Our Overall Experience with Revel Lacey has been very pleasant thus far, except for the quality of Food and service in Ovations. They are always on running out of foods. The tables, aren't cleaned or set up. The complimentary beverage bar is rarely stocked on a routine basis. The food is usually served tepid and/or dry, not cooked or thoroughly over cooked. The Serving staff has come along way in the past several months. Kuddos on that note, but there is are minor details that still need tweeking. [Five names removed] are doing an outstanding job with what they are having to work with. Need more organization and consistency in the Culinary Department.

Revel is a wonderful community with caring staff, clean and welcoming environment, fun activities, learning opportunities, trips, and comfortable apartments. The kitchen has a problem with consistency, due to turnover and probably many other factors. There are many good wait staff, Ashanti and Paige in particular, who showed grace under pressure this evening when our food was unacceptable and had to be sent back to the kitchen. When the kitchen gets its act together, this will be a 5-star review.

Have only lived here for a month and everyone has been very kind and welcoming.

Enjoy living in this community. Have made so many friends. Many various and fun activities. Current management staff is doing a great job, in a short time we have seen improvement in so many areas. Hardworking, pleasant staff. Only drawback is the issues with food management.

The experience with Revel Lacey has been overall great so far. The community is very welcoming and all staff and everyone is wonderful and very helpful with our families needs.

I am very happy. It's a comfortable community. My loved one is well taken care of. Once they get more people in the community, they will be able to access the activities. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience.

I am really interested in finding a dog sitter from my dog when I go out it which isn’t very often but it’s worth it to me to pay someone to take care of her

Lived here nearly 2 years. Some growing pains, but love the facility and staff who work hard to provide the best service they can. The pandemic has had some impact on staff and residents alike, but we have felt safe & cared for here.

People are friendly as well as the staff! Food is ok. The building inside & out is clean. The gardens are kept immaculate. The one complaint is the staff sometimes are not properly trained.

The residents and staff here are very friendly and helpful. There are so many activities it's hard to choose, and people are having a good time. The food is wonderful, and there is always something very tempting on the menu. Shout out to the kitchen: some people experience cilantro as tasting like soap. The courtyard garden is always so lovely. Thank you to all who keep it looking so beautiful. Thank you to all who make this a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

I was one of the first tenants at Revel when they opened in November, 2021. I was living at a similar full service facility at the time. However the facilities at Revel far outstripped those of my previous residence. The staff at Revel were extremely accommodating and helpful as we went through the start up process. They have unique facilities: indoor salt water pool, full service bar, movie theater, rec room, etc. Just about any activity/games one would like the staff does it's best to accommodate. You can't go wrong if you want to relax in the "lap of luxury" for your "senior" years

This is a friendly, and wonderful community. The service in the dining room could be improved, along with the food. It seems they are having a hard time getting chefs, and servers into the community. Some of the activities include outings in the community, shopping experiences, bingo, exercise classes, swimming pool, music and more for the residents to choose from.

The staff members at Revel Eagle are wonderful

We think Revel Issaquah does a great job overall. In order to go from a 4-star to a 5-star overall rating, we would like to see maybe another waitress and more kitchen staff in general. At mealtimes, it can take a while to be served. I understand the Great Resignation is affecting staffing everywhere, but they're understaffed. They're having some supply chain issues as well. The food is good, but there's not a lot of variety, which can be an issue if you're on a special diet. They generally offer a choice of three vegetables, two of which my loved one happens to be allergic to. But it's a very clean facility. They have plenty of activities, and there's always something going on throughout the day. The cost is pretty high, but for what we're getting for what we're paying, I think it's a great value, and a fair and honest price. They have a gym, a salon, a little theater - it's basically a cruise ship on land. You could find cheaper places, but they wouldn't be as clean or as nice. They do such a good job here. We've had family come to visit, and they say when they're ready to retire, this is where they would want to go. They've all been very impressed. We've had family at other places, and it was nothing like this. There was an adjustment period at first, but my loved one really likes it here now.

Revel in Lodi is located in a great location with view of beautiful grape vines within walking distance. Shopping for grocery stores, pharmacy, only minutes away. The food is good, lots of activities. Hospital 15 minutes away.
