My mother was only a resident for 2 days - They are extremely kind and caring. I know my mother would have received excellent care here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I live 800 miles away from Sterling Court so once I got home, I could always reach out to someone to find out how my sister was doing. When we came to Sterling Court we had looked at plenty of other places. All of this took place at about 7 o'clock at night [name removed] the nice lady stayed at work to meet with us and she truly was our angel. I have never been more comfortable than I was with [name removed].

Everyone is very pleasant and work very hard to take care of the residents! The community is clean and food is delicious. It is very easy to get answers to the questions we have regarding moms care.

They try to keep his room clean. The staff is pretty helpful in calling when I need to be aware of anything big or small. They are friendly when I visit. He seems to be happy with them. As far as activities go- they have them. You can be involved as much as you want or not participate. I've never had their food. He doesn't get excited about it but they do have options I believe. However, I understand they deal with a lot of different health issues and need to plan around that.

Staff is very responsive to needs. Administration were helpful and worked well with family. Apartment was nice. Activities were appropriate for capabilities of residents. Food is always an issue but variety was offered and alternatives were always available. An effort was always made to have functions that family could attend. This type of facility is not like having your own home but they try to make it feel like it is home. A great effort was always made by everyone giving care.

Friendly staff. Good food. Lots of activities.

I would rate it 5 across the board. My dad was happy there and my family and I were pleased with the care he received. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. And my thanks to the service you provide. I live in a different state than my dad. Your company really helped me find the right community for my dad exactly one year ago today.

They were extremely helpful & caring staff. [name removed] in the administrative office was very helpful, friendly & professional. One gentleman (I forget his name, but on the marketing end) visited Mom on rehab before she came & helped put her at ease. We made her little room like an adorable apartment & she was able to recover & gain strength. Celebration Villa gave me my Mom back. It provided a healthy, homey atmosphere with caring staff where she could heal & was able to go home again, something we thought would never happen. It gives her peace of mind knowing they will be there if & when she needs a place again.

The food was very good, the building was easy for anyone to navigate, the staff was always helpful and easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable.

They will find it like a second home, the staff was amazing and the food is great. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staffing numbers weren't great . Had people coming and going a lot. But the staff that stayed was some of the most caring people. They really cared for my mom and saw to get needs. The dietary and activities people tried really hard with the resources they had available.

The price and the sitting rooms with the fireplaces were a big reason e chose The Cortland. The staff was very informative and was very willing to give us a tour of the whole facility. Everything was great!

Activities - need more evening stuff and things get cancelled some times which frustrates folks. Value - Good. I think they are all about the same. The nickel and dime stuff with meds is cheesy but that's ok.

Bridges is the only Personal Care Home I found that has a nurse on duty in the building 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a nurse on call for all other hours. The staff is very friendly, caring, highly supportive and provides excellent care. We are very certain that we chose the right facility for Dad.

It was the closest to our family and had good ratings. I didn't eat with the staff my son and his wife did we were in Florida with my mom at the time. They liked the cleanliness of it and the rooms were nice and big and the room she was in had nice big windows.

Facility is going through updates right now, new furniture, flooring all very nice, looking modern. Staff is wonderful, they all get along well and are very helpful to each other. It was the admin staff and how well they work together that made me like this place at the very beginning. There are lots of activities, I have not done many because I've had a rather busy month with lots of testing. I had breast surgery yesterday. In bed resting for next 3 days and the facility is delivering my meals to my room. I'm only 66 so I do feel like I'm living with old people but it is ok. When I came home yesterday from the hospital as my friend wheeled me by the dining room and people from 4 different tables spoke to me or asked if I was ok my friend commented and said wow [name removed], you have a lot of friends here already. I did sit somewhere different almost every meal when I first got here. I think a lot of it is what you make of it. I have not used it yet and won't be able to for 3-4 months because of the breast surgery.

My loved one chose to go to Aspen Ridge because they allowed her to have her cat with her. [name removed] like all of the people that she interacts with.

The staff gets to know the residents on a personal/individual basis and know their individual needs. They seem genuine about caring for the residents and seem to keep family updated & "in the loop. "

We got her into Sterling Cove in Deltona, Florida !!! They were awesome with her transition into the new Community !!! Very helpful with the paperwork !!! My mother loves it there and enjoys the quality of the meals !!! She likes that they clean her place every week !!! People need to know about this wholesome clean facility with a helpful and caring staff in the dining area and especially the office !!!
