My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale West Palm Beach and everything has been very good for him, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are good. My loved one says that the food is good. Based on our experience, I would recommend Brookdale West Palm Beach to others.

My sister is tough. I moved her after she spent 2 weeks in a behavioral health clinic. I didn't understand why [community name removed] staff couldn't see she needed more help for her anxiety and depression. I had to take her to most of her appointments because the bus driver wasn't available when she needed him. I hear he quit and is no longer there. At Brookdale, most of her physicians and therapists come to her. I took her to one specialist so far. Brookdale has a pool and better food. .The accommodations for healthcare are much better at Brookdale.

Areas of improvement - Communication from admin and nursing is pretty much non-existent. They rarely return phone calls. However, we would probably recommend this community to other families if you don't mind not being able to talk to someone right away when you call.

I liked the staff and location, décor, and the general setup. Generally the service was better than average; the staff is friendly and attentive to my mom's needs. Activities could be a little more diverse....Would recommend for a senior who is 80% self sufficient or better. Those who need more help might be better off in a slightly smaller facility.

My loved one is currently a resident at Celebration Villa of Shippensburg. Things have gone downhill in the last six to eight months. The residents have even been able to see it. Right now, I would not recommend Celebration Villa of Shippensburg to others, not until things change and improvements are made.

The faculty and staff are very friendly and helpful in every way. Apartment size and amenities are good. My sister likes the food and amenities that are offered.

Lindwood is a lovely assisted living facility . There are lots of activities to keep residents engaged. Sadly, my husband was quite ill when there and had a short stay of one month. I think the best aspect of Lindwood is the genuinely caring staff working there. They were truly empathetic regarding his illness and did all they could to keep him comfortable.

I would say that it's as good as, if not better than any of the other places I looked at and much better that the place we moved her from. For my family it was location and having her own room - she had a roommate in the other place. Bridges is halfway between my brother and myself and much closer to both of us so it's easier for us to visit. And their son, who has autism, and is the light of my aunt's life, did not like the other place and didn't like going there. He is much more willing to go to Bridges.

Staff very good at be available to listen to concerns but not always getting the staff who actually does the care / food service to follow through. Chose this facility for its location and seeing the residents actually out of their rooms moving around.

I would recommend it. Twice cook as residents about what they are interested in but seems like no changes have been made. Also, it seems like it takes awhile to get food. Ex: go to dining room at noon May be after 12:30 till get food. She said food is good, just not organized it seems. Also, not sure on this but always had cool aid or drink at table not offered plain water. Also, not sure if given juice options at breakfast , etc.

Mom is always saying that the food is so good. There are a few special staff members that are dear to her and give a little extra attention. Communication with family is very good. The only suggestion I could make is to strongly encourage her to participate in the activities. I would recommend this facility to others.

They recently underwent ownership change. The new ownership has been better than previous.

All of the workers are wonderful and very kind. Residents do not seem to be happy with the food, but I am sure they are doin the best that they can.

I would say that the staff is beyond patient and accommodating but as someone with a mother who is early70s, there really aren't folks to play mahjong, etc

My loved one was previously a resident at Newhaven Court at Lindwood and the overall experience was good. The facility was very clean. Nobody is perfect, but I found the staff to be friendly and generally good. The food seemed decent and the activities were pretty good.

They seem to have a big turnover in the staff which is concerning. The food is just not good. It seems by the time my mom gets her food it's cold and the servings they get are very minimal.

It is better than any of the other places around this area. Activities are wonderful and it is close to my house. It has overall been a positive experience for our family.

Staff that connects and cares for the residents. Small enough to feel more like a family environment. Special activities sponsored often to include families with the residents to share together.

My sister is happy there as it was more suited to her age and preferences. She loves it but needs bus to accommodate scooter and better maintenance. I would say it's friendly place/ staff care about residents, pretty outdoor/ landscaping, good food.

They do need to add skilled nursing services so that Medicaid picks up more of costs for those that qualify.I would recommend going there as long as you can afford it.It was clean with a great caring staff.
