The staff has been great at keeping me up to date with any and everything that my loved one needs. They actually go above and beyond. The only complaint or concern that I would have is that my loved one has to share a room. The community is currently working on that. My loved one does have mixed feelings about the food, but they do provide healthy options. They offer activities however, my loved does not like to participate. I would recommend them.

So far it has been a great for my friend with this community. He hasn't moved in yet, due to packing delays. This is a good community, everything is very nice and clean. They are allowing him to bring his small dog with him, which was a big plus for him. The staff have been friendly and kind. I know he is going to be safe and in good hands here. It is a perfect place for my friend and his needs.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everybody I met was kind and welcoming. From what I saw everything looked nice and clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and informative. My tour went well, this is a lovely community.

The staff were not able to assist my husband with his care needs. They started to resent the fact that they had to spend more time with him and then they started getting mean with me. The food was good and they tried to encourage him to participate in the activities. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this community for more independent people.

The staff are really good and they are good at communication. The food does not quite meet my mom's expectations. They offer daily activities and mom enjoys playing cards. I would recommend this clean well taken care of community.

So far is it has been a pretty good experience for me here at this community. The main issue I have are the meals. They need to get a new cook. They need better quality food to serve, and better menus. Other than the food, this is a nice community. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. They have a good staff here. I'am hoping they improve the meals.

My tour of this community went very well. It is a brand new facility. Everything is very well maintained, and nice and neat. The staff was kind and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. It was just a little to far from her old neighborhood. It was a pleasant tour.

The community is great and we have no issues. My mom likes her new home and I definitely would recommend this place. The facility is always very clean and the food here is really good. My mom likes the menu options and the staff do a good job making sure everyone is eating.

Tanglewood is a wonderful facility. The place is bright and cheery. It would be the a real prize if the grounds were gated to prevent residents with wandering tendencies from getting away.

Everything is going very well for my friend here at this community. They are caring for him very well. I know he is safe and in good hands. He really likes it here and have adjusted well to it. We had a little problem with the billing, but that has since been worked out. The staff is very kind and considerate. They are very aware what he is doing and where he is at. He is comfortable here and I'am pleased with all they have done for us.

My dad was at The Bridges at Warwick for a short time and he did like it there. The food was good however I think the variety could increase. He did not participate in any activities and I think these could also have more of a variety. The staff are nice and keep me informed of her care. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Lovely location, facility nice, the staff the we met were plesant. Concern with things being so spread out being a problem for an elderly person with a memory problem. We got turned around when touring the location.

I like this community for my dad so far. The staff is great and everything in the community is in close proximity. We like that there is a good amount of residents in the community but not too many. We are pleased and would recommend this community to other families.

We just recently put my Dad at Brookdale Memory Care in Winter Haven, FL and the staff that we met were great. They answered all our questions and treated my Dad with respect and compassion.

My parents have not actually moved in yet, but have their cottage keys and are starting the move in process, eaten a few meals here and worked with the maintenance man, Jeff on a few things. Las Palmas staff have been very accommodating. Jeff has painted two accent walls in the cottage with the color that Mom and Dad chose and installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom. He has been very helpful and friendly. The managers serve coffee at the meals which is very welcome. The main building is attractive and feels like a nice mix of home and resort. Puzzles are available for folks who like to work on them together, a small library with a magnifier, beauty salon, health care services, chapel, dining room, mailboxes, activity room.... The community pool has restrooms adjacent and is nice and warm - 90 degrees! The grounds are attractive. All in all, I believe my parents will be happy here!

Our experience with Brookdale Jensen Beach has been a positive one, overall! They were informative and responsive throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and from what I have heard from my relatives, my loved one has settled in well and really seems to be enjoying herself here! I've heard nothing but good things, so far!

My father in law is now at home with his family due to the fact our experience with Brookdale was an okay one. We just had a lot of little problems that added up. The building is nice looking and pretty clean I feel the staff should be a little more attentive to the residents and their needs. They presented a lot of promises on the tour that they did not follow through with. The food was kinda bland and had no favor to it. He didn't like the food. We just had too many situations with this community and we had to move him back home.

Overall our experience with Brentwood at Niles has been a good one! It's a very friendly place, and they do a good job keeping everything looking clean and well kept. It seems like a very active place, socially. There are various sorts of entertainment they bring in, and happy hour a few times a week. My one suggestion would to be to have activities a bit more frequently.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also fairly expensive, and out of the price range that we were looking in. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.
