I first noticed how clean and bright it is, and it didn't smell at all. I liked the rooms, they were well laid out, with large bay windows. The staff was friendly, and seemed interested in knowing my mom. My sister and I like Aspen Ridge very much, but are very disappointed that we cannot afford it.

I have visited Celebration Villa twice and both times everyone was just great. [names removed] spent time with us and explained everything so well. They treated my friend who will be the resident with respect and warmth. I feel like Celebration Villa will be just the place for my friend.

Well, the staff was very friendly. They're smiling and you know and and approachable, but we really like the layout of the facility in that the rooms are around and not directly in the common area so we just liked that a lot. It's very different from other memory care facilities, and so that common area was specifically for gatherings, and that sort of thing as opposed to the room is being right off of it

The facility was lovely and so was the staff. I would feel very secure in having my parent in this facility with it’s availability of drs/ nurses, round the clock staff.

The facility was very impressive. Depending upon the needs of your loved one, I would recommend taking a tour.

My Mom is very happy with the food there. Between Gallagher Hospice and the staff she is always clean. They put her belongings where they should be. The only thing I don't like is she doesn't have a phone so I can reach her easily. The staff seem friendly and helpful.

Our tours were amazing! [name removed] was phenomenal! She's such a Light! The staff and residents were so friendly. My Mother said that she really loved the place!

Very nice visit. Talked with some residents. we were able to see some activities. Tour guide was very informative.

I would answer 5 to all the questions as everyone has been very helpful and kind. There are so many things to do. I would definitely recommend. I realize it isn't the place for some people but they have the choice to make for themselves.

Great experience. Mom is now a new resident there! Very happy! [name removed], the General Manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all of the questions that we asked. [name removed], at the Front Desk, was also very friendly and helpful.

The friendliness of the staff. Not only with my dad but I observed them with other residents. I would definitely recommend them to others. Food always looks very good.

A place for Mom was very helpful in doing a long distance connection. The facility in Dillsburg is very reasonably priced and has nice facilities. I would recommend to others.

Overall Tawas Village is very nice for our parents - residents are taken care of - they are safe, comfortable.

First impressions are critical. All staff were friendly and welcoming upon initial tour of the facility. My mother said that she felt very comfortable during the tour. She has been living here about one month and continually states how kind everyone is here. It's also very clean!

My brother in law is a loner and did not want to dine in the dining room with others. The staff gently encouraged him to Had a regular staff which were friendly with resident and family. Answered questions and provided who to speak with. The food looked very good. The place was clean and did not smell. He had a very small room so he had to get out of it to have any socialization which he eventually did.

Venetian Gardens extremely clean and remodeled it's beautiful. Everybody is so friendly from the front administration office to the servers in the kitchen and everybody just makes my mom feel so comfortable. Everything about the experience has been top notch.

The team in the memory care unit took great care of my mom. Her position declined fairly quickly, and they were always there to cater to her changing needs.

I was not impressed with meals when fresh fruit & vegetables are in season they didn't serve them ! Staff was friendly but changed fairly regular.
