This was a very nice community but we found another community that had more activities and things for my loved one to do. It was a really wonderful tour just not for my mom.

This community is very clean, nice and orderly. The staff members are very friendly and they have a ton of really nice activities. After speaking with our loved one and hearing from the other residents it sounds like they can make some changes to the meals being served, we hear a lot of complaints.

When we went to tour, we really liked [name removed]. She was amazing and was very welcoming to my aunt. She showed us around and answered all of our questions. It seems like a really good place. The apartments are perfect for my aunt, just what she needed to downsize from her own home. They have lots of activities. We're not disappointed at all. Really the only issue has been their inability to provide food in line with her dietary restrictions. Anybody who is a vegetarian would have the same problem.

Setting Covid aside and the staffing struggle aside because we know everyone is struggling and we do not want to ding them for that because this community does have potential. The staff members who are working there are incredible, they are so friendly. When the residents are on lockdown and have to eat in the rooms, usually the food is served cold, however they have lifted the dining hall restriction's and the food is so much better and the kitchen staff is fantastic, our mother just adores them. Sometimes we do have issues with them not keeping up with our loved ones house cleaning, but again due to staffing we are being patient with them. They also have so many activities going on all day long. It is a great value especially for lower income residents.

This is a very nice place. The staff seem very attentive, and I feel very comfortable with my loved one here. The food seems to be pretty good for my loved one. There are some activities for the residents to enjoy.

For us, it was convenient because it was close. And that was a big factor for us. I found the residents to be very friendly, as well as the staff. And the care was good during the short time that my loved one was there.

The staff is hard working and caring, but understaffed in the community. The food options are limited with poor quality. For example my loved one has sandwiches three nights a week with a vegetable for dinner and the residents should be offered better quality meals. The rent is going up by 6% the start of February.

The staff members are very friendly and I do like the size of the rooms, they are very spacious. However they are having some staffing issues and because of the that house keeping is a little inconsistent.

Eagleview Landing happened to be the first one we looked at and my mom just liked the overall feel of the facility and she felt very comfortable here. We also really liked the staff members as well. The apartment sizes are great and have plenty of space. In general mom likes the food but she thinks that they could incorporate more vegetables into the meals. I would recommend to others looking.

I am glad to be here. I appreciate the management and the activities. The cleaners and servers do an excellent job. I miss our assistant manager his that was the best that ever related to the residents I ever encountered. Resented having $100 stole in October. Renewal date is [date removed] not [date removed].

I lived here 2 1/2 yrs at this time I am very satisfied. We have a wonderful staff hard working people.

Our tour at Poet's Walk Warrenton was good. I liked pretty much everything about them. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that their visitation is extremely limited. You could only visit for an hour at a time in a certain room.

We thought Atria South Hills was run well. But it was in an old Howard Jonson's hotel building. So the rooms were dark. It just seemed really close, with narrow hallways. If you didn’t get a room with vaulted ceilings, you really would have felt closed in. But the people who led the tour were very nice, and the chef was very nice as well.

We chose Atria Newburgh because they were one of the few facilities in the area that had transitional care and had a furnished apartment. I had less than 24 hours to get her moved out of rehab and into a facility and they were very quick with their assessment and got her in here fast. My mom was really pleased with the friendliness of the staff members who delivered her meals, they always took an extra 2-3 minutes to sit and talk with her and that really meant a lot. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

It looks like the social things are great. But it is lacking on any kind of medical assistance that might be needed. The staff are very accessible and friendly though. And it's a beautiful facility.

We were very impressed with the community and the physical appearance of Tanglewood just from our tour. Our loved one is not the happiest with the food but we think they are just being a little picky and take their feedback with a grain of salt. They do offer a lot of activities, and it is expensive but peace of mind is worth a lot

Unfortunately when we went to tour, the facility smelled very bad which was a turn off from the start. I think is is a great organization with caring staff members, it was just not the right fit for my mom.

The facility was not as new or up to date so it did not catch our eye like we were hoping. Just not the right fit for my mom

I would recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like different themed days, and a lot of different things to keep the residents busy.

It was nice. We haven't had any huge complaints. It served its' purpose for me, where somebody was making sure my loved one was fed every day and got his medications and those kinds of things. Before he moved here, he wasn't able to do those things for himself or simply wouldn't do them, and he would go without for the day until I got home. I think they offer nice activities. And overall I think everything went well. The people I talked to seemed nice, and it seems like a nice place to live.
