rose!

Assisted care is limited. Home health service recommended for extra needs.Definitely recommend for mom in independent care. Dad stayed 10 days in assisted care and was transferred. Lyndale is misleading about assisted care.

What our family likes the most about the Holiday Rosewood Estates community is just how clean it is overall and it is a very good value. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I would recommend the facility and everyone from housekeeping to the director have been wonderful. My father-in -law has no complaints. We have not met an unhappy person there and my father in law is a whole different person since moving there.

The lobby is like a gigantic living room and is the hub for many activities like Friday afternoon happy hour. Most daily social activity centers also radiate from the lobby. The dining room, the bar, the movie room, the pool table, etc., so there are always people with whom residents can interact in a beautiful and comfortable ambiance. The office staff, the front desk staff and dining room staff are super welcoming, friendly and fun. My 80 year old friend is extremely happy living at Pinecrest. He was initially upset with the thought of selling his home of 44 years, but now he says that he can't imagine living anywhere other than Pinecrest. Now that I'm retired (since 2021), I decided to attend and even assist with some of Pinecrest's events. I attend several Friday happy hour events where I dance & socialize with the residents. I also attended their New Year's Eve celebration. I'm providing DVDs for movie nights, etc.

It's a good place for the money we are paying. They need a chef that cooks food for the elderly. We picked this community because of the price. It was all we could afford.

Overall we are very pleased with Pinecrest. My mother in law has settled in nicely after 2 months there. The staff have been wonderful overall. Housekeeping is very light, but adequate (ex. the maids won't dust a surface if it has something on it). The food quality is good and we like the way the hostess ensures that someone coming in alone is seated with others. Staff has been very responsive to requests and questions. We used the recommended movers and were happy with them overall. We would recommend Pinecrest.

We chose Waterview The Point because of the the facility, great location, and folks that worked there. The staircase rugs old and stained looking. Going up and down from a nice lobby ??

All staff are very compassionate and helpful, creating a family type atmosphere. My parents lived in their home 61 years when they moved to Viera. Warm, Friendly people helped the transition to be easier...now they call it home. Facility is lovely yet comfortable and inviting.

I wanted to give a big thank you to the staff at Parkwood Meadows. My mom has been there for about 5 years now and she really likes the people there. We had a Christmas Party there the Saturday before Christmas and everyone was very helpful. We had about 30 people there and the staff offered the Activity Room to us. It was great, tables and chairs already set up, our family brought in everything we needed for the party and we had a great time. I would recommend Parkwood Meadows to anyone. I am in and out several times a week checking on my mom. Everything is always clean and neat. I do use outside caregivers to help with my mom's meds. St David’s Hospital is 5 minutes away and her primary physician is next to the hospital. The building is older, but the setting is beautiful with large mature oaks. My mom started using an electric wheelchair this past year and she get around great. The Baca Senior Center is about 5 minutes away and the road construction is done.

The quality of care at Brayden Park is good and the facility is kept clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff have been extremely helpful to help me orientate to the community. I'm impressed with the amount of activities available. I'm very very impressed with the apartment. This was a good step to the next chapter of my life. Now I'm glad to call Fox Run Estates my new home.

I enjoy helping with games such as Bingo and Boccee Ball, [name removed] our ELC does a great job, and is very friendly. She goes above and beyond to help the residents in any way possible.
