I am the Power of Attorney (POA) for a long term client of mine who is a resident at this facility. As her legal representative, I made the decision to move her from another facility where she was living to Brandywine and I have not looked back at making this decision. The care that she is getting is very well delivered and she has thrived so well since moving into this community. It is definitely a better fit for her personality and care needs. The staff really likes her and she makes it easy to care for her. The community has an upbeat atmosphere and environment and it is always so welcoming when I visit my client. Her medical changes continue to challenge my client, but the care that is given to my client to help maintain her well being is filled with compassion, respect, and quality. There is a spirit of teamwork with everyone there and THAT is of utmost importance to both my client and me.

I'am doing very well since my move to this community. I'am happy with all they have done for me, everybody is very kind. The facility is beautiful, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. I'am very pleased with the community.

I liked this tour and was happy that they would be able to give the care that is needed. The community was very clean. We did like the list of the many activities to help the residents participate. Families might want to consider a tour of this community for the care of a family member for a care and a good value

I toured this community for my father, and his needs. Everything went well, and I enjoyed my tour overall. Everyone was very kind.

My dad has only been in Brookdale Deer Creek for about 6 weeks. The staff, managers, nurses, aids, housekeeping dining room have all been wonderful. Very friendly and willing to help. I made sure to get my dad settled here before I came home to Illinois by staying a month in Florida. Little things had to be worked out such as laundry and housekeeping, but all comments were taken seriously and it was fixed. Dad seems to like it there and keeps saying how nice everyone is. It is a hard transition to make giving up your home, car, and independence, but one that had to be made and we were fortunate that dad (94 years old) was the one who said it was time! We feel very confident that dad is safe, happy and being well taken care of with us being out of state!

We liked this community when we visited. The people we met were really nice. This is a smaller community and it seemed nice and clean. The residents we saw looked happy. This community is in a good location for us.

The care of this community is very nice. I am happy with the cleanliness of the community The meals are outstanding and he is happy with the variety. They do offer him activities that are offered when he wants to participate. This community is very nice and I would recommend the care and value to other families for the good care of a loved one

We toured this community and the staff were nice. The community appeared to be clean and maintained. The menu here is appealing. The activities would of been helpful. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I have enjoyed my new community very much since I recently have made the move. They have provided me with lots of great care and have made me feel welcomed.Overall I am very pleased and would defiantly recommend this place.

When we toured Brookdale, we really liked it. The staff there were all very nice and the place was fantastic. My father had already put a down payment but then he found another community that he liked more. There was nothing wrong with Brookdale, it was a very nice place.

I had a good tour of this community. The community looks nice, and well maintained. The staff was very kind, and polite. I was satisfied with my tour of this community, everything went well. It was a pleasant experience overall.

My loved one is doing very well since the move into Brookdale Deer Creek. It is overall a pleasant place and the staff is very nice and personable. The food that is served is very good and it has been a good experience so far.

I thought the staff at this location where friendly and gave lots of great information my dad and I about there community. They where very patient with all of our questions and made sure to answer them with lots of detail. The facility was just a little out of our price range and was not in my dads budget.

The staff are helpful within their parameters. They do not always seem open to suggestions. The food is phenomenal. There is a lot of variety and it is restaurant quality. Dad does say some things are not like they show in the brochure. His apartment is large, bright and they clean it once a week. They keep the community clean maintenance is quick to respond to issues.

My loved one is still adjusting since her move into Vista Springs. I feel I would recommend this community because the staff has been good to her. From what I can tell, they have been accommodating and friendly. The facility is clean and maintained well. It has been a good experience so far.

My mother moved here from another community and it seems to be a better fit for her. They have suggested physical therapy to her and she is now walking ten steps with a walker. It appears they have enough staff. She has dementia but they include her in things. I appreciate that they are getting her up,dressing her and taking her around the building for tours six times a day. If she needs to sit they don't just put her in bed they let her sit in her recliner. She tries to communicate with other residents and it is so cute. One of the ladies told me the other day they she would keep and eye on her. My experience so far with Eastlake Terrace has been positive so far. I like that they have allow her to have social interaction and she isn't sitting in her room all day. The one thing they could improve is communication.

This community is very beautiful and very clean as well. The people were very nice and they answered all of my questions. The residents seemed to like it here as well. I just did not want to spend so much.

This is a lovely facility, [Removed] went over all the details and then took us on a tour visiting the cottages as well as the individual apartments, both 1 and two bedroom as well as a suite, we were invited to lunch and seated with two of the hospitality residents, [Removed]. The food and the service was terrific and all the employees seem genuinely happy and friendly - pricing is reasonable. The one is definitely one of my two choices so far. Very nice experience - no pressure or over bearing sales talks. No stoves in the apartments, which is the only drawback - the cottages had full kitchens

The tour went great. The people were very helpful and they were very kind. We got all of our concerns out of the way and even saw a lot of the residents out in the community. The facility was nice and clean.

My trip to Marion Woods was remarkably impressive. The rooms are very large and the costs are well withn my budget. [Removed] was a wonderful tour guide who answered every question I asked. The one thing that took down this star rating a little was the food. The portions were quite small, and the vegetables were overcooked. -- Although this is an Independent living facility, arrangements can be made with an in-house company if the need for assisted living arises. For me, that is a great asset in my choice for a new residence. Thid visit puts Marion Woods near the top of my priorities.
