The general manager, [name removed], and the other administrative members were more than welcoming and have made my mother feel very comfortable. We have not moved her in just yet. She will be there [date removed]. But all of our interactions have been amazing so far. They have worked very well with us with her contract and with getting her moved in. They repainted and re-carpeted her apartment. They found her a really nice apt overlooking the swimming pool. All the residents appear to be very happy and very engaged in the activities. I think my mom is really going to enjoy it there.

They care about us very much and make us feel like a family. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available. We are in the middle of a big remodel right now.

The staff and administrators are very helpful to me and my family as we navigate my mother's dementia and physical decline. From what I see in my time there, everyone at Cortland Northview treats the residents with dignity and care.

I would give the executive director, sales, Director, activities director a five. All are very personable and professional. I am concerned about the nursing staff. There is a lot of turnover lately and I get mixed reviews. The food is absolutely delicious! Very nice looking, clean facility. Absolutely no odor.

I will always give it a 5 the owner has been the most helpful with getting stuff handled and my mother in law loves the place the staff are great and food and dining are amazing they allow you to have guest to eat with you for 5 dollars a person which is nice and the room is good it's like a 1 person apartment that has a walk-in shower and a massive walk in closet separate from the original closet in the room.

Very good staff and facility. Very attentive to individual needs. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Mom lives in a one bedroom apartment. It's very nice. The staff is so awesome. Sadly, she does not engage in the dining or activities. She's kind of a recluse, but we are so happy about the care and facilities that we could not ask for better.

What I like the most about the community is their great staff, lots of events, no-buy-in and yes, I would recommend Poet's Walk Warrenton to other families based on the experience so far.

Always smelled of urine. My mom tried to communicate the best she could said food was terrible She always made faces when she ate. My mother did not participate in those. Yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is very friendly and always willing to help your loved one out. They plan lots of activities and special concerts for not only your loved one but for family to join in.

Studio Apt. Staff: good. Food: not that Great. Always lacks enough employees. Transportation: bus stays in shop for repairs most of the time. I think most of the residents come here because they don't have to pay as much as other independent residents care.

Everyone has been very helpful, caring and warm.

All 5 except Mom did complain about the food- so I give it a 4. ore reliable transportation services and activities. I enjoyed the food! The leadership was very kind to my Mother who passed away in March. I truly appreciate your services as well! Thank you.

As the daughter, i just would like to say…the care, love and compassion everyone gives my mom is really above and beyond anything we could have imagined!!! So many great caring ppl, just to name a few, [names removed] maintenance crew, severer staff, cooks…they are ALL just so awesome…and the residents are all so precious…many living there 5+ yrs, they are all happy, food is outstanding, everything is so clean…the activities are awesome…they always have something going on to keep these seniors active…highly recommend if you need a loving place for a parent…i really cant say enough good things about this place, do not pass up on a tour if your looking for a place for your loved one…THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all you do…

I really like the room. Even though it is just a studio, the way it is shaped helps it feel like the bedroom is more private. I must say, I have not met much of the staff or other residents. Five days after moving in here, my husband went into the hospital, ten days after that he died. The staff has been nothing but helpful and caring. My family has all commented on how nice this place looks.

It would have to be without a doubt, 5 across the board! Their staff is caring and I feel so happy knowing my dad is in great hands! I hope to find a skilled nursing facility that's just as good as I'll unfortunately be needing to move him from Celebration in the near future

I would rate each a 5. I have two friends living there and just often. Both are very happy with their environment and care. Visit often! We would recommend Celebration Villa of South Hills to other families
