My wife and I have now lived in Revel Lacey for a month and a half. Prior to that it took about 6 weeks to move from our former home and get everything ready here. We like Revel Lacey very much. We have a full kitchen and laundry/dryer machines in our two-bedroom apartment. Services (including weekly housekeeping/cleaning) and activities are very satisfactory. We can eat in the dining room or pub, but most often food is prepared in the facility's kitchen and delivered to our room. We highly recommend Revel Lacey.

[[Name removed] and I have lived here for a little over 18 months. Were members of the charter club which means we were one of the first to sign up for Revel Lacey. 95% of Revel either meets our expectation or exceeds. Considering everything that could go wrong, [name removed] and I are quite satisfied with what they offer. We have a two bedroom two bath apartment which were still trying to downsize and fit everything we need in the apartment. We have one of the larger apartments approximately 1120 ft.² that's one of the negative things that Mary and I have found, is downsizing from a larger home to the apartment. If you are bored here it is your own fault, there is a significant amount of activities from exercising to classes to movies to socializing with your friends that can keep you busy. They have a bus and many times there are bus trips to such things as Walmart, Safeway downtown Seattle to see a ballet, downtown Seattle to Boardwalk and ride the famous Ferris wheel and have a wonderful wonderful meal. The food here is excellent, a good menu and the chef's special gives you plenty of choices on the food. The service people here are excellent they are always happy and tend to your needs when you're dining. It's important to remember that this is a senior apartment complex for independent living, not assisted living nor do they offer any medical assistance. There is someone at the concierge desk 24/7, if necessary for a 911 call it takes very little time for the first responders to arrive.

At the time of my visit it was still being built out ,but half the building was 95% done. But none the less I was immediately enchanted! The lay out of the rooms,the ammenites how very kind the manager to be, was, in answering my questions. She took me from top to bottom and showed me what was to come and what was there. They are going to have a restuarant there! Where you can eat from a weekly menu!! There is a point system which she can explain and a bar. A really cool theater, gym and they are working on classes. YOU have to see it to believe it. This place is all inclusive,like a cruise but you get to call it home!! My only negative is the cost and lack of garages and on site storage. Though they do have a van to take you places. GO SEE IT!

I was really impressed with the overall view of the new facility. The buildings are still under construction, but I was able to get a virtual tour . All of the amenities are top notch. The services that will be provided are excellent. I work with a variety of senior living facilities, from independent living to skill nursing, this has got to be one of the best. The value for the dollar is remarkable also, it compares very well with what is out there. If you are looking for an independent facility, this is the place for you.

Staff is very cordial and attentive to my needs. The facility is clean, organized and in good location for my needs.

The facility is still not filled up, and there are still challenges with staffing. I think the two go hand-in-hand.

Very nice facility and presenter. Good layout. It was helpful that we knew a couple who are residents here 6 months year. Beautiful rooms and grounds with plenty of parking, although we no longer drive. Revel shuttle driver was very friendly and kind. On the down side, the whole place was dead - I.e. not a resident in sight participating in activity.

I moved in surrounded by strangers and quickly was enjoying sharing life with new friends

Restaurant staff is very nice and friendly. Yes, we would recommend Revel McDowell Mountain to other families based on the experience so far.

The accommodations and facilities are well done and she's happy with them. The restaurant has server challenges ongoing. Food quality is usually pretty good.

Consistent group of small admin and dining staff .. the evening wait staff in the restaurant is amazing, not always the quickest kitchen but the staff know and care about the residents. The lifestyle director plans and implements some very good activities -much more than bingo goes on here.

Staff are amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, I have told everyone how nice the staff here are. They quickly learn our first names and always greet us cheerfully by name. All of them! Housekeepers, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, admin staff, maintenance staff. Re: Food - they do not do well with dietary needs of people who have diabetes and/or hypertension.

Staff is very helpful & caring. I moved from a large house & garage to a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt, so it's a huge adjustment. I like the patio, but there's no water available. I visited another Revel & there were garages available. Even a large storage shed would be nice.

We picked this community because, others were too depressing and a lot of people in walkers and my mother is European and found it hard to connect with a lot of the residents.

Revel was great for my Dad. He had a fall and had to go to rehab for the last month. He is now ready to go to an assisted living space. Based on the experience we have had with Revel Spokane we would recommend them to other families.

Staff is great. My mom's only disappointment is that she's uniquely spry and healthy at 85. So many of her peers need walkers & wheelchairs she often feels like she's in an 'old folks home.'

For the meals and dining, don't care for reservations needed for the dining room. Like increased activity, i.e. buffets to include with drawings, etc. Adding a vending machine for snacks would be nice to have as well.

The facility was the best choice in my estimation for space, features, meal choices, cleanliness, and resident opportunities for entertainment for the costs that I was willing to pay. It is an independent living facility so I can choose my lifestyle but find other residents very congenial and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They also provide options to travel to appointments and entertainment activities , shopping, etc, so you don’t have to have a vehicle as your aging.

Thanks for all the assistance you do. Yes we would definitely recommend Revel Spokane to other families if they are ready for annual increases in cost.

Revel is ok. It is comfortable. The residents are friendly and inviting. The food is acceptable, you learn what you want to eat and not. The rent is too much because they keep taking things away from us.
