This is a really nice caring place. The managers are friendly and kind and seem very interested in the welfare of the people who live there. It is well kept, clean and inviting. Very open-atmosphere and inviting. I am happy with this provider.

Our family was truly fortunate to find Tallgrass Estates for our 95 year old aunt. The comfort and assistance with meals and housekeeping is fantastic. It feels like family when we enter the facility to visit aunt Mary.

Warm welcome from staff and neighbors. Quickly felt at home. Highly recommend.

My mother-in-law was in a similar residence a few years ago and loved it. I'm sure she'll be happy at Parkwood Meadows. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the food is very good and there are activities every day. The location is perfect for shopping or eating out. The residence is clean and attractive, while being very functional.

They've really done a fabulous job here overall! Almost from day 1 we could tell that this would be the one, and that it would be a great place for my Dad. He really loves it here, the community has a great feel. Moving from independent to assisted living was a big change, but the staff really work hard to make this place feel like home!

We toured this community when we were looking into options for a loved one. This was a really nice looking place! The apartments were attractive and clean, and the staff all seemed very friendly. They are definitely worth a look, if you are looking into options in the area!

Just did a tour and loved Waterford! Good food, lots of nice residents, rooms are well laid out, there's a full size refrigerator in each room (a smaller one, but still), and there seems to be a lot of outdoor space with a nice veranda in front and large courtyard in back. Marsha is great. My mom was having a bad day and was very hard to understand and Marsha still could understand her Parkinson's slur.

Overall we've had a good experience with University Place! It's clean, the people are friendly, and they serve some delicious food! They have plenty of amenities and care options available as well. They're able to do 24 hour care for an additional charge, if necessary. They've also got plenty of parking and covered parking available, which is nice!

We haven’t had a lot of time to form our impression yet, but so far our experience with Emeritus has been very positive.

The staff is excellent, I have been impressed by how friendly and attentive they are. They keep it very clean, and the food seems to be good. The only thing I wish they had more of is activities in the evening. They have started working on that already. We liked the cheerful atmosphere, the wide hallways, the decor is light and airy and cheerful. We liked the level of functioning of the rest of the residents. There seemed to be a big difference between this and others, in that respect. That makes it really good for someone who may have some physical health issues, but is really sharp mentally.

I’d give them a ten out five! The staff is fabulous. It’s well worth the money we’re spending. Come on over and join us! The food is great. They have all kinds of games and singing and movies and bingo and sewing and crochet.

The staff is very friendly and caring and they treat the residents with dignity and let them have their self-pride and self-worth. My dad says the food is pretty good. It’s a really good value. It’s so much better than the other place we were at.

It's going very well so far. It's a very clean and friendly community. They are attentive and responsive, and have plenty of activities going on. The food is great! We picked them because we really liked that they had a designated chapel, rather than just holding services in the common area.

My aunt was a patient at Emeritus At Myrtlewood in 2013. She received excellent care from a devoted and caring group of individuals.

My 93 year old mother moved into the Waterford at Roxbury Park (108th & Q Streets) 10 days ago. The Waterford was among choices given us by Amy Robbins, as my mother needed to move into an assisted living situation following a rehabilitation at Brookstone Village. Prior to a hospitalization, my mother had lived at New Cassel in an independent living situation. Amy was very helpful in pointing out comparative facility strengths and weaknesses, and felt that given the profile my sister and I presented, the Waterford might be the best choice. So far, it has been an excellent choice. My mother seems to have acclimated very well to her surroundings and has been placed with very compatible dining partners.

Wonderful caring place for my Texas Mama. Love the caring staff, spacious clean facility and rooms with variety of activities. Staff from top to bottom knew her, her likes/dislikes, quirks and story, before we ever got her moved in. I love and am comforted by the staff interactions I see with her and the other "neighbors"/residents and friends. Food is great and there is always room for dessert. We moved from a different facility and moved to "home". What brought us here was the clear care and compassion as well as the different levels of memory care. I am a 3rd world country missioner and now I can participate in my mission trips with my heart and soul at rest for my Texas mama. She is in the best care and hands.

The Windcrest was lovely. The rooms were spacious. This is definitely a place that I would choose for my grandfather.

The whole experience here has been wonderful! I'd rate them 5s across the board! It's a nice looking place, the staff are all very friendly, and the treat my loved one well. The amenities are good, they've got plenty of activities, and the food is delicious!
