Beautiful grand hall entry way, where most of the residents spend their time. The bistro is a nice touch. Hallways and residence rooms are quite large and spacious. Each room has a shower. [name removed] was very thorough in his tour and his explanation of the day to day. The menu was especially appealing and had everyday favorites like French Toast and hamburgers. Caregiver to resident ration could be more favorable, but that is the same with any facility. You wish they had one more helper. Wish they had 24 hour code entry for family. All in all it was an extremely nice place hidden away in a very busy and sought after area of town.

Poet's Walk San Antonio

I had gotten a list of 5 or so places. Poet’s Walk is the first one I visited and the one I signed up with. It's a beautiful place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They call and text anytime there is an issue. [name removed] at Poet's Walk worked with me on payment. There are a large number of veterans living at PW, which my Dad love to talk about his stent in the Army. [name removed] - makes yummy meals while following nutritional guidelines. It's not just mush. My Dad eats well and enjoys the food.

Great community, highly recommend

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The facility is clean. Many of the residents are social and always out in the main areas instead of stuck in their rooms.

The people were really great and very knowledgeable. The facility has some more up to date technology than some of the others. There are staff that take residents out shopping and other outings, which is great. The rooms are spacious enough. They are honest people who care about your needs.

Very caring facility!

After about 3 months there, I'd give every category a 5. I think it's a great facility. They know my mom by name and even recognized that she wasn't quite herself and called us. Their care helped us catch an undetected UTI. My sisters and I are all fans of Celebration. The facility itself is very bright and inviting. We visited a few places that seemed dreary. It's amazing what updated paint colors and decor can do! We also appreciate that Celebration has a Facebook page. We can see activities that the residents attend. It's nice to catch our mom being social!

A great fit

The facility is warm and welcoming. I can call and talk to the director or nurse if I have concerns. My mother-in-law likes the food- thinks breakfast is their worst meal - and like knowing what on the menu and being able to have choices. There is consistency in medicine delivery and daily routines. The staff is very courteous and kind. The facilities are kept very clean.

Review for Regency Residence by Sky Active Living

We have not been there enough to know too much about the staff or activities yet really. We dealt with [removed name] through the process of renting to being able to move in and she was great! Coming from a 1200 + sq ft place to a 7-800 I believe is a change. But my mom loves it and has plenty of room. Mom has stated the food is real good and for what I have seen the place is very clean. There is not a lot of storage in the kitchen, but we got a pantry cabinet and it works great.

A wonderful time with great food

I attended breakfast with Santa this past Saturday with my mother who is a resident in Exton([removed name]), and my 2 year old granddaughter. We had a great time with Santa and the Chef [removed name] presented a wonderful breakfast buffet.

I found a clean, well designed and festive facility. Staff was extremely pleasant. Rooms were well maintained. They were quit comfortable. Residents were involved in activities and seemed to be enjoying themselves. There were a variety of activities including movies , crafts and just watching tv. Very impressive.

Well as soon as I entered it struck me as being very homey. There was plenty areas where you could sit comfortably and visit with your relative or friend. It was. so comfortable you felt like you were home. I really loved the place and would be honored to live here. It was just so warm feeling. I feel you wouldn't be lonley with so many areas to wonder around in with pleasant people moving about.

I was very impressed with Celebration Villas. It had a very homey feel in addition to appearing clean and fresh smelling. The size of the facility lent itself to the feeling of home and the ability of caretakers to give special care to each resident. My whole tour was a very positive experience, thanks to [removed name], the Director of Sales and Marketing, sharing her abundance of knowledge , experience and compassion. The only negative I took away was the distance it is from where I live in The Villages.

Eagleview Landing Experience

I would give them a 5 in how well they are accommodating my mom and how much they are trying. The place is beautiful. The executive director is extremely accessible and helpful. The marketing rep helped get her in quickly which no other facility we looked at was able to do in that short amount of time. The new memory care director is also accommodating but still TBD because I don't know her well yet. My mother loves the food the chef prepares.

I recently toured The Crossings at Riverview to see if it would be a good fit for my mom. I found the facility very clean, which is always a top concern for me. I also saw that the memory care unit was full of activities and the residents were engaged...not just sitting around. One huge plus was the security cameras in each resident's room that monitors for falls. I was super impressed with that. The sales director, [removed name], has been so accommodating and helpful, answering any questions that I had. I would recommend touring there if you are in need of assisted living or memory care.
