The staff gets to know the residents on a personal/individual basis and know their individual needs. They seem genuine about caring for the residents and seem to keep family updated & "in the loop. "

We got her into Sterling Cove in Deltona, Florida !!! They were awesome with her transition into the new Community !!! Very helpful with the paperwork !!! My mother loves it there and enjoys the quality of the meals !!! She likes that they clean her place every week !!! People need to know about this wholesome clean facility with a helpful and caring staff in the dining area and especially the office !!!

My husband and I placed my mother in law in celebration villa. They walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. Very clean facility with lots of activities. Staff is very helpful and I would highly recommend.

Had mom here in memory care and the care and compassion the staff showed her was excellent. Mom loved being there. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for care for their loved ones. They made a difference for mom.

Aspen has been a great facility. The facility is clean, friendly, and can make your apartment feel like home. The care from ALL staff is A+. I would definitely recommend this facility to others who are needing help.

We are really happy with her there. The staff is always welcoming and helpful when we visit.

The place is beautiful and the individual apartments are very nice. Also, Brentwood offered being able to go on Medicaid if Mom ran out of money. Most of the others didn't have this option. The staff was very attentive, always looking out for our Mom.

Totally satisfied with [name removed] care. The staff was kind , friendly and addressed [name removed] needs. I was happy that I sent him there. Not a bit disappointed with my decision to admit my husband there. [name removed] was only there 3 weeks, before he passed away. I can't say enough about Gallagher Hospice. They were excellent.

It's a very nice place for folks who need it. My friend says she doesn't much like the food but I think she has lost taste and smell. Rooms are not huge and most have two people but they don't need much. There is room for two beds, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables and one arm chair they can share. I think they are rarely in their rooms so they don't need much except clothes.

The management is extremely friendly and helpful. They , along with the staff, made my mother immediately feel accepted, wanted, and made her comfortable. This was the first time she had moved away from her home area in 85 years, so this was huge. The facility is very nice, week kept, clean and beautiful and always has a very warm and positive atmosphere.

The management team, especially [name removed], are a class act. Very informative, warm, and professional. Communications and collaboration is incredible. Residents welcome new neighbors with open arms. Phenomenal experience. Highly recommended.

What we like the most about the experience is that basically everyone at Tanglewood is absolutely delightful and friendly and works hard. They seem to really care about my mom. We are very very happy that we found Tanglewood for her at this stage of her life.

Very clean, attentive and lots of activities. It's a studio apartment, small, but a good size for a studio. It has a lovely outdoor balcony space, screened in, and with a door with a window and a storm/screen door. Complete with a kitchenette.

5 for all! Very helpful and friendly staff. They remember details about every residents there plus their families. It makes it feel more homely.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Parent Company is located out of state, so they don't seem to know or care that the roof has major problems, the washing machines (only 2 on each floor) are in need of repair or replacement, housekeeping does not clean the laundry rooms or machines often. I've cleaned the machines myself. They do not clean common areas as often as I think they should. They will 'clean' your apartment and wash your towels and bedding as part of your rent, but I've chosen to do ours myself, because I don't feel they really clean at all. I would recommend. I feel they are a pretty good deal. You pay a lot, but I also feel get a lot. Some places you pay more and get a lot less. And... the food is horrible.

[name removed]is truly amazing! She was tremendous with helping me and my father in mapping a plan to help him get into a facility! Thank you [name removed] for taking the time and accepting us earlier than we was scheduled for. We really appreciate it and you!

It has been a very wonderful experience for me, living here at Cherry Laurel. It is with profound regret that I shall be leaving here on [date removed], to my home in Ontario, Canada. I wish blessings for Cherry Laurel by Sky Active Living, and continuances of all for their greatly appreciated efforts.

Our stay was very short, less than a month, and not enough info to fully recommend the facility at the highest.

Get patient on the resident list as soon as a dementia diagnosis is obtained. They might not be ready for a facility right away, but often times the waiting lists are very long. The facility was very clean-5. The administrative staff quick to answer questions. Caregivers-inattentive, sitting in chairs on their phones, not trying to interact or check on patients. Several times my husband was in a wheelchair and I would find a puddle of urine under his chair. I personally brought in Depends and super thick pads to go inside the Depends, so that gives you an idea of how long they left him in that chair. VERY SAD to see your loved one in this predicament, unable to help himself, in a facility you placed them in! Nurses were fantastic!(LPN's in memory care, were awesome).Activities did not happen in memory care. While my husband enjoyed music, they didn't take him to music or other events. ***Caregiver information- When my husband could no longer feed himself, I found him all alone, in the dining room, sitting with cold, uneaten food in front of him, many times. Absolutely heartbreaking.

Lovely, efficient, knowledgeable and VERY helpful. What stuck out was the proximity to my uncles place, and it was available
