Overall we have had a very positive experience with Atria Summit Hills. Any time there is ever an issue they are very quick to respond and help out in any way they can. It is a nice place with very helpful staff.

My father lives here and it's working out really good for him. They make sure he takes everything on time. They have 3 good meals everyday. Everyone is friendly. It's really good for him. They keep an eye on him every hour to make sure he is okay. My father enjoys it here. The Elmcroft of Loyalsock is a good assisted living community that offers great services.

We had checked out larger communities but decided to go with Brookdale Tavaries because of the smaller home style and easier navigation for my wife's 88 year old Dad,and we are sure glad we did.The staff and Nurses go the extra mile to make sure he is comfortable & clean.

We've had a good experience with Atria overall! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the location is beautiful. For the most part the staff have been friendly and helpful, and I think they take good care of the people who live here.

I think basically everything is good. There are complaints about the food. It would be nice if it were open seating and dining. I was told that dinner was from 4:30 - 6:30 but really by 6:00 they are clearing everything off. The food really is the biggest issue. We have had to stay on top of things a little bit more than anticipated. It's in a lovely location, and it's a nice community, and the people are very pleasant. I would like to see cameras in the hallways as well, I think all of these places should have them.

They have had changes with the staff recently, and I have seen good improvements. The staff is very friendly, it's very clean, and the meals are good. It does not matter when you visit as it is always the same.

We've had a great experience with Elmcroft of Chippewa! One of the directors, Melissa Chambers, has been absolutely phenomenal to work with! We are out of state, so communication is very important to us, and she really goes above and beyond keeping us in the loop. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff we met were all very friendly. I would absolutely recommend it to others looking into care in the area!

I like the place it's a nice place. My only concern is that they lead you to believe that there is more assistance than there actually is. They are an ALS, but when you sign the lease it's an independent ALS. Which means that people come and go as they like, which is good, but also that if they don't see you for three days, THEN they will go and check on you, and make sure you are alive. I like that it doesn't smell like potpourri or bleach or anything. The food is fantastic. Everything else is working out well.

Rick McPhillips is exceptional! He know his residence by name! The facility is super clean and zero smells! The dining area is outstanding! Plenty of floor plans to choose from. Very friendly environment for both residence and staff. Price breakdown is very attractive for what they offer....great value!!! This is one very nice independent living facility!

my step Mom moved in a week ago and so far everything has been great and she likes her apt.

We used Elmcroft for a brief respite stay, and overall I thought they did a good job. I thought they could have done a better job providing information about the process and what they provide, but my loved one seemed to enjoy her stay well enough. We would use them again if our regular caregiver were not available for an extended stay.

This was a very nice facility. The residents seemed happy with the singing group that was preforming when I arrived. Unfortunately this is assisted living only. I needed nursing home care for my mom.

They are doing a wonderful job. We are satisfied with it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They have had really good luck with it so far.

It's going well so far. They like it there, and are settling in. The only issue we are having is with billing. We spoke with them last month and thought we had it figured out, but with the new invoice we saw the same thing, so we are waiting to hear back about that. Other than that, we really like it.

Overall I think they do a good job at Brentwood at Hobart! My loved one really seems to be enjoying himself here. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and all of the people seem very friendly. It is a nice place overall, and definitely worth a look!

We only had a very brief experience with The Classic at West Palm Beach, but it seemed like a very nice place. It unfortunately just was not a good fit for our loved one, but the facility itself was beautiful and the staff all seemed friendly. Definitely somewhere worth a look, if you're looking into options in the area.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for our loved ones. This seemed like a nice place overall, the facility itself was very well kept and clean. However, I got the impression that the manager was not experienced in the service industry. During the tour he said we should step in to the model unit to talk, since the residents were always "bothering" him during tours. I'd prefer somewhere that put the needs of the current residents before the sales process.

The biggest strength of Independence Court of Hyattsville is their staff, which is very friendly.

We used this place for a short respite stay for our loved one. Overall I thought they did a good job. The staff were all very friendly, and they take great care of the people who live here. The community has a lot going on, and they work hard to keep the patients engaged. My one complaint is that they could be a little more diligent when it comes to checking into complaints from the patients. My loved one complained about some pain she was having, and they just gave her a tylenol assuming it was arthritis, but it ended up being a rash that could have been treated more effectively.
