I have nothing but praise for The Brennity at Fairhope. They have been great. My mother, however, has not been great. She has been a little difficult to deal with and as such we are reassessing our options trying to decide the best course of action to take for her, but that is to no fault of the wonderful people at The Brennity at Fairhope.

My parents came to Azalea Trails after another facility that was a horrible experience. The people at Azalea Trails were simply wonderful. My husband and father went and toured the place and were very impressed. Unfortunately my mom was injured and ended up passing away and never got to stay there, but they were truly wonderful to deal with. I got to stay in a guest room for a time when things were tough, and they were truly wonderful. I would highly recommend them. They are adequately staffed to take care of the residents, and for the cost it was very good value. It was less than the other place I mentioned where we had a bad experience and for less money.

The management was simply excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The food was very good as well. It was a good experience though during the ~55 days or so my wife had to stay there. They treated her very nice and with excellent care. If the need should arise again, we would definitely consider them high on our list. The one area I can think of where they could improve would be to expand their activities.

Brand new. Like a five star resort. Incredible food. Great caring staff. Awesome place!

What an Excellent place to call home! I've been here for 2 months and absolutely love this place. From the most courteous staff to the best chefs I've ever been around, this is the best in retirement living! It's very affordable, with good range of prices for the entire spectrum of retirement. I have the efficiency apartment and it fits my needs very well! Others apartments range from this to a two bedroom and everything in-between with something in your price range as well. There's a Media Room, an Activity Room, a Pool Table area with seating for a complete crew of folks to meet and enjoy life! This is the Best place in the four-states area to call home! I hope to see you here soon!

No institution will match a home with a loving wife and family. However, for a widower who no longer wishes to care for a large house, Rosewood Estates was the best substitute I could find. The apartments are roomy and well appointed and management makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs and wants of each perso n living here. The food overall is delicious and nourishing, well-balanced, and served at the table by caring waitstaff. Again, one should not expect food like one's wife of many years prepared; there are many people whose needs have to be considered in the planning and preparation of the food, and the chef, the sous-chef, and their crew do an excellent job. Activities are numerous and varied; one can participate in one, all, or none. The atmosphere is friendly and positive and the premises are maintained wonderfully well. It's the best substitution for a family home that I could find.

Royal Estates is great! The food is wonderful and majority of staff are great. I do wish the would expand and become level 2 assisted living so residents would not have to move again!!

Brentwood Estates has been a wonderful new home for my mom. The staff and other residents went out of their way to welcome my mom and make her feel at home. The facility has many ammenities and provides a warm at home feeling. The activities schedule offers many options for each resident to find something that would interest them and keeps them active. The food is amazing offering many options and a great variety of menus. Brentwood is very affordable for the many services they offer. Most importantly it has provided peace of mind to our family and a my mom is very happy with her move.

Everything here has been great so far! The staff have all been very friendly and helpful, and the other residents are all very nice. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they've got an excellent dining service! We're very happy with it overall, and we would recommend it to anyone!

We have been very, very pleased with Royal Estates of Abilene so far. The assisted living people there are right on top of their game. They have made some very helpful suggestions. They are doing a great job!

Things have gone very well with Rocky Ridge Retirement so far! My loved one really seems to be enjoying it here! It's a nice looking, clean place, and they've got a lot to provide for their residents. We've got no complaints, and would recommend them if you're looking into senior living in the area!

This was one of the places that we looked at when we were searching. This is a very nice place. It's beautiful when you drive up. The people were all very friendly. This is a two or three story building and that was daunting to my loved one. I would have chosen it for myself, but it wasn't a good fit for this search.

We are very pleased with Heritage place. I don't have any concerns or anything. We are just very pleased with them, I would score them very highly! We give them a five all the way.

Wonderful community! Caring, professional, compassionate staff. Clean facility. Good food. Great activities. Staff interacts well with residents, families and each other. My mother is safe, well cared for and happy. That's what I wanted for her. That's what I found at Adante Assisted Living!

Food is delicious, healthy, plentiful and quite varied. Staff is efficient and friendly, movies are provided once or twice a day; some golden oldies, some new releases. Chapel services (non-denominational) are provided weekly. Transportation is provided for shopping, banking, etc. once a week or more often. Outings are arranged weekly to various places in a 150 mile radius. Buildings are new and maintained in prime condition. Grounds are adequately and appropriate maintained.

My loved one has lived in memory care for 1 year. Staff is great. They work hard but need 3 on 3-11 shift. Building receptionist is excellent! (Debbie, Ida, Nora, Christine)

I would like to bring one of your outstanding employees to your attention. Her name is Debbie. She mans the front desk of the assisted living unit. Unfailingly helpful, friendly, empathetic, professional and caring. Day or night, in person or on the telephone, Debbie is a remarkable first, second and always impression for your entire operation.

They've been excellent. They've been very helpful, and patient with her, as she does a lot of complaining. They have referred us to doctors we needed, as this is a new area, and we don't know anyone up there. I can't complain; they've been great on everything. I like their activities, but my mother doesn't really participate in them. We're in San Antonio and moving up there, and we already have our mother up there. It's close to doctors. They return my phone calls promptly, and do everything they say they do. I also like the fact that she will have her own room.

They are doing a great job so far. They are clean, and friendly, and attentive. All of that good stuff. Everything has worked out well. I don't have any concerns.
