I could not recommend Revel Spokane more highly! The buildings and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff, every one of them are smart, professional, friendly and really make you feel like family. We have a large state of the art gym, movie theatre, beautiful restaurant and fun pub. The food is excellent! Love it here!

Revel is clean and extremely well put together for the efficiency of meeting needs for residents. The amenities are fantastic and the team is classy!

Such a wonderful customer service the moment you walk through the doors of Revel Eagle. Everyone had a smile on their face including those that live here. The apartments are so spacious and well planned out. I can see why so many people in our community speak so highly of REVEL! XOXO.

I am very happy living here in this community. The meals have been tasty. It would be better if we had more vegetables. There is plenty of opportunity for social interaction and staff approve to truly enjoy the residents.

We were looking forward to moving into Revel, but my husband collapsed, spent two days in the hospital and was diagnosed with heart failure. This was right when Covid-19 hit, so we were advised by his cardiologist to remain where we were.

We've been here for almost 4.5 months, since the first day residents were allowed to move in [date removed]. During the building delays and subsequent issues with a new facility, The Director ([name removed]) & the entire staff have been great! They keep us informed about what's going on. They plan super events, and now that we're trying to self-isolate (but not locked down), staff is setting up things we can do in the room. Meals are good! Residents all friendly. Altogether good here.

Beautifil building, Fantastic location, Great staff! I can't wait to be 55 so I can move in.

Living here has satisfied all of my hopes. - The staff is the best - The facility is great - The food is very good... looking forward to the new menu whenever it is ready - As a dog owner, I appreciate the dog stations

I can't think of a better place to be during this Co-VD19. The staff is outstanding all the time - not just now. [name removed] has been a rock for us. Making sure we are safe and okay. Everything is done with "class."

I was very impressed with the location, the amenities, food and decor. Met some very friendly residents and was invited to join in activities. [name removed] was super helpful and patient with all my questions and was very supportive. Loved the wholesome concept.

Only matter of concern during our 20 months of residency has been when they switched kitchen/meal providers which was some two months ago. All is ok now. Food services remain available 7am-7pm.

It's great [name removed] and the staff is wonderful. It's like a 5-star hotel and the bar is great, and the grounds are great. It is also pet friendly.

It is a very nice place but the best part it the "team" that runs it. An excellent, kind, and friendly team.

I have lived here for 2 mos starting my third. I am pleased with management ([name removed]) here. I don't know who hires here, but they are magic. Every employee (I mean EVERY) is pleasant, fun, and efficient.

Great place to live. Friendly, helpful staff and many fun activities. We also have interesting excursions that we take to travel around the area.

I have lived at Revel Spokane for a year. I am very happy here. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable.

Revel has a great staff. There are great activities planned. I believe that people at Revel care about improving our experience.

Revel is a lovey Sr. home, nice location is beautiful Eastern Washington. The building is open and bright; apartments are suited for various needs. An important aspect is a restaurant which is open more than most communities. (If we want to sleep in, we can still get breakfast). I wish it had a swimming pool. Staff is great; courteous and considerate, and accessible.

We have either lived in, or had a loved one in several senior communities in Washoe County, Nevada. If Revel Rancharrah deserves a 5 star rating, then the best among them can get no better than a 3 star. Yes... Revel Rancharrah is that good!
