Too many good staff have left.

I toured at Province Springs for myself, and I did like that it is a new place. However, the location is not convenient for me, and I really wanted to be closer to where my nieces are. Because of this, I opted for a more convenient community.

HAPPY NOT TO LIVE HERE ANYMORE. The Executive Director is a good man who I respect. The Activities Director is also SUPER! As for the restaurant, it is TERRIBLE. THE SO CALLED MANAGER of the restaurant is a TOTAL [profanity removed] after calling me a JERK! I paid for his salary which he does NOT deserve. Food quality is less than mediocre and he is unwilling to accept people's requests or needs. For this reason, along with the cliques, and handicap people, who receive no support or assistance unless one brings in outside help and care. Maintenance needs proper supervision in maintaining the property which is a mess. Housekeeping is a joke with people leaving constantly. In conclusion, Revel McDowell Mountain needs a makeover which one does not see initially during the tour.

My friend went to visit this place and has been harassed non-stop by the salesperson since. He told him he was not interested in moving anymore and the salesperson continues to call and push him to move. I even had to block the salesman's phone number so he stops bothering my friend. They come across very desperate. They have less activity, transportation and dining options in comparison with other senior livings and cost much more. They also stick it to their residents when they try to move out as I know someone who has put in their move out notice and is being made to jump through hoops (financially especially) to leave her lease. They operate like "used car salesmen" here. Avoid avoid avoid!

Pricing and management from a distance of Phoenix AZ is out of touch with Eagle ID The 2024-25 rent increase was 24-25% Abysmal maintenance and financial policies reduced the pleasure of living in this complex. Food service is good but servers mediocre training reduces the quality of experience.

I would recommend Revel to anyone looking for an upscale retirement living environment. However, Revel is not an assisted living facility.

My closet doors have never been fixed.. The casper app is not working.. I was promised 2 months free, but only got one. I would not recommend Revel Vegas based off of my experience.

We have lived at Revel Lodi for 2 years. We wanted a place where we could live safely and comfortably without the stress of caring for yard maintenance, house upkeep, grocery shopping, cooking, housecleaning, etc. We wanted to be free to enjoy enjoy our later years while we still can. Moving in during the pandemic was a challenge but once here we found everything we needed and have felt safe and protected but unrestrained. The staff are kind and try hard to know us and our preferences. We view them as friends and family. There are activities if we care to join. There have been some “growing. pains”, but overall we are happy to be here among others who have similar wants and needs. It is home!!

I have not had a good experience here and am moving out. I don't appreciate that they're charging me 2 months rent to move out early. That equals $[removed] and I can't afford that. I could understand 1 month rent for moving out early but 2 months rent is way too much. Don't move into Revel. There are lots of others places that would treat you nicer.

If you want your parents to be disappointed, stressed, and frustrated then by all means send them to the Revel community. I highly recommend all the other beautiful and caring facilities that are in Arizona. This would be my last choice ever.

My parents were strung along by this community to not allow them to go and search for another place. They had seven different moves of a date to move in and over $20,000 of lost money incurred by their changes. They were uncaring and unconcerned. Please do not put your parents in this facility.

Fantastic, I can't say enough about the service we've had getting to know [name removed] and [name removed], has been a wonderful experience for my mom if I could give it 50 stars I would... We have had such an amazing experience so far the accommodations are amazing it's a perfect fit for my mom, but most of all the experience with [name removed], and [name removed] have been amazing they've been helpful, they get right back to me if I have a question it's been a wonderful experience !!! My mom can't wait to move in !
