Priority Life Care

This is a wonderful place and offers many things for everyone. I do wish they would appoint a person (like a big sister/brother) for the first week or two to show the new person around and help them become familiar with everything that is offered and all of the additional rooms and activities in the building.

They need improvement with interacting. Especially when we need to find out things that are going in the facility. Also improvement with communication.

We think the people are nice and the place is fine. The maintenance requires a bit though. The refrigerator and freezer hasn't worked, and gate opener doesn't work, and the fans they installed are backwards. Making an appointment with maintenance is tedious. They have dining, and that has been nice. We liked the apartment itself, and the price. It was one of the more reasonable places.

Things are going okay. We are pretty pleased with Atria. The staff and the facility are fine so far. We do not have any complaints so far. Hopefully things will continue to go well here. The other residents here are friendly too.

We are doing pretty good here. My loved one doesn't really care for the food. It's clean and the staff is friendly, I haven't had any real complaints yet. So far it's all be little picky stuff. Overall we are pretty satisfied.

I really can not think of any aspect pertaining to the facility, or to the running of it's operation, that the Brookdale Jensen Beach can improve upon. I would have to say that it is a decent place for my loved one.

Very nice smells and looks clean. Any where else is not acceptable. Already toured and scheduled an assessment.

It is working out and our Uncle is enjoying his stay there. He has not been there very long as we just found the place, but so far the process seems to be going well. Nice, clean facility and very friendly staff.

So far I am totally satisfied. There are several reasons that I say that. The staff is very good with feedback and are very attentive to my Mom's habits. They observed my Mom sitting outside quite a bit and they wanted to know if this was normal behavior or if maybe she was isolating herself. I assured them that my Mom loves to be outdoors. This led me to believe that the staff is very observant. My Mom is very theatrical when she does not get her way and she can be a handful sometimes but the staff handles her very well. Food selection is good. Activities are good. The cleaning staff is decent. They are there for her to help her dress and get to and from her meal times. The facility is also clean and odor free. The residents have a kitchenette and the compressor was noisy in the refrigerator and I said something about it. They replaced it immediately! They seem to respond favorably to requests. The facility is limited in décor and it could have a more homey feel.

She's pretty good at The Venetian Gardens. The food seems to be fine. The people there are nice. I have no complaints at this point. It seems to be a good place for her. Overall we are pretty satisfied with our experience so far.

Everything is fine at The Classic at West Palm Beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Any time I send an e-mail to them they are very responsive. They get back to me right away. Things have gone really well at this facility.

We didn't have any problems with Cherry Laurel. They were clean and nice, and the people were friendly. No complaints or concerns that we came across.

We stayed here for a short trial period. We liked it, it was nice. It was a little on the expensive side for a long term stay. We were looking for something a little more independent, we thought it would be a little easier to socialize.

My father in law experienced a fall 4 days after moving to this facility. The nursing staff has been very attentive and are doing their best to help him recover. The food service provided in room meals until he was strong enough to return to dining room experiences. Overall a very pleasant facility. There is effort to make residents feel special.

Overall our experience with Elmcroft of Reading has been a good one! It is a nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the staff here all seem caring and friendly. My loved one is doing well here, and we're very satisfied with the service they provide!

My ratings for the categories are only based on a one time visit; I only visited the facility once with my father whenever we went the first time and then I was out of the process, so I do not have much to say about the place.

My Father has been at The Crossings for a little over three weeks. The staff has been very responsive, there isn't a question that goes unanswered. We check up on his progress weekly; are in contact with the Staff, the doctors and the physical and speech therapists. They say it takes a village to raise a child, it also takes a village to ensure your loved ones have a good quality of life and are getting the proper care they deserve.

Mom passed the one week mark at Elmcroft. She is getting good care and is happy. We are pleased with the size of the community. It is quaint and mom gets plenty of help getting around the premise. The food is good and all of the residents that we talk to seem pleased with their experience.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My Mom says her wait when she presses her button can be unreasonably long. They are very willing to work out problems that arise with my Mom's health. When Mom was hospitalized, they worked out discharge concerns promptly and with the hospital staff.

We used Brookdale Tavares for a brief respite stay for a loved one, and overall I thought things went well. The staff here seemed friendly and professional, they took good care of my loved one, and the facility itself was well kept and clean.
