It’s hard to tell much from a virtual tour. My guess is the facility might be a little bit smaller than where we ended up. We had no problem with anybody we interacted with on the tour.

Our family was able to tour this facility in person, and it was a nice experience a nice place. It was clean and no fowl smells.

Enjoyed the tour and was impressed with [name removed] presentation. I liked the community amenities that i was able to see.

We chose Elmcroft of York at the time because they were the only ones who would really accept him in his condition. Overall it was short stay but we had a good experience. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I am enjoying the community. The manager is good and trying hard to help us. The dining room is still limited due to the pandemic. The food is being brought to the resident's rooms and it isn't always delivered on time or the temperature. I feel I have enough space in my room. The closets are spacious. This is in the one bedroom.

Due to the covid restrictions we are not really able to get inside and see the community, but the staff members are very friendly and when it comes to the care services we do believe they are doing the best that they can. When we were able to visit the meals did seem to be okay, and they will call us to tell us our loved one is having fun with whatever they are doing that day. We do get pictures of our loved one coloring and watching movies.

The community is great. I would recommend this community to anybody. I would like to go here if I need senior living. overall the food is really good but there were 4 occasions that my friend did not receive her food.

We chose this facility at the time because we had a time limit and they had availability when we needed it. The room sizes here are adequate for the needs. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend.

We chose Brentwood at LaPorte because they had availability and were able to move her in quickly. The room sizes here were adequate for her needs. I actually live here now myself and overall it has been a good experience and would recommend to others who are looking.

Cherry Laurel is a nice place, and you won't be disappointed. I would suggest the community make a few changes regarding food-specifically for the money you pay. Their accounting team could be imported with the amount of money you are paying for the community.

The staff are very good at the community, it is a very clean place and the meals are excellent. The care is very good, and overall we have had a good experience. Our only problem is that they have had a high turnover rate which has caused some lack in communication.

From what we have seen the community is very clean and the staff has been very helpful and friendly towards us. Our loved ones says the food is pretty good most of the time, and we do feel that we are getting out money's worth.

We thought it was a good value, however we did have a concern at the end. They knew our loved one was getting ready to leave and we put in our notice, and all of a sudden they started doing a lot of physical therapy. It went from once a week to about five times a week, and they billed him for times he did not participate in it. At that point we did feel taken advantage of. The activities did look good, our loved one just barely participated in them, but he did enjoy their happy hour. From what we tasted we though the food was fine, however we do know after time went by the food got worse and worse.

The layout of Vista Springs community is fine, and the rooms there would be about a three out of five. The food is about average, and we would recommend this community to others if they can afford it.

Still in renovations. Very nice. Peaceful setting.

Sterling Court is kind of expensive, and due to COVID the food is not very good. When i first came here back in March we used to rave about how good it was, now it is not. The meats they serve are not tender at all. The do offer a lot of activities, and the rooms are adequate.

Very nice. Lovely grounds. Apartment very spacious. Overall very friendly and helpful staff.

The caring staff and service has been my true home for seven years.

The staff exceeds all expectations and goes all out to answer any question or problem! The amenities of the facility leave little to be desired. Management has handled the pandemic in a very thorough way. Several activities are great and varied.

I have lived here for seven and a half years. I have enjoyed some of the entertainment. I am very comfortable in my apartment. I am an ambassador. We have good chefs. We have an excellent, safe driver off building,van. Management currently and other staff members are the best since I moved in in 2013. Our current activity EMP is really good in her role. This shutdown was made less stressful because of puzzles provided by her daily.
