I have lived here 7 years. I have all the comfort of home. I enjoy walking outdoors most every day. I am one of the ambassadors here. I teach a bible study class in the chapel in our building. Our present management is excellent. I feel safe here.

I appreciate the excellent job management is doing to keep us safe in these trying times. I miss the snack bar, hard-boiled eggs, etc. and the popcorn.

We chose Poet's Walk Warrenton because of the location to the family. The room sizes were fine, the room they showed us was adequate for one person. My mom has a private room with her own bathroom. I would recommend this community.

We chose this community because it was a better value for the money. She also has a beautiful room with a view of the 7 rivers. The food here looks like its ok. My favorite part about the community is the location and it is a smaller community so she knows more of the residents and has more friends.

We thought this community was wonderful, the staff cleaned i believe about twice a week. It is a smaller community which makes it very nice and more personable. The nurses are very busy, and they do try their best to take care of everyone. If someone needs help it may take just a little longer to get that help. The staff is just wonderful. The nurses are just precious, and the administration worked right long side with the nurses most of the time, they tended to the residents as much as they could, they were all hands on. Some activities they had before COVID they had a minister come in, entertainment groups. They had arts and crafts, for holidays they also made decorations. They had games, and books for the residents. They had a living room that is beautiful which has a TV and a piano. They had volunteers come in and play the piano for the residents a couple times a week. They have their own bus service that would take the residents out on outings, like to get ice cream or go to the store. They have a pretty dining room that is very well lit with natural lighting. It was usually decorated with fresh flowers in the middle of the table. It looked very elegant. They had a beautiful porch with comfortable chairs, the residents could go outside whenever as long as they were healthy. Even if you needed help walking around outside the community the staff was ready to help. We think its wonderful! When you enter the community during the winter time they have a great fire place that puts out great heat. Its big and beautiful, and the residents can make ornaments for the Christmas Tree.

I came to look at a place in Sego. My family lives close by not here. I wanted a place of my own independent of the family but know they are near. I liked this place because it was sunny and bright, people were close to the family. In six months, I found a new dr and eye dr. I still have more to do. This place tries to make life enjoyable.

Clean, attractive, safe. Service personnel pleasant and well trained. However, food lacks excellency.

There is no pressure to take part (or not) in planned activities. Personal freedom! Staff - pleasant as well as efficient.

The community is great but the virus upset many good deeds. Food can get a little better. Employees are great they try to help you all they can. You can have many nice friends if you live here.

We chose this community because of the brightness of the place, the appealing look of it, it was also close to my sisters home. The room sizes are adequate for what she needed. The food the first few days with dining room services was fine, after that once COVID, they aren't allowed to go to the dining room and the quality of the meals was substantially lesser, very poor selection of menu and everything was cold. My sister appreciated the care and the friendliness of the staff members. I would absolutely recommend Elmcroft of Bridgeville.

Am well pleased. Fits my needs. Friendly. Should have been build with 2 elevators instead of 1.

Like it - except food is boring, generally unseasoned, and often over-baked. Not enough variety. Often canned veggies when so many fresh are available. Institutional. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely building and decor and nice apartments. Building is safe in hurricanes so we feel protected.

The staff, from servers to management, do a great job!

The staff continues to do a great job regardless of the difficulty in this “crisis”. My only complaint is the confusion in printed status updates, which leave me not knowing which “stage” of recovery we are actually in on any given day. Will mail be delivered or must I pick it up? Is limited dining room use allowed or must I dine alone in my apartment? May I leave the facility or am I still in isolation? I’m never quite sure because of “too many” updates.

Marion Woods has done an excellent job at keeping us safe during the pandemic. There were a few bumps but overall GOOD JOB!

I think it is a nice place for more active seniors. They do a good job with keeping the community clean. They have some really good staff and some that were more lax. For the most part they were very cordial. My brother needed a higher level of care than they were able to provide.
