Priority Life Care

We toured this facility when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place. It was clean and well maintained, and had a nice layout. It seemed like the place had a cheery, friendly atmosphere, and the woman who gave the tour was very nice.

It had a wonderful family atmosphere that made it feel very homey. When I arrived, there were residents that were participating in an exercise class and everyone was laughing and joking. Lisa took me to visit the dining hall where I got to see the menus and have the chef come out to visit and let me know that they were having lasagna, which Lisa informed me was the best. When I was shown the beauty salon, there were some residents there as well and everyone said hello and were very friendly. The staff that works at Elmcroft is also very attentive to the residents. At the end, I was given a video by Lisa so that I could take it to my parents when I visit them and let them watch it.

Great tour! Jennifer was extremely thorough and helpful. The staff was friendly and the entire facility smelled clean and looked clean. The residents that we saw seemed pleasant and content. Also, the surrounding area is landscaped and attractive.

The location was still in construction but looks like it will be a very nice place. I believe my parents would like it there and am sending info received on the location to them for review.

My mother received exceptional care at Brandywine. I cannot say enough about the care and kindness she was shown by the staff members. She needed increased assistance as she declined and the aides, especially Morkeh, were so kind and attentive to her particular needs. The nursing staff was also terrific and Donna and Kim always took time to keep me up to date on her overall condition. They all helped me through some difficult times and I am so grateful to have placed my mom at Dresher Estates!

It's clean, and everyone seems pretty friendly. For those that are not in the Alzheimer's unit, they have good activities, but I was under the impression that there would be a lot more activities for the memory care unit than there seem to be. Every time there is a fall they send them to the hospital. That is getting very tiresome, and expensive and they don't seem to even address the issue.

Things have gone very well with Atria Highland Crossing, I'd give them high marks across the board. It's a nice looking place, they keep it clean and attractive, and all of the services they provide are excellent. I can't really think of any way I'd like them to improve!

Things have gone well with Brentwood at Hobart so far! They did a great job transitioning her to the community, they were very welcoming and everything went very smoothly. The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and they seem to have a lot to provide their residents. From what I have heard the food can be a bit hit or miss.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. It was a nice looking community, but it appeared to be a bit higher level of care than my loved one needed. It was more of a "hospital" type in environment, and we thought she would do better with a more homey, comfortable atmosphere.

Things have gone very well at The Classic so far! It is a nice looking, clean, well kept facility. The staff have all been very friendly, and they were a big help during the whole move in process. They even helped out with some furniture for my loved ones room! The staff do a great job looking out for the residents, and they even do a pretty good job with the food!

Elmcroft was a welcomed answer in finding an assisted living facility for my father. The care giving has been great and it is a well kept and well run facility. The staff and administration has been wonderful to work with and my father's needs have been met. He is a challenge to deal with but their response has been positive and helpful. I would recommend this facility to any family who needs a place where their loved one will be dealt with in a respectful and knowledgeable manner.

Things are going pretty well. She is starting to get adjusted and settled in and feel like this is her home. The staff is really friendly and they keep it very clean. It is very expensive though. They have transportation to shopping and things. Sometimes when she needs some assistance getting to bed and stuff, it can take a long time for them to get to her. The food is okay, sometimes it's cold though, the coffee in the carafes can be lukewarm sometimes. She picked this place, she liked that it was big, and that they had a lot of activities to choose from, and a larger amount of people to fit into. I think it's really working out, and I am pleasantly surprised.

At this age, the food is really important and this is where Brentwood falls short. My mother in law is constantly complaining on how bad the food is. My complaints are that it takes 45 minutes to an hour for everyone in the dining hall to be served at a meal. This is unnecessary since the dining hall is not that big. The serving is not well organized and a restaurant could serve this many people in 20 minutes. The food sometimes does not sound good and the weekend menus seem worse than the weekday menus. I am surprised that the residents have to supply their own condiments such as ketchup and mustard.

They are doing a pretty good job, the staff is very friendly. This Atria had larger rooms and some of the common areas were larger than some of the other ones. I also liked and it was in a wooded setting and not in a more commercial area, that was nice. So far there isn't really anything that I can think of that needs to be improved.

Overall I think they're doing a great job at Regency Residence. My loved one feels safe and is happy here. The individual rooms are very nice, and a great deal compared to some of the other options we looked at in the area! One thing that really drew me to this place when we toured was how happy and friendly all of the residents seemed, they were more than willing to tell you about what a nice place Regency is! My only concern is that when we met with them to discuss moving my loved one in they said they would provide an "ambassador" to help her get acquainted and integrated into the community. They didn't actually come through on this on their own, I had to remind them what they told me, but the issue did get resolved!

They seem – it seems to be a very welcoming place. The food is relatively good. There has been enough parking whenever I’ve gone to visit. The staff is very friendly and the community is clean and organized.

It’s good a really nice place. Their activities are really good - they have a lot of things to do. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. We were satisfied with the cost for what we got.

They were very clean. The food could have been better, the food can always be better at these places. Other than that I can't think of anything that really needs to be improved. I thought their public relations were good.

The community is alright. It’s clean enough and the staff is friendly. I haven’t had any concerns about the level of activities or the care services. If someone is looking for services for their loved one, this would be a good community to consider.

Sharon Ridener was very helpful and professional. This would have been a viable option for my mother if her circumstances hadn't changed.
