Sterling Court is kind of expensive, and due to COVID the food is not very good. When i first came here back in March we used to rave about how good it was, now it is not. The meats they serve are not tender at all. The do offer a lot of activities, and the rooms are adequate.

Very nice. Lovely grounds. Apartment very spacious. Overall very friendly and helpful staff.

The caring staff and service has been my true home for seven years.

The staff exceeds all expectations and goes all out to answer any question or problem! The amenities of the facility leave little to be desired. Management has handled the pandemic in a very thorough way. Several activities are great and varied.

I have lived here for seven and a half years. I have enjoyed some of the entertainment. I am very comfortable in my apartment. I am an ambassador. We have good chefs. We have an excellent, safe driver off building,van. Management currently and other staff members are the best since I moved in in 2013. Our current activity EMP is really good in her role. This shutdown was made less stressful because of puzzles provided by her daily.

Everything is satisfactory.

Satisfactory, due to the covid-19 Restriction, things are not as good as could be. Staff is making the best of a bad situation.

Our loved one moved in right before COVID so we haven't been able to visit since then. We were able to eat a meal there and the food was about average. Our loved ones room size is pretty good, it is spacious.

Communication with tenants is lacking. Lately, we get some mail from the manager. But in an emergency (alarm rings), people on the 2nd and 3rd floor have no clue as to do if its a real fire? What should we do? Tell us why the alarm is ringing!! Also, music could be paired into the dining room when we reform to it!

We chose Desoto Beach club because I felt it was very affordable. She also had a balcony off of her nice little apartment. It just overall seemed like a nice place for the money. I would want others to know that if you have a loved one who does not dress to the nines and wear makeup and jewelry, then forget it. The women were not friendly or welcoming to her since she was new. She could never find a place to sit it was like being in high school again. We really liked the community, but she did not fit in so we moved her.

All these ratings are based on COVID. My loved one likes the community, and they would recommend this community for friends. Elmcroft doesn't have an institutional feel, it feels like home. Everyone has been friendly. Once COVID is over they a kitchen where they can request food. This allows the residents to order food they would like. They are offering virtual visits for the families and their loved ones. This community has done their upmost care to make sure COVID doesn't get in to the community. There hasn't been any breakouts. There have been two cases, but because of their testing, it didn't get into the community. They are sending an email to let us know what is going on in the community. This allows us to keep up-to-date with what the restrictions are in the community, and what stage they are in for reopening.

We chose Atria Highland Crossing because of the price and the location. The room sizes here are large and spacious. I have eaten here and the food was really good. I think others would find it helpful to know that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the community.

I love living here, it's secure. I'm fed 3 times a day. Room service every 7 days cleaning. Help is a plus. All are great people.

We chose Atria Manresa because the prices skyrocketed at her old facility. The grounds were gorgeous at Atria and it is surrounded by the Sevren river and was less expensive. The room sizes are adequate, they do have options on room sizes as well based on what you need. COVID caused a lot of problems with the care due to being short staffed.There are some wonderful staff members here that cared very well for her, but we did have some issues with the night shift. Overall, I would definitely recommend, there is a strong sense of community here, everybody is super warm and friendly. My mother made a lot of friends here.

The community is nice for your loved one. The director is very responsive if you need anything, she even provides her cell phone. Everyone is very friendly and responsive to the residents needs. My loved one thought the food was good. After hours there was no one on the front desk. I think they should have someone available to open doors at all times. On the weekends you would have a lot of part time staff, and they didn't know all the information for the residents. I think the weekend staff could be better organized. Overall if I had to put another loved one in a community, I would put the loved one at this community.

Clean and safe. Staff efficient and pleasant. Food mostly good.

The care services at Atria Manresa are great, but they have had some turnovers lately. Prior to COVID they had two or three exercise classes a day, they also had a balance session. The residents could play bingo, board games, listen to music. This community would also bring in other groups to sing to the residents. When we first came to visit the executive director was fantastic, however she is no longer there. The rooms at this community are a nice size, overall it is a gorgeous place.

Location - Ideal. Beautiful building - needs some upkeep. People are wonderful. Activities - keeping us active as much as they can with virus. Hopefully, we will get more active when the coronavirus is over. Food needs improving, know they are working on it. Overall, great.
