If people have special dietary needs, like if they are diabetic or have high blood pressure, they should ask if there are food choices that will meet those needs. Revel is lacking in that regard and I never thought about asking questions related to this? If there is a heated pool,ask at what temperature they keep it. If it's too warm, it can be hard on people with heart conditions and maybe other conditions? If the pool is indoors, do they have a means of circulating the air in the enclosed room so that it doesn't feel like a sauna ( a common complaint I have heard at Revel). Depending on the area that surrounds the grounds, are their safeguards in place to keep snakes, coyotes, mountain lions, off of the grounds and out of enclosed dog parks?

I especially enjoy the included classes of Circuit Training with [name removed], Chair Yoga with [name removed] and Create with [name removed]! I truly love my apartment…the view from the third floor is spectacular, washer and dryer within in the apartment and fresh flowers on a regular basis keeps me smiling endlessly!

My loved one is happy at Revel Vegas, she loves living there.

I recently moved into Revel Vegas. I can tell immediately that the staff tries hard to satisfy the resident. It is lovely that you are greeted by your first name and that the team knows about you and really cares.

The Revel facility is beautiful, well cared for, and inspires community members to socialize. Although understaffed and stretched too thin, the staff is friendly, caring, and competent.

We moved into a "cottage" unit with garage, on the first day occupancy was granted. We had been waiting for the facility to be completed for 3 months and were anxious to get out of hotel type living. W found that Revel lived up to the hype of sales staff and everything that was promised at the time of sale was fulfilled. We find that as the number of occupants has grown that the people are friendly and involved with the activities and events provided at Revel. The staff, while somewhat fluid, has been satisfactory. The services after 2 years continue to be what was promised and what we have come to expect on a daily basis. The food service and quality has been very good. The menus are changed regularly and having a rather extensive choice of meals is something we really enjoy. The food service staff is great and very friendly. We particularly enjoy the "Chef's Table", the last Friday of each month. Food from different countries around the world are featured.

The community is beautiful inside and out…very “high end.” Food is very well presented and service is excellent. The facilities are kept spotless, I love the beautiful views and enjoy the variety of outings, classes and activities offered.

The staff at Revel Lacey is excellent. They are very attentive, friendly and helpful. The Revel is beautifully maintained and very clean. However, my loved one says that the weekly in-apartment cleanings leave something to be desired. She thinks the food is good, sometimes great, sometimes below-average, but likes that there's always a variety. As for the value for cost, I'd rate that around a 4 right now, but I'm still deciding.

Many Rebel residents invited family or friends to the Mother’s Day Buffet. We were so impressed from beginning to end. We were awestruck with the beauty of the dinning room! Delicate pink ablecloths filled the room with warmth and beauty! In addition to this each napkin was artistically formed in the shape of a rosebud. Fresh flowers competed a gorgeous picture. That was just the beginning!!! The Buffet table was laden witht a choice of breakfast meats, including bacon, sausage, and even Prime Rib! This feast of breakfast favorites also included pancakes, delicious warm maple syrup and pastries! If this gorgeous table didn’t satisfy you then you could walk over to the omelette and crepes to savor these specialties! Everyone there felt this event showed all of us the tireless love and dedication of the staff at Revel Eagle!!! CONGRATULATIONS REVEL EAGLE STAFF!

A very enjoyable experience the rooms are very nice and well maintained. Very nice common areas a bar/coffee shop food to order. A full service restaurant with excellent food. A very nice movie theater and hobby area. The only downer was the way the food work’s using a point system so not all meals would be eaten in the facility

It's a beautiful facility with a great location and nicely appointed apartments. The facility is new, so the apartments are new/never lived in before. It's very clean with up to date appliances. Each apartment has it's own in-unit washer/dryer, which turned out to be very important to my mom. The facility is in a nice central location, which is convenient. I would note that it is definitely Senior Living, not Assisted Living. Only outside agencies provide any assistance and there are no daily check- ins, no on site nursing, not even grab bars in the showers. As to improvements, the biggest frustration we have had is food service. Followed closely by handyman services. These are both likely a result of being new, but still very disappointing to my mom. Food service- the facility requires you to make a reservation for dinner, but all the spaces at traditional dinner times of 5, 5:30 or 6 were taken, so my mom was forced to either not go to dinner or to do so very late, when several menu options were sold out. With only 50% occupancy, it makes one wonder how they will serve everyone once occupancy gets up to more typical levels of 80-90%. Handyman - they always have an excuse, but fact is they are understaffed so it takes a long time to get anyone to look at an appliance that is malfunctioning, or to hang a picture, etc.

Staff has been kind and helpful in making my experience as a newly single lady viable.l like the exercise classes. The field trips are informative and enjoyable. Rooms are lovely spacious. Close to shopping.

I have lived in Revel Province for just over a year and have found it to be a comfortable and friendly place to live. No place is going to be perfect and with Covid and problems with labor I believe that Revel has gone above and beyond to make everything as pleasant as possible. The residents and staff here are a collection of interesting, and friendly people who made me welcome from day one.

I toured this community and it was lovely. I'd say it's not a good fit for someone with medical problems- for those you have to use home care. They also don't offer transportation, so that could be an issue for some. Other than that, if those things aren't applicable, I'd say consider it. It seems like a good place!

I am looking for a different living situation for my parents as they are in need of a more structured lifestyle. Made an appointment and I stopped by after work, it turned out to be the best hour I have spent on a facility tour to date. The representative was very accommodating and respectful as he inquired about my parent's needs and what I was looking for. He highlighted what this facility in Issaquah had to offer and their close involvement with the resident's needs. He included a tour of the property and I am very impressed with the facility layout and apartment offerings. Unfortunately, my dad needs a higher level of care so I am unable to consider Revel. I would certainly recommend taking the time to check this place out.

Revel Palm is a very clean and has a very positive environment to us. The demographic is appropriate as well as the price point. The food to us is very delicious and it a great independent living facility. It is very lovely.

[name removed] is an excellent sales rep. She hooked me from the begining and Revel is a very nice place. Its not for everyone. Prices are high. Once here, its hard to leave as a lease is used for keeping you here and raising the rent higher and higher, which is probably like most places. I have many friends here. I like my own washer and dryer like in here. The one negative is the apartments are too small. If you have a couch, it looks crowed. Basically, lt is comfortable If you size down.

The food is up to my standards. Overall a great experience.
