Eagleview Landing happened to be the first one we looked at and my mom just liked the overall feel of the facility and she felt very comfortable here. We also really liked the staff members as well. The apartment sizes are great and have plenty of space. In general mom likes the food but she thinks that they could incorporate more vegetables into the meals. I would recommend to others looking.

I am glad to be here. I appreciate the management and the activities. The cleaners and servers do an excellent job. I miss our assistant manager his that was the best that ever related to the residents I ever encountered. Resented having $100 stole in October. Renewal date is [date removed] not [date removed].

I lived here 2 1/2 yrs at this time I am very satisfied. We have a wonderful staff hard working people.

Our tour at Poet's Walk Warrenton was good. I liked pretty much everything about them. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that their visitation is extremely limited. You could only visit for an hour at a time in a certain room.

We thought Atria South Hills was run well. But it was in an old Howard Jonson's hotel building. So the rooms were dark. It just seemed really close, with narrow hallways. If you didn’t get a room with vaulted ceilings, you really would have felt closed in. But the people who led the tour were very nice, and the chef was very nice as well.

We chose Atria Newburgh because they were one of the few facilities in the area that had transitional care and had a furnished apartment. I had less than 24 hours to get her moved out of rehab and into a facility and they were very quick with their assessment and got her in here fast. My mom was really pleased with the friendliness of the staff members who delivered her meals, they always took an extra 2-3 minutes to sit and talk with her and that really meant a lot. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

It looks like the social things are great. But it is lacking on any kind of medical assistance that might be needed. The staff are very accessible and friendly though. And it's a beautiful facility.

We were very impressed with the community and the physical appearance of Tanglewood just from our tour. Our loved one is not the happiest with the food but we think they are just being a little picky and take their feedback with a grain of salt. They do offer a lot of activities, and it is expensive but peace of mind is worth a lot

Unfortunately when we went to tour, the facility smelled very bad which was a turn off from the start. I think is is a great organization with caring staff members, it was just not the right fit for my mom.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like different themed days, and a lot of different things to keep the residents busy.

It was nice. We haven't had any huge complaints. It served its' purpose for me, where somebody was making sure my loved one was fed every day and got his medications and those kinds of things. Before he moved here, he wasn't able to do those things for himself or simply wouldn't do them, and he would go without for the day until I got home. I think they offer nice activities. And overall I think everything went well. The people I talked to seemed nice, and it seems like a nice place to live.

Employees are very nice and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable in how to handle difficult situations.

The facility itself is an older facility and could probably use an update. But with what they have to work with, I feel like it's kept clean and used well. There's a nice big fireplace when you first walk in the lobby. One of the things that struck me when I first toured and has shown to be true after my loved one moved in is everybody seems to be truly living here, instead of just sitting there waiting to die. There's life and laughter and activities. And that's exactly the type of environment I wanted for my loved one. The staff are really good with her as well. I don't have any complaints. She tells me she loves the food, and she can be pretty picky. The activities guy is awesome. He keeps the residents busy and engaged. They've been on lockdown a little with Covid, but I've been well pleased. I think it's a good value. It's expensive, but unlike other places, they keep the residents busy. They're really sweet and attentive with the patients and know everybody by name. They're in the process of new ownership, so I hope everything stays the same. Communication has been good up to this point.

Really good staff and a clean community. This is a modern community and the people really take care of you here. The other residents are really happy to be here also which is a plus. All independent living is pricey but this one and all that you get you truly get what you pay for. My mother loves it here.

Our first impression right away is that it seemed like they had it all together, that they had a very active director, but once our loved one moved in those promises have just not been followed through and not really meeting expectations. For a month they did not have house keeping on the second floor which is where our loved one is. They advertise transportation, but they do not have it.

This was a good community and would have worked perfect for my loved one. I just had to narrow down the choices and my loved one picked a different community. The tour was great, and they took the time to show me everything.

The staff are very responsive to any questions we have, and given all the circumstances they have done a pretty good job. They have good protocols in place, since our loved one has moved in there has been two lock downs. Any time they get the slightest bit of inclination they shut it down. They really are taking the residents health and safety as a top priority. They are very proactive. One thing we wish we could see added would be a pool because our loved one really enjoys swimming.

The tour was fine we just did not go with this community as our final decision. The community that we picked for our loved one just fit our needs better. It was a good tour.
