Experiences beginning from first tour have been exceptional. Staff is caring, spends time with residents, aware of their preferences in food, activities, etc. I've observed residents, no matter where they are in the building, called by their preferred names and helped with everything. When I bring items to my Mother. Staff offer help, maintenance comes to lunch to ask each resident if they need anything done. Facility is clean no matter time of day. Appropriate nursing care, when needed, is available 24 hours a day. Apartment size is awesome - 580 sq feet with full refrigerator and lights in closets. Meals are also great and family can eat too at reasonable cost

Room size is good but I pay extra for my mother to have a larger room to herself. Staffing on the weekend is a little sparse but they really do check in well with my mother. My mother has some pstd of seeing one lady fall really badly and then passing away from that and she observed another lady falling. She does have some fear of falling. She is the oldest resident there but they keep a close eye on her and presently she's out having lunch with six other people from the facility

It is an excellent place. Good food, friendly staff, clean facilities, large apartments. Lots of activities. Good pricing that includes a lot like utilities, cable TV, housekeeping, lifeline alert. Would highly recommend this facility. No complaints here. Beautiful place too. Nice swimming pool and lake to enjoy.

He seems very happy about the food selection. I haven't seen it myself but from what I hear and pictures the apartment size is good and things are very clean.

I am very pleased with this facility. Staff is extremely helpful. I have made a deposit on a room for my loved one and will be moving him in next week.

My sister feels the community is very caring. She likes that they deliver her food at this point as she feels if she goes into the dining room her doggie will bark.

The staff has been very helpful when needed they have had to call ems a few times for him & stayed with & kept him comfortable till they arrived & took over. Can't say enough about the food my dad used to cook & bake up until it got to unsafe for him to b in the kitchen & the only meal he has had that he really didn't care for was pizza & he has never been a big fan of pizza long as I can remember Would I recommend - Yes! very much so can't really imagine much you could change to make it better.

[name removed] worked above and beyond to help us with the process and staff have been great with my dad. When there was a issue, actually it was just miscommunication nothing big. We ask the staff and [name removed] and if was cleared up immediately. One thought laundry day was Monday another thought it was another day so his dirty clothes where missing for a day in a half, but not really. They got done and everyone is on the same page now. My 3 sisters and I really like it.

[name removed] was very thorough and helpful in his explanation of the facility it's services for residents. I got a tour of the place and had a chance to go into the type of room my friend would require. His questions about my friend's needs were thoughtful and his responses to mine were very helpful.

My sister and I have researched several Senior Living facilities in Philadelphia & Jersey.My mother has even stayed in two prestigious homes. Structurally,they appeared to be well maintained and equipped to handle my mothers personal and medical needs. However,we fell short at recognizing the inconsistent care the staff showed towards the residence.They lacked the human interaction.In our quest to relocate my mother,we walked into Dresher Estates. We were instantly greeted by [name removed] at the front desk that gave us a warm and sincere welcome. In looking around the room, I noticed the interaction with the residents. They were touching them and playing with them. They called them by name. I personally saw this as a sign of sincerity. I was most impressed with [name removed]. Not only was she personable,she had a no nonsense approach to keeping things in order. She noted every phone call and problem,so accurately that she could challenge you to test her. I can't believe what a blessing they have been.

Everyone is nice and was very helpful to answer our questions. I am impressed with this facility and will be needing them in the future.

I recently toured your community. The place was very clean. Rooms were light and bright due to the beautiful big windows. Employees were cheerful and helpful. I may visit again soon.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were part of a family. The staff was kind and patient and allowed us all the time we needed. Spent as much time with us to allow us to ask any questions.

The overall experience has been awesome. The only issues that I have had is sometimes they are short staffed and it takes a very long time to get the meals after you order them. Also, I had an issue where my silverware was dirty and I did address it with [name removed] and I'm pretty sure he got it straight. I hope because I haven't had any more dirty silverware. Sometimes I don't know what activities are happening because I don't get any kind of a schedule. I am totally blind and I don't know what activities are happening besides the usual every day ones. But everybody is super nice and super friendly and everybody is awesome. I really enjoy being here. I have had a problem getting a refund that has been owed to me for quite a while and they has not done it yet and I was supposed to get a free month of rent and they took the money out anyway and so I'm supposed to get a refund and still hasn't happened so that's not cool.

All the staff are so kind, caring, and polite to the residents and family. It is a great feeling to walk in and see everyone, no matter how the day is going, smiling and treating the residents like family. Facility is always clean and the dining staff come up with some great food.

It is great here, but not perfect. But neither is anywhere else. I really appreciate the positive staff that help each other out. And help the residents always. They always put the residents first. I'm very comfortable here. After all, it is what you make it

The general manager is a kind, helpful woman. The place is kept very clean. All staff on every occasion was helpful and polite

Very welcoming, clean, and homey feeling! It seems that they take their staff and workers and residence seriously and as if they were family, the dining area is very lovely!

It was the first place my mom toured and it was clean, beautiful. [name removed] was so accommodating and friendly. It set the bar high for all other places.
