The maintenance have been very responsive. The food is supbar, and it's pre-prepped.The fruit and vegtable selection is limited. The services in the dining room is below average. The friendliness of the staff is okay. They could improve by making the place smell fresher. On a positive note, they do check on the residents. I feel my loved one is in a safe environment.

The community takes very good care of their residents, they keep the residents busy and do activities with them everyday and keep them evolved.

Some confusion over getting a Primary health provider. The common areas are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. So far the care she is getting is great. My mother loves the food. She stays very busy with all the activities that are available. I think the cost is appropriate to the amount of care my mother requires. They put a cap on services provided which is great since my mother care exceeds that limit. Overall I'm pleased with the facility. We had a difficult time since we were trying to place my father with his medical issues in the same facility but we were unable to, he needed skilled nursing care, so after that was they worked with us in moving her to a single apt .

Staff turnover rate is extremely high. Additional fees are added on for some activities (we were told it's all included). Something also to note is they are about to change management companies. Still waiting to find out what that means for the residents.

Fantastic location - during the warmer months, it is awesome to just sit out on the porch overlooking the Severn River and the Naval Academy. It's clean - there isn't a constant smell of urine or other bad smells - which is common in similar facilities. We are still waiting on some maintenance to be done, so they could be more responsive in that area. We are very happy with Manresa.

I enjoyed living by myself for quite a while, but now after moving here, I see the security of having other people around. There's help available if you need help. I feel very safe and comfortable here. They have a housekeeper for every floor, and they come every week to clean your apartment. They keep up with the repairs. I've been here six years, and the building has been here along time - yet it's still clean and nice and very well maintained. The staff are very good - they're sympathetic to our needs, and if we have any problems, they help any way they can. I'm not interested in the activities, but they have someone employed here who arranges them. As far as cost, I looked around in the area, and this was the cheapest place I found.

We are very happy with Celebration Villa of Teays Valley, we were looking for a place that had life and happiness and we found that here. The facility is well staffed. They are very responsive when my aunt needs help and pushes her button that she wears. If she does not want to eat in the dining room they will bring the food to the residents so they are very accommodating. They play a lot of fun games and have some great activities provided, for example one day I was leaving and they were playing old western trivia. They have a movie room with a big popcorn machine. I have eaten here a couple and think the food is wonderful. She has made some friends as well. The facility itself is beautiful, they have a double fireplace and fish aquarium. The dining room is beautiful as well. I like that they have 7 levels of care for assisted living. They evaluate the residents periodically, and once they pass level 7, that is when they move to memory care. They are very thorough and detailed in their evaluations. I would absolutely recommend Celebration Villa without a doubt. If I ever needed to go somewhere, I want to go here.

I am pretty dissapointed. My friend is happy with the food and activities, but I am not too happy with the service. The bed is not always changed, and my friend is not getting regular showers. For the amount of money being paid, we are not getting the amount of care that is needed. It seems like, no one is doing any personal care for the residents.

It is a wonderful caring facility. Staff is amazing even though they have been short staffed.

What sticks out most about Brookdale Richmond is how friendly everyone was.

I would recommend them to a friend, just be vigilant in the beginning of the stay to make sure the nurses are doing what they are supposed to be doing for your family member. I feel that sometimes there is a disconnect between staff and nurses as messages do not get relayed and it can be difficult to get a return call. Maybe the improvement would or could be in what they use for communication between staff. I do not know what system they use for communication so it's hard for me to say to how to improve it. I think the friendliness of staff to residents and or visitors is awesome.

Overall, I am very pleased with Atria Hearthstone at this point. There are lots of activities that look fun. To he fact my brother chooses to not participate in any of them if not Atria's fault, although they could encourage him more to join in. His physical care has been very good and everyone on staff is pleasant and welcoming. Compared to other homes I called and toured, it is a great value. The only issue so far has been that some of the staff have not followed stated rules for wearing masks during high COVID-19 periods. Like many, many people I have seen everywhere, they sometimes would wear masks pulled below their noses, even below their mouths or pulled down for talking (the most important time to have your face covered). They did, however, seem to do okay dealing with actual cases on my brother's hallway and amongst the staff, as he never got it himself.

My loved one was mostly on hospice care so we didn't interact much with the staff. The community collaborated nicely with hospice

We decided on Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms because the facility is very clean and open. It is convenient to our home as well and easy to get to. When we first went to tour, everyone was super friendly and answered all of our questions. It was definitely the better place out of the few that we looked at. My loved one does complain about the food and says that it is cold when it is served. Overall I would recommend the facility to others looking.

Brookdale Jensen Beach was a beautiful place. The facility was gorgeous, and it was perfectly clean. The room our guide showed me was very nice, although they don't provide microwaves. But the community felt a little weird. We were there right before lunch, yet we didn't see any of the residents around. I just didn’t get that good, warm, fuzzy feeling I was looking for. And it was more expensive.

We chose Celebration Villa of Loyalsock because we toured and were happy with the facility itself and the services provided. We also like the way they rate the levels of care needed between 1-6. The facility and people were all pleasant to work with. They have been outstanding with communication to the family and are great at letting us know what is going on at all times. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families.

I think if you have someone who has memory loss, Poet's Walk Leesburg is the perfect place for them. I do think they need more people and more staff. The girls are definitely overworked, but I'm satisfied. They've been meeting my needs and my fathers needs.

I picked this community because, it was close to home, it was clean and the sales-service people were very friendly. The vaue for the money is good, and my loved one is adjusting. My loved one is getting better, and is eating better than when they were living on their own. The staff is incredibly awesome, very patient, and very helpful.

Overall we have been pretty pleased with Celebration Villa, they staff have been very good and its a nice place that is reasonably priced. There is a really nice comfortable, friendly, clean atmosphere to it. It is smaller so it has that homey feeling to it. Just like a lot of other places there are struggling with staffing, they have turned over some of their senior staff. We would recommend this community to other families.
