Just did a tour and loved Waterford! Good food, lots of nice residents, rooms are well laid out, there's a full size refrigerator in each room (a smaller one, but still), and there seems to be a lot of outdoor space with a nice veranda in front and large courtyard in back. Marsha is great. My mom was having a bad day and was very hard to understand and Marsha still could understand her Parkinson's slur.

Overall we've had a good experience with University Place! It's clean, the people are friendly, and they serve some delicious food! They have plenty of amenities and care options available as well. They're able to do 24 hour care for an additional charge, if necessary. They've also got plenty of parking and covered parking available, which is nice!

We haven’t had a lot of time to form our impression yet, but so far our experience with Emeritus has been very positive.

The staff is excellent, I have been impressed by how friendly and attentive they are. They keep it very clean, and the food seems to be good. The only thing I wish they had more of is activities in the evening. They have started working on that already. We liked the cheerful atmosphere, the wide hallways, the decor is light and airy and cheerful. We liked the level of functioning of the rest of the residents. There seemed to be a big difference between this and others, in that respect. That makes it really good for someone who may have some physical health issues, but is really sharp mentally.

I’d give them a ten out five! The staff is fabulous. It’s well worth the money we’re spending. Come on over and join us! The food is great. They have all kinds of games and singing and movies and bingo and sewing and crochet.

The staff is very friendly and caring and they treat the residents with dignity and let them have their self-pride and self-worth. My dad says the food is pretty good. It’s a really good value. It’s so much better than the other place we were at.

It's going very well so far. It's a very clean and friendly community. They are attentive and responsive, and have plenty of activities going on. The food is great! We picked them because we really liked that they had a designated chapel, rather than just holding services in the common area.

My aunt was a patient at Emeritus At Myrtlewood in 2013. She received excellent care from a devoted and caring group of individuals.

My 93 year old mother moved into the Waterford at Roxbury Park (108th & Q Streets) 10 days ago. The Waterford was among choices given us by Amy Robbins, as my mother needed to move into an assisted living situation following a rehabilitation at Brookstone Village. Prior to a hospitalization, my mother had lived at New Cassel in an independent living situation. Amy was very helpful in pointing out comparative facility strengths and weaknesses, and felt that given the profile my sister and I presented, the Waterford might be the best choice. So far, it has been an excellent choice. My mother seems to have acclimated very well to her surroundings and has been placed with very compatible dining partners.

Wonderful caring place for my Texas Mama. Love the caring staff, spacious clean facility and rooms with variety of activities. Staff from top to bottom knew her, her likes/dislikes, quirks and story, before we ever got her moved in. I love and am comforted by the staff interactions I see with her and the other "neighbors"/residents and friends. Food is great and there is always room for dessert. We moved from a different facility and moved to "home". What brought us here was the clear care and compassion as well as the different levels of memory care. I am a 3rd world country missioner and now I can participate in my mission trips with my heart and soul at rest for my Texas mama. She is in the best care and hands.

The Windcrest was lovely. The rooms were spacious. This is definitely a place that I would choose for my grandfather.

The whole experience here has been wonderful! I'd rate them 5s across the board! It's a nice looking place, the staff are all very friendly, and the treat my loved one well. The amenities are good, they've got plenty of activities, and the food is delicious!

Mom is happy and likes the people, food and activities. I was afraid she would get homesick but so far she is not. Her little dog is with her and I think that made the difference. The staff has made a great effort to make her feel welcome, as well as checking on her to see if she needs anything. I no longer worry about her eating, being depressed or well being. A great relief for me and my wife.

They are doing an excellent job. I really feel like we get our money's worth. They have activities, a lot in the morning, but evenings seem a little slower for activities. They have been taking good care of him. They are very sensitive to his medical needs. There really haven't been any concerns so far.

It’s expensive, but it’s a wonderful. I’m very happy with it. The activities are wonderful. I just think its an exceptional community. It’s not too big. They get a lot of service. Like I said, I think it’s expensive, but it’s very labor intensive.

We were very happy. They're pricing is competitive, and I felt like I got my money's worth. They were always very quick, and always were very cheerful. They were good about having entertainment going on, there was something available everyday. She never complained about the food. Overall it worked out well!

We have been so pleased with our choice for Mom. The staff are wonderful and caring here and are so patient with all the residents and families. Everything is kept so clean; the food is excellent, and the staff keeps us apprised of how Mom is doing. They have so many scheduled activities all day long to engage the Dementia and Alzheimer's residents, but they also give them their privacy if they want to be alone. We truly feel we made the best decision we could have made for our Mom.

My loved has just moved in. It seems like a nice place. There are outside areas for residents to enjoy. The food seems good. I wasn’t there the day my loved one moved in, but there doesn’t seem to be any concerns with parking.

So far we're very pleased with Aberdeen Heights! They were very efficient and really helped move things along when we were in an urgent situation.The staff have all been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself looks very nice, and our loved one is very happy with her room. One of the biggest selling points was the food, they do a really great job with it!
