Priority Life Care

This is a nice looking community. It is one floor and it looks like a large square. This community is more for residents with Dementia. They do have smaller rooms on each side of the hallways. Everything is inside the community. They have a large dining room. The residents were participating in an activity when I visited. This community is laid out well and has a large foyer.

This is a nice community very spacious. The foyer is nice as you enter. The units for an independent living seems to be ok good living space. The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice well kept and maintained.

Since I am in a wheelchair looking for a community that was handicapped accessible was a must. The property is easy for me to get around. My room is quite large and comfortable for me. I have a microwave and a toaster oven to heat food up if I would like but mostly I go to the dining room for meals and the food is quite good. The only downside to this place is the transportation service the van they use is not setup for the handicapped residents. Other than that I am very pleased with the community the staff is friendly and helpful and they keep the place very clean and well maintained. I would recommend them.

Mom is extremely happy since she has moved here. The staff ranging from the dining room to the nurses and administration is very nice and extremely helpful. My mom looks forward to her water exercise class and her craft classes. I've eaten here when visiting mother and I would have to say the food is a little above average. The community is extremely clean however the elevator is left to be desired though. Outside there is plenty of acreages to take a nice stroll.

Mom is doing pretty good at this community. She says the staff are nice and helpful. They keep the community clean and they offer daily activities. This community felt like more of a residential family than other communities we looked at. I would recommend this community.

I had a good tour of this community. It looks like a brand new community. From what I saw everything looked great. The staff was cordial, and my questions were answered. I did find another community that suited our needs better, but my tour of this community went well.

My parents are doing okay with their move to this community. However I'am satisfied with their move, this is a nice community. They have a friendly, kind staff, and I know they are in good hands. The community is well-kept, when I come to visit everything is always well maintained. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. They are safe here in this community, and I would recommend it overall.

Very nice facility, really liked it but it didn't have the necessary staff to accommodate my dad's needs relative to nursing & safety needs. Otherwise it was very nice.

My mother in law is having some ups, and downs since her move to this community. However we are pleased with all they have done for us. This is a nice community with good people. The staff is great, they are taking good care of her. The community is well-kept, when I visit everything looks great. As far the care she is being provided with, we are comfortable with that. She may need more care than they are able to provide, but overall it is a community I would recommend.

The core staff there is awesome, but there seems to be a lot of new faces that don't seem to stay around long. The space is small, not fancy and a bit tired looking but the care is good. I have not observed any activities but I am usually there during the evening hours or weekend. My mom's room, which is private, is a nice size accommodates her necessities. All the patients/clients/residents seem to be comfortable and content.

Our tour of this community was a nice one. Everyone was kind, and friendly to my family, and myself. The staff was polite, and informative. Our questions were answered. The community from what we were shown looked nice. It was a nice experience, but we find another community that suited our needs better.

I had a fine tour of this community. I toured it for my father, and his needs. The staff was nice, and informative. The community looked good. The experience went well, and everyone was very kind. It was a good experience.

My father is finally taking the time to get adjusted to this community. It is a very nice place, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. He seemed to had gone through a ruff adjustment phase, but things have gotten better now. The staff is very kind, and polite. There activities offered for the residents. It is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

Our experience has been good. I think the staff are attentive and positive. The community has a clean and neat environment. Their response is quick for when the alarm on her wrist is pushed. That is important. We picked the community mostly for convenience of its location.

I am the Power of Attorney (POA) for a long term client of mine who is a resident at this facility. As her legal representative, I made the decision to move her from another facility where she was living to Brandywine and I have not looked back at making this decision. The care that she is getting is very well delivered and she has thrived so well since moving into this community. It is definitely a better fit for her personality and care needs. The staff really likes her and she makes it easy to care for her. The community has an upbeat atmosphere and environment and it is always so welcoming when I visit my client. Her medical changes continue to challenge my client, but the care that is given to my client to help maintain her well being is filled with compassion, respect, and quality. There is a spirit of teamwork with everyone there and THAT is of utmost importance to both my client and me.

I'am doing very well since my move to this community. I'am happy with all they have done for me, everybody is very kind. The facility is beautiful, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. I'am very pleased with the community.

I liked this tour and was happy that they would be able to give the care that is needed. The community was very clean. We did like the list of the many activities to help the residents participate. Families might want to consider a tour of this community for the care of a family member for a care and a good value

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well, and I enjoyed my tour overall. Everyone was very kind.

My dad has only been in Brookdale Deer Creek for about 6 weeks. The staff, managers, nurses, aids, housekeeping dining room have all been wonderful. Very friendly and willing to help. I made sure to get my dad settled here before I came home to Illinois by staying a month in Florida. Little things had to be worked out such as laundry and housekeeping, but all comments were taken seriously and it was fixed. Dad seems to like it there and keeps saying how nice everyone is. It is a hard transition to make giving up your home, car, and independence, but one that had to be made and we were fortunate that dad (94 years old) was the one who said it was time! We feel very confident that dad is safe, happy and being well taken care of with us being out of state!

The care of this community is very nice. I am happy with the cleanliness of the community The meals are outstanding and he is happy with the variety. They do offer him activities that are offered when he wants to participate. This community is very nice and I would recommend the care and value to other families for the good care of a loved one
