The Crossing was excellent. My sister was there for four months before she passed away. She was in memory care. Staff was attentive and kind. The activity Director was excellent and the staff they did great things to keep the residence engaged. It is never an ideal situation that you want to be in, but we were happy to have found The Crossing for my sister.

The place is beautiful; it is definitely in the middle of construction but the pond in the back and the front porch even is just such a country small town homey feel. When we walked through the tour every resident we passed would stop and have a conversation with us which helped tremendously ease our minds for social atmosphere and kind aura which still adds to that small town homey feeling.

I first noticed how clean and bright it is, and it didn't smell at all. I liked the rooms, they were well laid out, with large bay windows. The staff was friendly, and seemed interested in knowing my mom. My sister and I like Aspen Ridge very much, but are very disappointed that we cannot afford it.

My Mom is very happy with the food there. Between Gallagher Hospice and the staff she is always clean. They put her belongings where they should be. The only thing I don't like is she doesn't have a phone so I can reach her easily. The staff seem friendly and helpful.
