I had doubts about placing my father some where. I have been taking care of him on my own. This place has reassured me. The staff is very caring ,and respond to any questions and concerns .I have been to other places visiting before I had made my final decision and I noticed there is always one out of the group that is rude but at US Memory Care every one was very welcoming I just want to say thank you, I am able to live my life again ,and know my father is in good hands.

They are doing a great job. She is really liking it there. She loves her space, and they clean for her regularly. It was also more spacious than everywhere else that we looked. We have been surprised with the activities she has been participating in. There have been a few complaints about the food, nothing consistent, certain items that she doesn't care for. She does say that she thinks they try to be too fancy. The communication has been very good, we really haven't had any complaints at all.

Beautiful grounds. Full size kitchen was nice. Food smelled wonderful! In the top 3. Washer hook ups in apartment.

Brentwood Estates is wonderful. My grandma is having a good time, and enjoying herself there. The meals are awesome, and they are meeting her needs. The only issue I have is with the price lock. They require you to do a price lock, so that the rent won't increase every so often. I feel it's very confusing, and very ridiculous. It increases to something like $50 each time. There's no cap. It's also very confusing to the residents there. To do the price lock, you have to pre pay a certain amount. I feel this needs to be looked into, because it just seems odd. We expected to sign the lease/contract, and be charged for the same amount each month, no have increased rates every so often.

They really are doing a pretty good job. The staff is really friendly. They have a lot of activities, but they seem to be more female oriented. They have started a veterans group and they are trying. The food gets a five, they do very good with the food. We have had a few issues and they have been very responsive. We liked the location, and I like the level of assistance, along with the activity. There were a lot of places, where people were just sitting and watching T.V. in one room all day.

Fox Run Estates: My mom is happy here. The facility is clean, staff is very friendly and caring. The food is good. I have a key to my mom's room and I'm able to go anytime I want. My mom didn't even look at another place because she liked this one so much. We're pleased with their overall services.

I think they have been accommodating as much as humanly possible. I don't have any complaints. It's kept very clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is good. We are pretty happy with it.

Nice facility. Staffed by a very well qualified and licensed(possibly overtrained for caregivers) group of caring people. Advanced programs of care. A little high in price but you get more.

Very impressed with facility. Very clean and appealing decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Ann was great at answering our questions and giving us alternatives to house both parents. However they do not have a one bedroom apartment situation. The rooms were too clinical in appearance especially knowing my mother-in-laws expectations at this time. The memory unit would be perfect for my father-in-law alone. There are some apartment type facilities in Lexington, Ky that we'll be checking out. Otherwise will definitely keep Brennity as an option.

I was very impressed with The Brennity at Tradition. It was very clean, and modern looking. First class for sure! We did not get to move in, but the charge nurse, and sales people that showed us around were very pleasant. This facility was the best out of all of the ones I considered.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place! The staff were all very friendly, and the community itself was clean and well kept. It looked like they had a lot to provide for their residents! It was also very expensive, and unfortunately out of the price range that we were looking in.

I'm very happy with The Emeritus at Oxford. There have been no issues. I'm pleased with the care provided, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the facility. All is well.

We absolutely love it. We love the food, and the people. We love it! We are very happy with it.

I toured Adante's Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. Dawn was a wonderful guide and was very knowledgeable about the community. She greeted every resident by their first name as we walked through the community. Residents all seemed happy to be there. A few were gathered around one of the many common areas chatting amongst themselves, while others sat outside enjoying the beautiful greenery. Residents also have the option to participate in various activities. Adante was holding their own Senior Games for the entire community. There was also an aqua aerobics class in session at the community pool. They even have their own movie theater inside the independent living facility. The buildings were very clean and staff were all very friendly.

It is just great. The staff is great and they keep it very clean. It's a great value, and they are very attentive. They are between activity directors at the time, so those are a little lacking right now, but that is the only thing. We are very happy.

We are very happy with Fox Run. My dad is happy there too. It's a good value for what you get. He's happy with the food, and the activities. We loved that they allowed him to bring his dog. When I was touring I spoke to the other residents there, and they all seemed very happy there, and were very positive.

This was one of the top two that we visited. They were very good, and it's a very nice place. The two we were looking at were equally nice. They were both very clean, and well kept, and the staff was friendly at both. It came down to timing and what was available when we needed it.

We have been very happy with Martin Crest. One of the primary considerations was location and Martin Crest is close enough to visit Mom every day. It is clean, smells pleasant, and is well appointed. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Mom loves them. Since my mother doesn't have any physical disabilities, the care she gets is more in the nature of just being treated with kindness and respect. Her apartment is perfect for her and is reasonably priced. She doesn't care for activities but they always ask her if she wants to join in and try to include her. They don't quit offering her the chance to participate just because she usually tells them no. I appreciate the love and care she gets and I can finally enjoy visiting with her now that she isn't my 24 hour a day responsibility.

This is a really nice caring place. The managers are friendly and kind and seem very interested in the welfare of the people who live there. It is well kept, clean and inviting. Very open-atmosphere and inviting. I am happy with this provider.

Our family was truly fortunate to find Tallgrass Estates for our 95 year old aunt. The comfort and assistance with meals and housekeeping is fantastic. It feels like family when we enter the facility to visit aunt Mary.
